EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT POLICY ON DATA CONTROL, INTERNET USERS AND CYBER DEFENSE CENTERS REMAINED UNCLEAR, DESPITE CITIZENS DEMAND FOR LEGISLATIVE GUIDANCE AND THE PREVENTION OF VIOLATION.
European Union Parliament policy on internet users, data control and cyber defense centers within the Eurozone member countries and foreign countries has remained unclear, despite citizens demand for legislative guidance for the prevention of abuse, or violation from both the governments, or citizens side. Germany has concluded series of Parliamentary debates on data protection with regulatory and legislative measures that may prevent violations on internet data protection and internet users rights in the Eurozone and foreign countries, specially on the random checks of unsuspected internet correspondent, or business transaction at both the domestic and foreign internet servers, or on the general World Wide Web Online Services which many governments, Institutions and certain individuals have repeatedly attempted to use for the control of lucrative e-commerce businesses and successfull individuals that have been generally named as the Internet Bubble Golden Generation that comprised of underage multi-billionaires and multi-millionaires whose numbers have constantly increased in certain parts of the World, inspite of the current financial difficulties and recession in many countries around the World.
