      The World and various government's domestic units congratulated the USA and the Democratic Political Party with varied opinions on the re-election of President Obama and for the Democratic Party projected last minute victory over the Republican Party, eventhough two States in the USA had remained at a close call to the final election results. The domestic citizens collective call for a unified America with the Republican Political Party effort for economic revamp in the USA may end-up unheeded, despite the Republican Party Congressional majority, due to the Democratic Party Senate majority and the highest Executive authority to veto legislations, Republican Party ruling and the effort toward economic recovery and clearified foreign policies. However, Germany and France in the European Union countries expressed their support for the Democratic Party election victory, inspite of the current recession and economic trouble in the USA, Europe and around the World. But, the Russian Federation expressed dissatisfaction over the election results in the USA and wished that the Republican Party had won the election, instead of the Democratic Party to settle the dispute over the Missiles Defense Shield, or the Nuclear War Heads Shield for Continental Europe, the Iranian nuclear problem, and the Syrian current civil war.
