SECURITY PRECAUTION MEASURES REMAINED ELEVATED IN MANY EUROPEAN CITIES, INSPITE OF EL QUAEDA'S CLAIM OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DELIVERY OF THE BOMB LETTERS IN BOTH THE EUROPEAN AND THE USA MAIL SYSTEMS.

Security precautionary measures remaned elevated in many E uropean countries, particularly in Germany, despite clearance of the bomb letters origin that reached the Kanzlers office in Berlin many days after trace and investigations. The letter bombs origin had been traced to a none terrorist city of Windhoek in the Southern African country of Namibia. However,no identification of the person, or persons that may have been involved in the delivery of the bomb letters in the USA and the European mailing systems in Namibia for the price of only few thousands that caused European countries several millions in security precaution measure, eventhough El quaeda has claimed responsibility of the delivery of the lbomb letters in the European and the USA mailing systems.
