However, a unified agreement on various immediate and long term issues that entailed disarmament of the Rebels Groups, specially in the Upper Nile region, Bahr El- Ghazal region and the Western part of Equatoria region has been required as the immediate priority to the International Intervening Forces for peaceful and humanitarian assistance, or support for the South of Sudan.
