President Putin and the former UN High Commissioner Mr. Kofi Annan would meet later in the week to confer on the UN final attempt to end the current carnage in Syria, due to the intensified battle in Damascus and other towns such as the El-Hula, Hama and Homs massacres by the passage of an ultimatum that will override Russia and China vetoe against the UN Resolution for the use of military force as an alternative solution to the resolution of the current conflict in Syria and eventually oblige President Basar Assad to comply with the UN obligations and relinquish power, or capitalized, inspite of the defiance against all types of foreign intervention and military intrusion in to Syrian domestic affairs. However, the Syrian military repeated failed attempts to disband, or eradicate the Militia and the Rebel Resistance Forces would mean tougher time for the Syrian citizens and difficult decision making process for the Syrian government , the UN, the Russian government, the Chinese government, the Western countries governments and the USA government.
