THE SYRIAN REBELS CLAIMED THE CONTROL OF OVER SIXTY PERCENT OF THE TOWN OF ALEPPO AND DAMASCUS, INSPITE OF INTENSIFIED MISSILES AND AIRSTRIKES ON INTENDED TARGETS IN ALEPPO AND DAMASCUS BY THE SYRIAN MILITARY.

Inspite of intensified missiles and airstrikes on intended targets in the town of Aleppo and parts of Damascus by the Syrian military, the Syrian Rebels named the Free Syrian Forces have claimed the control of over sixty percent of the town of Aleppo and parts of Damascus as secured Base for the delivery of the urgently needed ammunition and basic necessities for both the Rebels and the fleeing civilian population. Over two hundred thousand Syrian residence have been displaced from their homes in the town of Aleppo and from parts of the Syrian capital Damascus. However, the UN has withdrawn its Peace Keeping Forces and the humanitarian relief personnel from parts of Damascus and the town of Aleppo, despite the extention of the UN peace keeping mandate in Syria. Fortification of the Turkish Syrian border with sophisticated air defense to ground missiles capability may have rendered farther transport of ammunition and the essential basic necessities such as food, medicines, water and mobile shelters from Turkey to Syria impossible.

THE GOVERNMENTS STUMBLE IN THE SOUGHT FOR A CURE AGAINST THE SPREADING PANDEMIC HIV AND AIDS AROUND THE WORLD.

Governments stumble of both the developed and the developing countries on the various major World issues that have had direct impact on the world, or on the World's population and that required mostly scientific approaches and solutions  for the solution of the problems, rather than the current political, financial and economic struggle in many countries of the World on various issues that entailed the required control and the sought for a cure of the Pandemic AIDS and HIV in the World, while the scientific challenge for a cure of the disease is being sought at a domestic national effort of individual nations, rather than as an international problem remains an obstacle for all the various sides that have continuously exerted much effort towards the solution of the problem in whatsoever ways that have been possible that included the scientific effort for the solution of the problem by unsaggregated, or unrestricted scientific researches for those that qualified, the fair distribution of the allocated funds and detailed updates of the number of those made victims by the Pandemic in many countries of the World by the current information transfer tecnology. The USA government admitted last week in the annual AIDS and HIV convention held in the USA and various other places, or countries that the USA citizens remains the highly infected citizens of the World with the Pandemic and allocated the sum of one hundred fifty billion dollars for the constant supply of drugs needed to extend the lifespan of those infected by HIV and AIDS in the USA and around the World.

THE EUROPEAN UNION COMMISSION PRESIDENT VISIT TO GREECE CALMED INVESTORS CONCERN OVER LONG TERM INTEREST RATES PAYMENT AND GREECE WITHDRAWAL FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION BEFORE GREECE PROJECTED ECONOMIC PROSPECTS.

Doubt expressed about Greece uncertain future in the European Union during the previous political crisis, the current financial crisis with the government's request for more time that may exceed three years to implement its Saving Plan Package, besides the Greek citizens demand for Greece withdrawal from the European Union, due to financial difficulties of the minimum income earners caused by the European Union Austerity Measures has been ruled out by the visit of the President of the European Union Commission Mr. Jose Manuel Barroso to Greece early morning today. The European Union Commission President expressed the Union's request for Greece Saving Plan Package in the brief televised interview with the new Greek Prime Minister Mr. Samaras that emphasized the requirement for Greece to save the sum of eleven point five billion euros (euros 11.5 billion ) until  next year to calm investors concern over long term interest rates payment and Greece withdrawal from the European Union before Greece projected economic prospects.

DISORGANIZATION IN THE SYRIAN REBEL FORCES MOVEMENT MAY COST THEM THEIR CLAIMED VICTORY IN THE CAPTURE OF PARTS OF DAMASCUS AND THE SYRIAN TOWN OF ALEPPO.

DISORGANIZATION IN THE SYRIAN REBEL FORCES MOVEMENT MAY COST THEM THEIR CLAIMED VICTORY IN THE CAPTURE OF PARTS OF DAMASCUS AND THE SYRIAN TOWN OF ALEPPO.

The Rebel forces in Syria have claimed victory in the Syrian town of Aleppo with the capture of half of the city of Damascus, inspite of intensified battle in Damascus and Aleppo, due to the Syrian Military offensive in the mentioned battle sites. However, disorganization in the Syrian Rebel Movement may cost them their claimed victory in the capture of parts of Damascus and the town of Aleppo alongside the citizens demonstration against President Basar Assad government as the government soldiers loyal to both the government and the President have continued in the offensive battle against the Rebels taking them one, two and many at a time, while the Rebel forces have been waiting in the last fourty eight hours of intensified battle in Damascus and Aleppo for reinforcement and ammunition from Saudi Arabia and Turkey, eventhough the Turkish government has announced temporary closer of its border to Syria.

INVESTORS CONCERN ABOUT EUROPE'S POTENTIAL MONEY LENDER GENEROSITY FOR RISKY FUTURE FINANCIAL GAINS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION AND THE WORLD FINANCIAL MARKETS.

INVESTORS CONCERN ABOUT EUROPE'S POTENTIAL MONEY LENDER GENEROSITY FOR RISKY FUTURE FINANCIAL GAINS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION AND THE WORLD'S FINANCIAL MARKETS.

German government reluctant reaction to the investors concern about the latest rating on its finance potential, due to the country's leading role and increasing financial assistance in the Euro-zone and many developing countries has disturbed potential investors, financial institutions, economists, businesses and many government politicians that may have misinterpretted the current recession in the world and in Germany that has been generally referred to as global recession as attributes of one of Europe's potential money lender for the European Union financial packages which its lending generosity for risky future financial gains in the European Union financial markets and in the world's third growing economic market could mean much future damage to the European Union financially potential nation, specially on the latest Parliamentary approval of the European Union financial packages to Greece, Spain, Italy, Ireland and Portugal which may have prompted the USA rating agent Moody's to release Germany's latest negative financial rating on the country's finance potential from the previus Aaa rating. However, some finance and rating agents have claimed that Germany has gained much, despite the much contribution to the European Union financial packages.
