THE POPE'S VISIT REFLECTED THE CHURCHES EFFORT IN REDUCING DIVISIONS IN THE CHURCHES.

The Pope's second and third days visit reflected the churches effort in reducing the divisions in the churches. He visited Berlin and Erfurt in an effort to open the gateway for religious faith in the former Communist Block in the former East Germany and for the meeting with the head of the Evangelical churches in Germany.
