The USA and the Western countries asserted softened position on various global issues that entailed the required compliance to the world Treaties, or certain global regulations, or restrictions that may have been imposed on certain countries, due to domestic interest of the USA, the Western countries, Russia, the Asian countries, the Middle Eastern and some Arab world countries has been the world's body concern, particularly on the global issues and Treaties that have been regarded as attributes of the rising global violence and outbreak of recent wars , particularly in the Arab world region, the Middle Eastern countries, the Asian counties, the North European countries and some North African countries, due to violation, or none compliance to the global Treaties and restriction that have been formulated and imposed by either the USA with some Western countries, or Russia , the Asian countries the Middle Eastern countries and some Arab world countries. Some of the major issues that have rekindled the global concern includes the None Nuclear Proliferation Treaty, the restriction, or reduction of certain energy sources to reduce pollution and the world's body increasing concern on global warming, or the Treaties on disarmament, particularly on the banned Continental, or the long range ballistic missiles that may be armed with nuclear war heads, or weapons of mass destruction.
