THE INTERIOR MINISTRY COMMITTEE FOR IMMIGRATION ASYLUM AND REFUGEE RELATED ISSUES INTENSIFIED THE SCRUTINY ON ELIGIBILITY MEASURES, DESPITE VOLUNTARY RETURN OF TENS OF THOUSANDS OF REFUGEES TO THEIR HOME COUNTRIES.

     The Interior Ministry Commitee for Immigration asylum and refugee related issues headed by the former Minister President, or the Prime Minister of the free State of Bayern Munchen and the current Interior Minister of the Democratic Republic of Germany Mr. Seahofer has been rather drastic in the scrutiny and other eligibility measures for, or against asylum seekers and refugees that may have been skipped, or may have been ignored by the required eligibility and recognition procedures, or measures that should be fulfilled by each and every asylum seeker and refugee that has entered the various ports of Germany and luckily has been welcomed by the asylum, or refugee office of the Democratic Republic of Germany, but lately discovered to have exceedingly violated requirements for eligibility and recognition measures for the asylum seeker, or refugee to earn his, or her asylum, or refugee status in the Democratic Republic of Germany which unfortunately many asylum seekers and refugees from various countries of the World have been falsely  recognized and awarded asylum, or refugee status by the Federal government's of the Democratic Republic of Germany. The Interior Ministry Committee have covenedearlier in the week in the Ministry of Interior to demand withdrawal of asylum and refugee status from asylum seekers and refugees that have been falsely recognized and given the status at the moment in which tens of thousands of refugees and asylum seekers have requested voluntarily return from the various federal and local governments of the Democratic Republic. However, this request, or rather the demand of the Interior Ministry Committee for withdrawal of falsely recognized asylum seekers and refugees status by the Federal governments and the office of Immigration of the Democratic Republic of Germany may be a violation of both the Geneva Convention and the United Nations Human rights and refugees rights to recognition with the emphasis on the chance for reapplication and for the third time, if he, or she had been previously rejected once, of twice by the same country, or different countries. The Parliament's refusal to debate on such immigration issues, or cases may be a violation of the country's current Constitution that may require amendment.

CITIZENS PROTEST BY DEMONSTRATIONS BROKE OUT IN TWO SEPARATE GROUPS OF PROPONENTS AND OPPONENTS IN GERMANY'S CAPITAL CITY BERLIN, AFTER THE CHANCELLOR DELIVERED HER SPEECH ON TRADE DISPUTE AND MODERN TECHNOLOGY DURING THE TWO DAYS VISIT TO CHINA.

   Chancellor Angela Merkel visit to China's three cities of Beijing Peking and the technology city of Shenzhen during her two days visit to China late last week may have attributed to the two separate citizens protest by demonstrations that broke out in Germany's capital city Berlin since last weekend. The Opponents of the government's current policy which have been described as predominantly members and supporters of Germany's political party named the Alternative For Deutchland (AFD) political party whose number has been estimated at around over five thousand citizens demonstrators have demonstrated to express their objection to what has been generally described without specification as the government's currents divisive policy, particularly on immigration issues with emphasis on refugees and asylum seekers problems, besides partiality on employment vacancy allocation and other government's fair accountability methods that requires impartiality segregation in the capital Berlin and the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen, while the Proponents of the government's current policy on immigration and other significant issues, whose number has been estimated at over twenty thousand demonstrators and exceeded the number of Opponents by more than four times have supported the government's current policy headed by Chancellor Angela Merkel the current longest serving Chancellor of the Democratic Republic of Germany with regard to the numbers of terms in office she has so far won during the elections in the Democratic Republic of Germany which qualified as the first female and longest serving Chancellor in office the country has ever known, but extensively criticized the government's immigration policy, particularly the refugees and asylum seekers policy with other significant and humanitarian policies as leaning toward the foreigners than the domestic citizens of Germany and collectively demanded the government's current policy for the transformation of the Bundes land of Germany in to a country of Immigrants with little, or no rights to the domestic, or the original citizens of the Democratic Republic of Germany. THE IRISH HAVE VOTED WITH OVERWHELMING MAJORITY VOTES IN THE REFERENDUM THAT HAS SUPPORTED INFANTS DEATH BY ABORTION, VARIOUS MEDIA SOURCES HAVE REFERRED TO THE VICTORY AS A TRAGEDY.

   The Irish citizens, particularly those in Ireland's capital city Dublin have voted with overwhelming majority votes of sixty six percent (66%) against thirty four percent (34%) in the Referendum that has supported infants death by abortion which various media sources of both the domestic and the International media have referred to the victory of the Irish people, specially those in the capital city as a tragedy, despite the accepted Democratic  process for policy making and decision making process of the citizens and the governments by the Referendum that determines the course on policy making of much difficult, or controversial political issues as the right of women to abortion in conservative countries as Ireland. The Prime Minister of Ireland Mr. Leo congratulated the citizens for the landslide result to women's rights to abortion in Ireland, but reaffirmed the citizens that  abortion may be performed in Ireland, if the fetus poses life threat to the woman that demanded abortion with and not without a medical Doctor permission. The statement of the Prime Minister has revealed the significant step that has been attained by the citizens toward a liberal Democracy in Conservative and Christian countries as Ireland on one hand, but on the other it may have covered Irish people hospitality and concern about wide range humanitarian issues that entailed infants rights to living and not just women rights to abortion in the democratic land of the Irish people by the results of the Referendum which has been widely and extensively criticized domestically and abroad. However, Parliamentary debate and approval of the Referendum may be required, before the policy on women rights to abortion in Ireland is enacted to the legislation that will authorize the implementation, or rather enforcement of the policy within the territory of Ireland and perhaps the Eurozone, which certainly has been a recognized victory for the feminist in Europe, but a rather creeping liberalization policy for the Opponents that have regarded all the women that have demanded abortion to their wives, or Mothers.
