GERMANY'S CABINET GOVERNMENT MEMBERS CONFERRED OVER MOSQUE TAXATION POLICY WITH LIMITATIONS AT THE YEAR'S END, DESPITE THE CONCESSION ON A UNIFIED APPROACH TOWARD LEGISLATIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF MOSQUE TAXATION POLICY TO END DEPENDENCY OF DOMESTIC ISLAMIC INSTITUTIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS ON FOREIGN DONORS.

    Germany's major coalition government political parties that comprised of the Christian Democratic Union Political Party (CDU) the Christian Social Union Political Party (CSU) and the Social Democratic Political Party (SPD) conferred over Mosque tax implementation at the year's end to end financial dependency of domestic Mosques and other Islamic Institutions within Germany's various States on foreign Islamic Organizations and other Islamic, or Muslim donors that may be affiliates of Jihadists terrorists and other militant groups of the Middle Eastern the Arab Gulf the Persian Gulf the  North African the West African and East African countries, despite the current controversy over limitations with  strict surveillance measures that have been set on Islamic Institutions and suspected Muslims activities in Germany's and few Eurozone capital cities as in Brussels Parish London Copenhagen Helsinki Stickholm and Berlin. However, the policy on Mosque tax implementation in Germany's various States that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen may require Parliamentary debate prior to enactment of a legislation that will authorize implementation, or enforcement of the policy, despite the major coalition government political parties concession on a unified approach toward legislative implementation of Mosque taxation policy in the various States of Germany at the current strict measures for, or against Islamic Institutions Organizations and few Muslims that became controversial policies in Germany and few European Union countries that have required EU and Germany's Highest Court final decision on a number of these controversial policies. Few of the many strict measures for, or against Islamic Institutions and suspected Muslims in Germany and EU entailed the government control on Islamic Religion curriculum being currently implemented in Islamic schools within Germany and other EU countries that may incite jihadists violence in terror activities in addition to the government strict control on Islamic traditional practices and public holiday allocation by Islamic schools in the Democratic Republic of Germany and other EU countries, particularly for children that have been recognized as German citizens, or EU citizens born of parents that are Muslims, or refugees and asylum seekers from foreign Arab, or Islamic countries.  One, or few of Islamic traditional practice being abhored by EU and Germany's government systems entailed Jihadist training for terror practice within Germany the EU and in foreign countries. Besides, circumcision, or the cutting of the fore skin of penis and glitoris of the male and female children respectively born of Muslim parents in Germany and the EU countries, specially for, or against children that have been recognized as Germans, or EU citizens born of Muslim parents, or parents from Islamic countries.

    Christians in the various countries of the World observed Christmas Eve and Christmas day by masses and various activities dedicated to the annual observance, or recall to memory the birth of the Messiah and Savior of the World Jesus Christ who came to the World to save mankind from sin as believed by billions of fellow Christians in many countries around the World. Many leaders that entailed the Popes the Queen and Presidents have delivered speech, or messages of forgiveness reconciliation and peace for the Christians and people of this World with diverse religious background in the attempts of the Christian leaders of this World to fulfill the Messiah's message for peace among the Christians and those with diverse religious background, despite the obstacles being encountered and repeatedly by the mentioned leaders and few Christians in the many attempts of the few, or many Chritians toward the spread of peace love and reconcilation in the Christian World and among those with diverse religious background. However, this Christmas has been remarkably mentioned as special, due to the unified speech and messages of the mentioned leaders for dialogue reconcilation and peace for Christians and the people of this World . The Pope of Vatican Pope Francisco the Queen of England Queen Elizabeth and Germany's President Steinmayer delivered messages on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day with emphasis on dialogue reconciliation and Peace for the people of their countries and those in the various countries of this World regardless of the circumstance that may have prevailed during the mentioned holy days that had and would continue to remind us of the basic requirements for actions toward peaceful co-existence that may be voluntary actions of our choice, or duties and obligations in our Communities, or Societies intended for the spread of dialogue love and peaceful co-existence with one another in homes Communities, or Societies and the country as a whole, despite the diverse social racial, or ethnical religious educational and financial background of people in thesame, or various Communities and Societies of the same, or different countries as emphasized by the message of Queen Elizabeth the Queen of England whose message of reconciliation and peace, specially after the major wars as the first World war has gained much respect and media attention in extended media coverage of her Christmas message on the domestic and the International media through out the the United Kingdom the EU countries and various countries of the World. The message on the pilgrim of the holy places as Jerusalem Vatican and various other holy places around the World  has been emphasized as significant message. Besides, Nature's and human, or man made opposite reactions to the messages of dialogue reconciliation and peace of the leaders of this World by violent Natural Catastrophes as volcanic eruption hurricane, or Tsunami and wildfire in addition to abnormal functions of the financial markets business performance on the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

TIDAL WAVE, OR TSUNAMI REMAINS THE HIGHLIGHTED BAD OMEN FOR THIS YEAR'S END, AFTER VOLCANIC ERUPTION ON MOUNT KARKATU RELEASED TIDAL WAVES IN THE PACIFIC OCEAN.

   Tidal wave, or Tsunami remains the highlighted bad Omen for this year's end, the year two thousand and eighteen (2018), after an earthquake of unspecified magnitude erupted at Indonesian strait of Sundra and released an estimated  tidal wave of height one point eighteen meters (1.8m) in the Pacific Ocean that destroyed parts of the Islands of Panderang and Serange,the areas that have been marked by Geologists as prone to underground, or under water volcanic eruption of the Pacific Ocean. However, this particular Tsunami that hit the mentioned Islands in the Strait of Sundra on December 22nd in the year two thousand and eighteen had been triggered by the volcanic eruption on mount Karkatu, also known as the youngest volcanic eruption of the Pacific Ocean with less, or no data transfer from USA Scientists Geologists and meteorologists stations based in the Pacific Ocean Islands, due to the government shutdown in the United States of America. A visiting group of eight members of the band to the Islands from the United Kingdom known as the Seventeen have been killed in the Natural Catastrophe attack by Tsunami, although three bodies have been found and others have been listed as missing. The total damage in precious human lives and property that have been lost in the Night of December 22nd have exceeded three hundred and seventy three death counts and five hundred and fifty houses respectively which included nine best tourists hotels in the Islands. Global response has been required to reinforce the domestic rescue and Humanitarian effort being carried out by Indonesian military and the Emergency Relief Management Agency of Indonesia to alleviate the rescue effort and the worsening humanitarian condition in the Strait of Sundra near the Islands of Java and Sumatra.
