CYBER DEFENSE ENTANGLEMENT HAS NOT BEEN THE EXCEPTION PRACTICE OF THE INNOVATIVE TECNOLOGY BY WHICH CREATIVE PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED TO DETECT, RECOGNIZE AND FISH-OUT EXCEPTIONAL TALENTS.

       Cyber defense entanglement around the World and particularly in the developed countries of Europe, the USA and some Asian countries has not been the exceptional practice of the innovative tecnology by which creative programs have been developed to detect, recognize and fish-out exceptional talents needed in the field of Cyber Defense. In some countries and Institutions such as the USA, the NATO and the European Union Cyber Defense Center projects have been developed and encouraged with financial incentive, cyber lab workshop, cyber defense competitions with high price trophies for those few young generations that may qualify for the rather subtle and tough work that often requires mental health and higher intelligence. However, recruitment of the talented younger generations for the Cyber Defense Military Unit, or the Cyber Defense Police Forces at the Cyber Defense Centers, or by the NATO remains very difficult, due to the fact that the Internet Bubble Younger Generations, or the exceptional talents have been made to the wealthiest multi-billionaires and multi-millionaires by the nature of their lucrative work and talents in all the Continents of the World, particularly in the USA, Asia, Europe, Canada, Australia, Russia the Middle East some Arab World and African countries.
