COMPLIANCE WITH THE UN RESOLUTIONS REMAINS DIPUTABLE AS THE CURRENT MAJOR POLITICAL HIGHLIGHT IN THE UN EFFORT TOWARDS CONFLICT RESOLUTIION AND PROBLEMS SOLUTION.


            The USA State Department request for harder measures against the Syrian government, although it has gained the support of the UN (United Nations) Body with many other countries in repeated resolutions against the Syrian military violation of the cease-fire agreement with the required compliance to the UN resolutions, President Basar Assad defiance to the UN resolutions remains disputable as the current major political highlight , or rather the political challenge in th UN effort towards conflict resolution and problems solution. No military action has been mentioned in regard to the request, or rather the demand for harder measures against the Syrian government which Russia and China have repeatedly objected in the previous UN sessions, due to President Assad Constitutional Amendment and Promised re-scheduled election for the month of May in the year 2012. However, refugees influx from Syria to the neighboring Middle Eastern and the Arab World countries has continued in huge proportion, particularly in the neighboring Middle Eastern country of Turkey which has allocated humanitarian assistance to the fleeing refugees in tents, basic necessities and medicines.
