DEEPER STOCK MARKETS PLUNGE IN EUROPE AND THE USA AS ATTRIBUTES OF THE THE USA CONTROVERSIAL DOMESTIC POLICY TO CONCLUDE ITS DEBT CEILING POLICY.

The repeated deeper plunge in the stock markets results in Europe and the USA rated at fifty three points and over a hundred and nineteen points minus respectively shocked the markets, despite the contracts signed by both the governments and the stock markets companies with the banks that have been expected to strengthen the stock markets in Europe and the currencies value. The Union between the German dax and the New York stock markets have been hurt in the third week since the reunion, while The Russian government and the German Government signed agreement on the use of the European Union currency as the reserve currency has been affected, particularly on the Russian side that lends much in the hard currency for specific interest rates. Speculation on the USA controversial domestic policy to conclude its debt ceiling and budget deficit reduction may have attributed to the deeper plunge in both the European markets and the USA stock markets efficient performance.

THE WORLD REACTION TO THE USA DEBT LIMIT BY THE DOWNGRADE.

The world reaction to the USA alternative solution to the debt limit referred to as the ceiling alternative, or the extention of the debt limit have had world wide intervention for the downgrade which too have resulted in the immediate and further devaluation of the USA currency the dollar. The dollar has been rated at the value of just over 77 to the euro in the world markets. The decline has been attributed to the world wide intervention for the downgrade that may revalue the debt ceiling to over the limit by a hundred billion to trillion US dollars with no immediate monetary consequences in currency devaluation and uncontroled inflation. However, the US dollar purchasing power has been expected to decrease, eventhough the exports would rise as the value of the dollar decreases to a point in which the imports to the USA will cease, particularly from the major economies, before the final collapse of the stock, if markets and the industries in the USA were to continue to either the closer, or the outsourcing.

THE AIR BRIDGE PROJECT HAS BEGUN THE HUMANITARIAN MISSION TO THE AREAS MOSTLY AFFECTED BY THE OUTBREAK OF HUNGER IN SOUTHERN SOMALIA.

The air bridge project has begun the humanitarian mission to the areas mostly affected by the outbreak of hunger, starvation and diseases in Somalia early morning today. The UN and other humanitarian Organitions have continued to fly cargo airplanes filled with relief supplies to the devastated areas in Somalia, specifically the Southern Somalia. However, the relief supplies will remain stranded at the International airport in Nairobi and may not reach the intended destination as required, due to presence of the Rebel Movement called El Sabbab that have claimed the control of Southern Somalia. The UN request for clearance of the roads to the devastated areas for the transport of the relief aid may not be heeded by the Rebel group that have demanded the formation of an Islamic country in Southern Somalia. The UN has not suggested additional resolution that will enforce the use of military power to forcibly open the roads in order for the relief aid to reach the hunger striken population in Southern Somalia.

CONTROVERSY OVER THE USA INSTITUTION TO RESOLVE THE DEBT LIMIT.

Controversy over the USA strategies to limit the cxceeded debt limit remains disputable in both the Congress and the Senate, despite warnings from various financial Institutions that the USA executives, legislative and parties indecision may have long term global financial consequences that will disable the USA capability and rendered the USA incapable to pay its debt and prevent the foreseeable financial catastrophe that could further deteriorate the USA economy and its devaluating currency. Some experts have suggested additional measures to the Republicans strategy for the debt and budget deficit crisis solution by spending cuts to include further cuts on certain projects that may not be necessary at present. However, no suggestion have been made on the person, or the country that should take the responsibility and resolve the problem to prevent the predicted global financial catastrophe should the USA continue in the stumble to resolve the problem.
