      Germany'a highest house the Bundesrat may convene for the first time for the discussion of the scheduled debate on refugees crisis in Germany and the European Union major cities, particulary after the leaders in the European Union disputed over the requirement and authority of the European Union Parliament in Brussels to settle the rising refugees and asylum seekers crisis in the European Union cities that may further require the amendment, or changes of the enacted legisltions for the unified immigration policy in the Eurozone countries with emphasis on the changes for the domestic legislations, or the asylum and refugees regulations in each and every European Union country that entailed the Democratic Republic of Germany . Besides, the significant and similar discussion on claims of Germany's right wing and left wing political parties direct, or indirect involvement in the asylum and refugees crisis from Eastern Europe that has attributed to further death of about seventy one asylum seekers and refugees from Eastern Europe, the Arab World countries of Syria, Northern Iraq with the North, West and Easern African countries of Libya, Tunisia, Egypt, North Sudan, South of Sudan, Nigeria, Liberia, Somalia  and Eastern Uganda respectively.        Extended media coverage on refugees crisis and refugees influx from Eastern Europe to the European Union has remained media highlight of the week in both the USA and European Union  countries, particularly after series of incidents in accidents and deliberate actions of arson, or random attacks on asylum seekers hostels and on refugees at the border of Germany to Austria and  in various parts of Germany. Few days ago, asylum seekers and refugees hostels have been burned to ashes, besides the dead bodies of twenty unidentified refugees from Eastern Europe that was discoverd yesterday in load truck at the Austrian German border. Many Eurozone countries governments have been alarmed and forced to respond variedly, or in different ways to the emerging refugees crisis in the European Union countries. Eastern European Union countries of Mazedonia, Romania, Slovakia have joined together in the erection of barbed wired fence to prevent refugees influx from Eastern Europe to the Eurozone countries, despite the European Union Constitutional objection to the Eastern European countries measures, due to human rights obligations and the Maastricht Treaty that objects violation of Eurozone citizens freedom of movement. However Austria,  Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and Greece have erected tents, instead of fence for the accomodation of refugees from Eastern European countries.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCIES AND VARIOUS GOVERNMENTS HAVE FAILED TO REACH COMPROMISE ON VARIOUS ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION ISSUES WITH THE DEMAND FOR CHANGE OF THE GOVERNMENTS ENERGY POLICY.

     Environmentalists effort, or rather the attempts to reach compromise with many governments of our World on urgent, short term and long term environmental protection issues with emphasis on the demand for change of many governments' energy policy for reduction of carbon dioxide and other toxic gases emission in the atmosphere, particularly those that may have contributed much in higher percentage pollution of both the atmoshpere and the Environment in various countries, or Continents of the World, specially in the most industrialized developed and developing countries has so far  remained controversial, despite repeated attempts of Environmental Protection Agencies, Institutions and governments in continued Summit meetings and discussion that have been intended for the solution to the emerging controversy on the environmental protection issues with  possible resolutions against rising concern for financial benefits loses, power outage, due to lower production capacity of the environment friendly renewable energy sources such as the Wind, the Solar, the Geothermal and Hydro-electric energy sources compared to the higher demand requirements for continuation of the current high capacity energy generation and power sources such as the atomic energy fission in nuclear Reactors and fossil fuel combustion in power generators that have been generally marked as hazardeous  to both the Environment and Humanbeings, particularly those that have been described as excessively polluting to both the Environment and human health than may have been tolerated by the Environmental Protection Agencies and few governments around the World.

      Citizens in the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen have again and repeatedly warned the government against further citizens indiscipline by protest, demonstration and possibly strike, due to the government's current refugees and asylum seekers policy, particularly after the government in Germany accepted resettlement of the largest number of refugees and asylum seekers that have been scheduled for re-distribution in the Eurozone countries for rehabilitation and possibly integration in to Germany's various Communities and Society on one side, but on the other side seemed to have failed to provide the required security protection for refugees and asylum seekers with regard to Germany's various right wing radicles continued attacks by arson and racial segregation in the many States, cities and towns of Germany, specially after the incidents, or rather the deliberate bad actions of Neo-Nazi Right Wing Radicles in Heidenau, Trotlizt, Sachsen, Sachsen Anhalt, Niedersachsen, Baden Wuttenberg and as far as Schleswig Holstein. These hostility and violence against helpless refugees and asylum seekers in Germany's various States may hurt the country's current domestic and foreign reputation at home and in the foreign countries, particularly with regard to Germany's government current increasing role of responsibility for both the domestic and foreign issues with emphasis on humanitarian assistance for the domestic and foreign refugees, finance assistance packages allocation and military intervention for peaceful purpose in the various foreign countries.

ELEVATED SECURITY ALERT HAS BEEN DECLARED ON BOTH THE DOMESTIC AND LONG DISTANCE INTERCITY TRAINS AND IN THE EUROPEAN UNION CITIES OF LONDON PARISH AND BERLIN.

      Elevated security alert has been declared on the domestic and long distance intercity trains in the various European Union cities and countries of England, France and Germany after series of attacks have been frequently reported on the intercity trains and on passengers of the domestic and long distance travel through-out the Eurozone and particularly in the mentioned European Union cities of Parish, London and Berlin by unknown group of people that have been generally described as terrorists from within the European Union cities of Berlin, London and Parish. Further security alert in precautionary measures against random attacks on passenger trains and passengers entailed continued reinforcement of  the intercity trains and the mentioned European Union cities with police forces and by surveillance devices for continued surveillance of both the domestic and long distance travel intercity trains in the European Union cities. Besides, the random searches on suspected persons within the intercity trains and the European Union cities, despite continued protest by European Union citizens of Arab World countries origin against the random searches against the suspected persons that included Muslim women in the traditional Islamic dress called the Hijab which they emphasuzed as violation of the European Union citizens civil and Constitutional Rights in the Eurozone countries, particularly in Germany, France and England.

       European Union government has temporarily remained silent about the rising political up-heavel in the Greek capital Athens which many politicians believed has reached crisis level, due to political division among the ruling Political Party Syriza members that resulted in the resignition of twenty five cabinet and none cabinet members of the ruling political party and obliged Prime Minister Alex Tsipras to announce his intention for resignition during the last weekend at the difficult time period of Greece transition from both the current financial and economic crisis to the upgraded credit line for faster financial and economic recovery that may enable the accomplishment of Greece predicted brighter economic prospects for self-sufficiency and more financial freedom.       European Union major countries of England, Germany, France and as far as Greece along with the Eastern European countries of Mazedonia, Slovakia, Croatia and Romania have finally admitted the emerging refugees crisis in the Eurozone major cities, due to refugees influx from Eastern Europe to the European Union cities of Berlin, London, Parish and various other Eurozone cities and towns that requires immediate solution from the European Union Parliament in Brussels for the reduction of refugees influx from Eastern Europe that has exceeded the required limitation of eight hundred thousand refugees for the Year two thousand and fifteen (2015) in Germany major cities and other Eurozone cities, or towns, particularly with the emphasis for the control of refugees continuous entry to Germany from Eastern Europe, the Arab World countries, the Middle Eastern, the Asian and African countries. These precuationary measures against refugees influx from Eastern Europe to the Eurozone major cities may require the deployment of a joined Western and Eastern European countries forces with the erection of barbed wired fence that may decrease and control refugees influx from Eastern Europe that has exceeded the required proportion.
