VARYING OPINIONS ON ATTRIBUTES OF THE SLOW ECONOMIC RECOVERY, OR RATHER THE DOWN-TREND IN THREE DIFFERENT CONTINENTS.

Varying opinions as attributes of either the slow recovery, or rather the down-trend in the world's markets in three different continents of Europe, America, or the USA and Asia, despite the globalized commerce of the world's competitive market economies.
The Asian business sectors regarded the slow world economic recovery, or rather the downtrend as attributes that signals their stronger currencies, while the European Union sixteen member countries referred to the slow recovery as attributes of debt crisis and the financial sectors loose monetary regulations, besides the USA markets complain about inefficiency in certain industries, specially the manufacturing sectors attributed to outsourcing.

NO DEDUCTION HAS BEEN MADE IN REGARD TO THE POLITICAL, ECONOMIC AND THE SECURITY DESTINY OF THE COUNTRIES THAT HAD BEEN FREED, OR LIBERATED BY COMBAT LIKE IRAQ.

Despite the celebrations for the withdrawal of the USA and the Allied forces by both the occupiers and the occupied in regard to the American families and friends who wanted, or rather demanded the return of their loved ones back home from the combat zones and the factions that have neither recognized, nor wanted American and Allied forces presence in Iraq,no deduction has been made in regard to the political, economic and security destiny of the countries that had been freed, or liberated by armed conflicts, or wars, due to the current domestic armed conflicts between the factions that had either broken off the main stream former military in Iraq, or the split in the main religious groups such as the sunni and the shiite.
Some countries seemed to have benefitted, or learned from the American wars for the freedom of other countries. However, nobody seem to know, when Iraq and the people would benefit, or learn from the USA occupation and partial withdrawal.

DOMESTIC CULTURAL CLASHES BETWEEN SUBURBAN AREA REPRESENTATIVES, RURAL COMMUNITIES LEADERS AND THE HIGHLY EDUCATED INTELLECTUALS HAVE OCCURRED FREQUENTLY ON HOW THE RISING PROBLEMS OF HOMOSEXUALITY AND UNUSUAL SEX PRACTICES COULD BE RESOLVED AND CONTAINED IN AFRICAN COUNTRIES.

Africa Representatives of suburban areas and leaders of rural communities who have not been abroad may have wondered about the silence, the look out,or rather that may seem as less concern of the highly educated, the intellectuals and leaders in their societies about the homosexuality, the unusual sex practices and the ridiculous sex practices of their sons and daughters with inner cities dwellers which may be the the city inhabitants, or foreigners called homosexuality,or lesbian and where it may have originated.
In some African countries domestic cultural clashes between suburban area Representatives ruralcommmunities leaders abd the highly educcated intellectuals have occurred frequently on how the problems of homosexuality and unusual sex practices could be resolved and contained. In other African countries, particularly those in which suburban Representatives and rural communities leaders have progressed to central decision making positions of the governments, legislative ban of unacceptable sex practices and punishment by death penalty of violators of the sentence has been demanded for the violators of the ban of homosexuality and other unusual sex practices. However, observers of changes in African social settings and traditions in suburban communities have criticised the drastic legislative penalties by death sentence against violators of the ban on homosexuality and other unusual sex practices in many African countries suburban areas.

THE BILL THAT WOULD HAVE REQUIRED FURTHER EXTENSION OF PRISON FACILITIES, ADDITIONAL PARTIAL DETENTION AND HOUSING OF CERTAIN CRIMINALS SUFFERED DEFEAT IN THE EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT FOR THE REQUIRED ENACTION TO A LEGISLATION.

The European Union has been remarkably acknowledged in regard to its decisions on controversial issues within the European Union nations and abroad. The bill that would have required further extension of prison facilities and partial detention of in and out of jail, or prison criminals and persons who may be regarded as dangerous criminals, or violators of certain rules in certain communities and societies has suffered defeat in the European Parliament for the required enaction to a legislation.
The European Union Parliament denied the enaction of the bill to a legislation because the extension of prison facilities to house ex-convicts, or sex offenders and other criminals who have served their prison terms would mean additional imprisonment beyond their terms, or sentence.

INEXPENSIVE ANNUAL PREPARATION FOR UNEXPECTED CHANGES IN SEVERE WEATHER PATTERNS ALONG THE COASTAL REGIONS IN THE USA.

Despite the seemingly calm hurricane season this year, due to less severe changes in the weather patterns, except for the continuous rain in most parts of the USA, the USA today recalls in to memory five years ago of the worse natural catastrophe of the decade named hurricane Katrina that hit the coastal State of Louisiana, parts of Mississippi and claimed much in property damages and human lives.
However, inexpensive annual preparation for unexpected changes in severe weather patterns along the coastal regions of the USA has remained indispensable precaution for the safety of many coastal region inhabitants in the USA.

THE SOMALIA REBEL GROUP LINK TO TERRORISTS AND THE FREQUENT ATTACKS ON MANY AFRICAN CITIES HAVE BEEN THE CONCERN OF MANY AFRICAN LEADERS IN THE LAST OAU MEETING HELD IN KAMPALA UGANDA.

The Somalia rebel group of el- Shabab link to the terrorists and the frequent attacks on many African cities have been the concern of many African leaders in their last OAU meeting held in Kampala Uganda. The resolution passed by the African leaders for the containment, restoration of security and peace in the horn of Africa in particular and in East Africa in general that resulted in the declaration of El- shabab rebel group as terrorists could transform the African Union peace keeping forces in to fighting forces, or occupation forces that may consequently escalate to major battles and wars in both the horn of Africa and East Africa.
