THE LIBYAN WAR AS THE WAR THAT MAY NEVER BE WON BECAME THE THE CITIZENS CONCERN IN BOTH THE USA AND IN EUROPE.

Despite NATO'S and the European Union Defence Forces promises for the inevitable defeat of the Libyan army and the ouster of President Muamar Gadhafi from power, further extension of the Libyan war became citizens concern in both Europe and the USA, while the political highlight of the year in both continents and around the world over the war in Libya remains that of a war that my never be won by either the NATO, the European Union Defense Forces, or both in the absence of the ground forces involvement in the battle, eventhough NATO has intensified airstrikes on targets inside Libya.
