USA FOREIGN SECRETARY AND THE NATO ALLIED COUNTRIES DEFENSE MINISTERS HAVE INCREASINGLY CRITICIZED RUSSIA'S MILITARY INTERVENTION THREATS IN THE CRIMEA REGION AND EAST EUROPEAN COUNTRIES.

   USA foreign Minister Mr. Tillerson attended and participated in the NATO and NATO Allied Defense Ministers meeting held at the European Union Parliament in Brussels Yesterday as the head of the USA special defense and foreign envoys to the EUropean Union Parliament defense meeting that has increasingly criticized Russia's intervention threats, or rather the intrusion with excessive military force in the Crimea region and in the East European countries that required special attention of both the USA and European countries in tougher civil and military measures as specified earlier in the previous meetings of the NATO and the NATO Allied Member countries by the current General Secretary of the NATO Mr. Stoltenberg who has been based at the NATO General Headquarters in the European Union capital city Brussels, despite the current equally  tougher measures measures of the USA and the NATO Allied countries in deployment of the forces whose number has been estimated at at least four thousand strong and professional USA forces in the Crimea and East European countries for the reinforcement of the USA and the Allied Countries forces that have been based in Poland Latvia Ukraine East of Ukraine Sklovakia and other East European countries that have joint in the struggle with the WESTERN Countries and fiercely criticized Russia's occupation of the Island of Krim with involvement in the current war in Ukraine and East of Ukraine. These statements of USA Foreign Minister and the NATO Allied Defense Ministers on Russia  has been extensively covered on the domestic and foreign International media as an increasing, or rather excessive criticism by words, rather than by action as it may have been further speculated on the WESTERN media as a result of the NATO General Secretary statements in the previous meetings held at the European Union Parliament in Brussels, particularly on statement on the recent escalation of use of force in frequent military skirmishes by the USA Naval Forces the USA AIRFORCE with the Ground Forces in the Black Sea and at the border of Russia's WESTERN border to Polen and East of Ukraine against the Russian Naval Forces the Air Defense Forces and the Ground Troops at the specified locations in the Black Sea and the Eastern borders. USA PRESIDENT INTENTION TO VETOE CONGRESSIONAL AUTHORITY AND REPEAL OBAMA HEALTHCARE PLAN IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA HAS UNFORTUNATELY REMAINED CONTROVERSIAL IN THE FIRST AND SECOND CONGRESSIONAL DEBATES.

      USA President intention to vetoe Congressional authority and repeal Obama healthcare plan as part of his mandate for healthcare reform in the United States of America has unfortunately remained controversial in the first and second Congressional debates that have been intended to repeal Obama healthcare plan and introduce President Donald Trump healthcare reform in the United States of America, despite the current majority of the Republican Party members in both the Senate and Congress which has at present overridden the Senate and Congressional majority authority of the previous years, specifically in the Year two thousand and fourteen and the Year two thousand sixteen respectively which too, had comprised of fifty four and four hundred and forty seven seats respectively for the Republican Party undisputed and accepted overwhelming majority in both the Senate and in the House of Representatives. An estimated number of about forty percent of the members of the House of Representatives and less than fifty percent in the GOP Senate majority have expressed their objection against the President's mandate for healthcare reform in the USA that should begin with the repeal of Obama healthcare reform plan in the United States of America. These estimated  less than half of the numbers of the government representatives in both the Senate and Congress that have expressed their concern about the first and second healthcare reform by the two Presidents  of the USA with emphasis on the fact of the reforms that may further increase without doubt the ballooning healthcare cost in the various States of the United States of America, despite recent claims of declining healthcare cost and specially the Insurance premium for the insured hard working American citizens which the USA Republican Party President Donald Trump would like to ensure with greater certainty that all Americans should be insured by the President's healthcare reform plan specified in his mandate for reform during the election and after his election victory that paved the path to the White House and may again pave the same path in the next four years of the President's second term in office, if the President is elected again as the President of the United Sates of America.
