Europe's tele-communication plan for additional phone charges to the previously free wait time on homes and office telephones with no additional, or new service introduction has been widely accepted, particularly by the German tele-communication companies as the means to boost income , provide employment and prevent bankruptcy, or the closer of some of the tele-communication companies currently operating in Europe. The amount of the fees in the wait time phone charges has not been specified. However, it may be an equivalent amount to the fees on phone charges for every minute used and the type of service offered to the customers. Besides other similar plans that have been intended to minimize the overwhelming competitiveness of the wireless smart-phones, other types of wireless phones with web-based internet applications and those with much wider range field of applications commonly referred to as the clout computing in the popular e-commerce of the world's competitive market economies.
