THE ALLIANCE UNIFICATION ON DEFENSE SHIELD DURING THE NATO LISBON SUMMIT MAY REQUIRE RATIFICATION OF MEMBER COUNTRIES DEFENSE POLICIES AMENDMENT.
The Alliance unification on defense shield in Eastern Europe for both the Eastern and the Western countries with the involvement of Russia and the USA in the NATO Lisbon Summit may require the ratification of member countries defense policies amendment which includes the USA, Germany, Russia and some of the European counties a long with Turkey on policies such as the already signed Treaty on arms reduction between the USA and Russia. The required amendment on none nuclear proliferation policy and the general reduction of Troops numbers in some countries such as Germany a long with their disarmament and budget reduction.

WINTER SEASON TEMPERATURE HAS BROKEN OUT IN MOST STATES OF USA.
Winter season low temperature has broken out in most States of USA. In the Northern States few to many inches of snowfall have been reported in various Northern States. However, the Southern States Winter temperatures have remained flactuating between thirty degrees, fourty degrees and sixty degrees fahrenheit, due to the frequent rainfall that has kept Southern States temperatures during the Winter season moderately low compared to the Northern States. Citizens in both parts of the country have begun to cloth themselves in Winter season warmer clothes , but Winter sports and other activities have not yet been reported.

THE EPIDEMIC AWARENESS HAS GAINED MUCH ATTENTION AT HOME AND ABROAD.

LESS FAVORABLE WEATHER CONDITION IN THE LAST THREE DAYS OF THE THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY.
Foggy weather condition prevailed in most of the Southern States and particularly in atlanta/Georgia in the last three days of the Thanksgiving holidays with scattered showers in the early morning of the third day, besides few hours of sunshine on thursday Morning and in the Afternoon. Traffic conditions in most inner cities streets had not been as had previously been anticipated. Less frequent congestion have been reported , instead in most inner cities streets, except on the Interstate Highways on which high speed limit and many road lanes have continuously prevented frequent traffic congestion on the Highways, except when the unforeseeable traffic accidents occurs on the Interstate Highways through out the country.

THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY AND THE HIGH DEMAND ON SALES OF ITEMS THAT ENTAILED FUEL IN MANY STATES IN THE USA.
High demand on sales of many items in stores and fuel stations has been expected to double, due to the thanksgiving holiday shoppers and travelers on the approach of the thanksgiving holiday.
Gas prices have slightly increased by few cents in certain gas stations , while in others the prices have remained constant, despite the high demand on fuel during the thanksgiving holiday in many States of USA compared to the overall decrease in price of the crude oil from $86 to $82 a barel this week. Motorists on the roads and pedestrians on the side walk have been alerted to drive and walk carefully during the holidays, due to traffic congestion and violatiion of traffic regulations by impaired holiday and weekend drank drivers.
