GERMAN GOVERNMENT HAS THREATENED BOTH THE ACTING GOVERNMENT AND THE OPPOSITION LEADER WITH SANCTION AGAINST THE UNREST AND THE WORSENING INSECURITY CONDITION IN THE UKRAINIAN CAPITAL KIEV.

GERMAN GOVERNMENT HAS THREATENED BOTH THE ACTING GOVERNMENT AND THE OPPOSITION LEADER WITH SANCTION AGAINST THE UNREST AND THE WORSENING INSECURITY CONDITION IN THE UKRAINIAN CAPITAL KIEV.

President Viktor Janukowitsch has declared Amnesty for the Opposition Political Party members, particularly of the Democratic Alliance Political Party during the Opposition Leader Vitali Klitschko visit in Bayern Munchen for discussion of the worsening Political crisis in the Ukrainian capital Kiev. However, German government has threatened both the acting government and the Opposition leader with sanction against the unrest and the worsening insecurity condition in the Ukrainian capital Kiev. Few citizens have protested against the arrival of the Opposition leader in Bayern Munchen who has been hailed in many countries of both the Western and Eastern European countries, particularly in Russia as the Hero of the Opposition against the government's policies that resulted in to political crisis and the resignition of the entire government's cabinet members from office. Series of interviews have been requested for further questioning of the Opposition's Leader Vitali Klitschko for his fierce uprising against the former governement policies which included the protest against Ukraine membership to the Eurozone countries.

POLITICAL UNREST, DUE TO THE DISPUTED GOVERNMENT'S POLICY OF UKRAINE'S MEMBERSHIP TO THE EUROPEAN UNION AND EXTRA-ORDINARY POWER STRUGGLE HAS OBLIGED THE PRIME MINISTER AND THE ENTIRE GOVERNMENT'S CABINET IN UKRAINE TO RESIGN.

Continued political unrest in Ukraine's capital Kiev, due to the disputed government's policy of Ukraine's membership to the European Union and Extra-ordinary power struggle has obliged Prime Minister Mayokola Azarov and the government's entire cabinet to resign from office, despite the government's previous Parliamentary victory over the vote of no confidence  that had been directed against the Prime Minister and his entire cabinet under the Presidency of Victor Janukowitz. The Opposition and rival political groups headed by Mr. Vitali has demanded the formation of a new system of government that may not succeed in its objectives for the formation of a new system of government and for the replacement of the current fallen government by democratic means of election  that has repeatedly failed the Opposition Political Party in its previous attempts to succeed the government that has unfortunately resigned, due to continued citizens violent demonstration in the capital Kiev. However, neither transitional government, nor executive groups have been formed to run the country temporarily in the last ten hours of absence of government in Ukraine.

ENVIRONMENTALISTS UNHEEDED DEMAND FOR CHANGE OF GOVERNMENTS ENERGY POLICY AT A GLOBAL SCALE HAS SUFFERED A LOOK-OUT OF MANY GOVERNMENTS ON ENVIRONMENTALISTS CONCERN FOR A CLEANER AND SAFER WORLD.

Environmentalists unheeded demand for change of governments energy policy at a global scale for environmental protection purposes that entailed pollution free atmosphere, or environment, due to decreased emission rate and fossil fuel combustion has further suffered a look-out of many governments from environmentalists concern for pollution free, safer and less depleted Earth crust as many governments and policies have been focused on either goals, or objectives and benefits, or interest that outweighs environmentalists concern for cleaner and hazards free environment, particularly in countries with similar problems such as the ever increasing demand for power supply in the industries, offices and households for the required economic growth, higher efficiency and upgraded living standards respectively. Environment friendly renewable energy sources such as the Wind, the Solar and Geothermal energy sources accounts for less than fifty percent of the required power supply  in the industires, the offices and households in the developed countries of USA, Russia, the European Union countries, Japan and various Asian countries, specially China in which the demand for energy consumption has exponentially grown and exceeded eighty percent (80%), due to faster phase industrial and economic growth that has continued to adjust to the governments objectives for better economic prospects and citizens needs for ever increasing energy consumption, particularly in the areas in which social reform has taken place.

WORLD LEADERS CONFERRED OVER MAJOR GLOBAL ISSUES DURING THE WORLD'S ECONOMIC FORUM CONFERENCE HELD IN DAVOS SWITZERLAND.

World Leaders conferred over widerange economic, political issues and differences for better economic prospects in the year 2014 during the final session of the World's Annual Economic Forum Conference held in Davos Switzerland in the last four days of meeting and specifically from January 22nd to January 25th in the year 2014. Among the few World Leaders that delivered speeches on the World's television networks brief televised interviews entailed the Iranian President Hassan Rohani, the British Prime Minister David Cameron, USA, the European Union and other countries delegations. However, major political issues and differences that may have been less understood seemed to have overwhelmed the collective global finance and economic interest between the USA, Iran and the Eurpean Union countries, particularly on the Iranian President request for thr lift of sanction and normalization of of trade relationship between Iran, the European Union and the USA during the World's Economic Conference. BIGGER COALITION GOVERNMENT CABINET MEMBERS RE-EXAMINED THE MANDATE THAT HAS BEEN SET FOR IMPLEMENTATION IN MORE TRADITIONAL MANNER DURING THE TWO DAYS MEETING HELD MESSEBERG CASTLE.

BIGGER COALITION GOVERNMENT CABINET MEMBERS RE-EXAMINED THE MANDATE THAT HAS BEEN SET FOR IMPLEMENTATION IN MORE TRADITIONAL MANNER DURING THE TWO DAYS MEETING HELD AT MESSEBERG CASTLE.

Germany's bigger Coalition government cabinet members seemed more unified and relaxed during the two days meeting held at Messeberg Castle with Chancellor Angela Merkel on crutches after faster recovery from ski accident injury that enabled her to re-examined her mandate that has been set for implementation in more traditional manner which emphasized her cabinet's bigger Coalition government absolute majority and ruling clout in Germany's Parliament known as the Bundestag. Further reshuffle of some of her cabinet's higher positions has not been mentioned. However, few of the main political issues that have been discussed during the meeting on both the domestic and foreign levels that gave the major political parties that comprised of the Christian Democratic Union Political Party (CDU) with the Christian Social Union Political Party (CSU) and the Social Democrats Political Party called the SPD the majority citizens support for the overwhelming election victory during the election entailed policies such as the requirement for the implementation of minimum wage legislation, retirement age limit, tax policies, the energy policy, economic issues in finance policies and packages, besides the concern for increasing unrest in the Ukraine capital Kiev.

THE GENEVA CONVENTION ON SYRIAN CONFLICT HAS BEEN DESCRIBED AS THE ATTACK OF ALL AGAINST THE ATTACK ON THE OTHER WITHOUT THE REQUIRED COMPROMISE FOR THE SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEMS THAT HAVE CAUSED WAR AND CLAIMED MANY LIVES.

The Geneva Convention on Syrian conflict continued in the Morning hours of the day and through the Afternoon in the attempts to bridge the differences between the government's and the Opposition's delegation that have sat down for the first time on the same table to discuss their differences on major problems without fierce, or major fight between the various groups. However, European media have described the meeting as the attack of all against the attack on the other without the required compromise for the solution of the problems that have caused war and much damage in properties and human lives that have been lost in the last three years of intense civil war between the government's and the Opposition's forces. The Opposition in the current Syrian conflict demanded the relinquish of power by the government during the meeting and accused the government of major atrocities against the civilian population, while the government delegates defended their position against the Oposition demand for the handover of power without specific mandate , or program for governance, except the violence in terrorist attacks that have caused much damage and claimed many lives. Further accusation included President Assad defiance to comply with the World's Body regulations that included the demand of the Opposition for the handover of power to the civilian popullation of which many have fled the country.
