THE UN ENVIRONMENT SUMMIT IN DOHA REFLECTED NEW OPEN DOORS POLICY OF THE ARAB GULF COUNTRIES AND THE INVOLVEMENT IN THE SOUGHT FOR SOLUTION TO GLOBAL PROBLEMS.

The UN Environment Summit being currently held in Doha the capital of Qatar reflected new open doors policy of the Arab Gulf countries with the involvement in the sought for solution to global problems, particularly on the issue of environment pollution which its sources has been traceable in the extracts of fossil fuel and its combustion of which many Arab Gulf countries and some North African countries have directly, or indirectly participated in the pollution of the environment at a global scale by various means that entailed the export of crude oil, or petroleum to almost all the countries of the World and the domestic over-consumption of fossil fuel and petroleum as the main energy sources in the Arab Gulf and the North African countries. However, the unified agreement reached during the Summit that set goal for carbon dioxide and fossil fuel reduction in the atmosphere by the year 2015 remains a difficult objective to accomplish, despite the agreement reached because of many issues that included the high demand for petroleum and fossil fuel in many countries around the World and the European Union countries change of energy policies that emphasized the shift from the atomic energy as the main energy source to the less efficient, but renewable and environment friendly energy sources such as the Wind, the Solar and the Geothermal energy sources.

THE IMF AND THE EURO-ZONE WEALTHIEST COUNTRIES REACHED AN AGREEMENT IN LOAN ALLOCATION ON THE PREVIOUSLY DISPUTED EUROPEAN UNION FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR GREECE IN THE FINAL SESSION OF THE MEETING.

The IMF and the Eurozone wealthiest countries have finally reached an agreement on the previously disputed European Union financial assistance for Greece in loan allocation worth the sums that ranged between E$ 44 billion euros to E$ 56.8 billion euros at the least and at the most respectively in the final session of the Eurozone Finance Ministers and the IMF delegates meeting held yesterday at the European Parliament in the European capital Brussel, despite the protest of some of the Eurozone wealthiest nations about the risk in the allocation of unlimited large sums of money in loans to a member nation that has not fully upgraded its credit line with the required financial and economic efficiency of a Eurozone member country, due to the current European Union Austerity Measures, the failing Saving Plans Packages, the financial instability and political upheavels in Athens. However, on the other side the loan approval has been celebrated as a break through after long political and financial struggle in Athens that will keep Greece in the Eurozone and help accomplish the projected future economic prospects in Greece with less doubt, or financial risk of the disputable wealthiest European Union lenders.

However, some European Union countries have expressed skepticism about Greece chances for faster financial and economic rebound as required by the European Central Bank credit line conditions at the current prevailing conditions of continued demonstrations, or strikes ballooning debt, higher unemployment rate and the government refusal to reduce the Greek military huge budget.

VARIATION IN INCREASED AVERAGE GLOBAL TEMPERATURES WITH VARIED DEGREE OF DEFECTS, OR DEVASTATION HAVE BEEN FELT AROUND THE WORLD, PARTICULARLY ALONG THE COASTAL REGIONS OF THE WORLD.

Variation in increased average global temperatures, due to seasonal changes with the defects that usually accompanies these changes have been gradually felt around many parts of the World with varied degree of devastation that entailed climate change, natural catastrophes, man made inventions and issues such as factories pollution, chemicals and pollution of the environment, particularly in the parts of the World with Temperate, Sub-temperate and Tropical types of climates. However, environmentalists and Green Peace activists call for immediate solution to the mentioned issues remains unheeded, or may have been ignored by some governments, even those in parts along the coastal regions of the World that have been frequented by the Natural Catastrophes such as Flood, Hurricanes, Mudslides and Tornadoes, or those that may have outweigh industrial and commercial benefits to the defects of increased pollution of the environment at both the domestic and global scale. The required scientific approaches for the solution of the mentioned issues, particularly on the required control of pollution and the Natural catastrophes mentioned have either ended as political controversy in Parliaments around the World, or may have been simply ruled out as beyond the scope of current scientific knowledge.
