CHILD AGE LIMIT REDUCTION AND ELIGIBILITY FOR GOVERNMENT'S FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE MAY FURTHER REQUIRE PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES AND LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL FOR THE ENACTION OF THE LEGISLATION THAT WILL PROMOTE THE MINISTER'S SUCCESSFULL PLAN.

Despite the family Minister successfull plan in child age limit reduction and eligibility for government's financial assistance for families with low income earners to sustain their families, or those that may have more than three children in the household, it may require further Parliamentary debates and legislative approval for the enaction of the legislation that will promote Minister Shroder plan which eventually may resolve one of Germany's current major problems that entailed children's declining population in most of its States. Child age limit rights to government financial assistance that has been specified at the sum of eight hundred and fifty euros for each child has been reduced from three and half years old to one year old. Requirement for child financial assistance approval may include families background checks, particularly for citizenship and financial background.
