GLOBAL RESPONSE IN EMERGENCY RELIEF AID FUNDS AND ASSISTANCE TO EARTHQUAKE AND TSUNAMI VICTIMS IN INDONESIA HAS BEEN REMARKABLE.
Global response to Earthquake and tsunami victims in Indonesia has been remarkable, despite rising concern about how the relief aid in funds food drinking water medicines and shelters can be delivered to the victims that have been described as the most in need of the emergency relief aid that should be immediately delivered to the areas that have been hit hard by earthquake and tsunami last Friday, September 28th in the year two thousand and eighteen which unfortunately has been accompanied by vocanic eruption two days later, after an Earthquake at the Pacific Island of Sumatra triggered giant tsunami that made landfall at Palua Sulawesi and the Northern parts of Jakarta and devastated the mentioned areas. The estimated death of victims that have died instantly, when the Natural Catastrophe of tsunami made landfall at Indonesian coastal regions has exceeded one thousand three hundred victims and hundreds of thousands that have been severely, or mildly injured by the natural catastrophes. The State Department office for emergency response at both the domestic and global level in the United States of America has responded positively and allocated fifteen million US dollars ($15 million) in emergency relief fund to end the emerging humanitarian crisis in Indonesia. The European Union government in Brussels has donated one point five million euros (Euros 1.5 million) as contribution for emergency relief aid effort being currently conducted for Indonesia. Britain has deployed the armed forces and Humanitarian Relief Organizations with relief supplies to end the emerging humanitarian crisis in Indonesia. North Korea has pledged one hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($150,000.00) for the victims of Earthquake and tsunami in Indonesia. However, much effort has been required at a global level to end the crisis in Indonesia, despite the additional pledges that continues to flow from various countries in the effort to end the projected humanitarian crisis caused by the Natural Catastrophes in Indonesia which their names and the sum of money donated have unfortunately not been released to the media personnel and media sources of both the domestic and International Media, except for the document released by the Secretary of Emergency Relief Assistance in the State Department of the United States of America and the document that has been released by the European Union government in Brussels.

BRITAIN'S CONSERVATIVE PARTY CONFERENCE BEGUN WITH TOUGHER DISCUSSION OF SERIES OF PROPOSALS ON THE GOVERNMENT'S AGENDA FOR BREXIT.
Britain's Conservative Party Conference begun with tougher discussion of series of proposals on the government's agenda on Brexit earlier today that might envisage what Britain may be after Brexit, despite media criticism of the proposals that have been generally referred to on both the domestic and International media as strict measures, or too tough BREXIT regulations on all the citizens of Britain, particularly on the Immigrants that have been recognized as British citizens, before and within this decade. However, these tougher measures have been regarded by the Conservative Party politicians as a shake-up of the GOVERNMENT'S system current accountability measures that reflected Prime Minister Theresa May difficult duties and responsibility within the realm of Democratic process of a Democratic system of government which has answered positively to the people's choice for exceeding sovereignty and freedom by the Referendum for Britain's separation from EU, rather than its remain in the EU after the end of the month of March in the year two thousand and nineteen, despite the controversy on the requirement for second Referendum that might overturn British citizens choice for exceeding sovereignty to that of interest with EU within the same realm of Democracy and accountability measures, specially for the Immigrants and refugees, or asylum seekers that have permanently settled in Britain. These proposals of the Conservative Party politicians and Members of the British Parliament in the various fields of Immigration and trade deal with EU and other major countries as the USA Canada Australia the Asian the Middle Eastern the Arab World and African countries, besides other deals on the modern forms of communication by satellites computers smartphones with the required safety in the various types of transportation network systems that entailed the air transportation the rail road and the on road transportation by various types of vehicles may again require Parliamentary scrutiny within the given shortest time period, before BREXIT in order for the Conservative Party and other political parties in Britain to restore BRITAIN'S system known good reputation for stability that has surpassed good records of other systems of governments with regard to fair governance and stable government formation for many decades.

DESPITE DISPUTED CONTROVERSY OVER GOVERNMENT'S ACCOUNTABILITY METHODS WITH REGARD TO FAILURE OVER THE DECISION MAKING PROCESS AND APPOINTMENTS AT GOVERNMENT HIGHEST LEVEL, THE SENATE COMMITTEE HAS EMPHASIZED ON THE SIGNIFICANT FACTORS THAT SHOULD NOT BE IGNORED, PARTICULARLY THOSE THAT MAY CAUSE POLARIZATION AT THE HIGHEST GOVERNMENT LEVEL .
Despite disputed controversy over government's accountability methods failure with regard to government's decision making process at the highest government level that entailed the three major branches that comprised the executive branch the legislative branch and the Judiciary branch in the United States of America, particularly during the Administration of President Donald Trump, the current controversy over the appointment of the Highest Supreme Court Brett Kavanaugh, specially among the committee members of the main three branches of government has instead reflected the return of a fair and impartial decision making process, rather than its failure among the mentioned various Institutions that makes the stable government in the United States of America with the general alleged diminishing accountability methods with regard to decision making process at the highest level and the current appointments at the various Institutions and governments three major branches. Although the detailed aspects on the controversy for the appointment of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the highest position of the Supreme Judge in the United States of America has not been fully covered on both the domestic and International media, due to the requirement for further scrutiny of the vast documents on Judge Kavanaugh background said to have exceeded nine hundred documents gathered and documented by the Judiciary Committee and the FBI in the last few weeks since his nomination by the President of the United States of America Donald Trump who requested further delay of atlas two weeks before the executive consent for approval by the various branches of government. However, the Senate Committee consent for the appointment of Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh has been withdrawn and similar withdrawal has been exercised by the executive committee on claims of delay of FBI investigation on the alleged sex scandal with previous failed marriage of Judge Kavanough, besides investigations on Judge Kavanough relation to the White House his financial background and claims on corruption charges, if at all there has been any which may impeach him from this highest government post of the Supreme Court Judge. The Senate Committee emphasized on the alleged sexual conduct and harassment of female colleges and other professional as significant factors of polarization that should not be ignored for the highest post of the Supreme Court Judge whose duties would be to defend the Constitution at the domestic and foreign levels, besides the requirement for neutrality with regard to the highest Judge required final decision on controversial, or government's difficult decision making process on various issues that may entail diplomatic relation political legislative immigration and financial issues as a result both Committees may request further scrutiny of the FBI reports and Investigations at the Committees level for the required final appointment of Judge Kavanough whose appointment would succeed, despite various Committees demand for various Investigations that included his educational and professional background as a Judge in the USA regional Courts and other High Courts in the various States of the United States of America.

THE CHANCELLOR OF GERMANY ANGELA MERKEL AND TURKEY PRESIDENT TAYIP ERDOGAN CONVENED AT THE CAPITAL CITY BERLIN IN THE ATTEMPT TO NORMALIZE BILATERAL RELATION BETEEEN THE TWO COUNTRIES.
The Chancellor of Democratic Republic of Germany Angela Merkel and President of Turkey Rezept Tayib Erdogan convened at the Chancellor's office for a brief press Conference of the two leaders held at Germany's capital city Berlin on Friday and at the begin of the meeting that may last over the weekend in the attempt of both leaders to normalized diplomatic political financial trade and defense relation between Berlin and Stanbul, after over six months of disputed relation in the mentioned various fields between Germany and Turkey. President Erdogan sudden change for normalization of relationship in the mentioned various fields with Germany and the NATO member countries and allies has been made known in media. However, media sources of both the domestic and International media with the media personnel may have speculated on the unknown reasons for the cause of change of Turkey foreign policy, particularly with Germany and the NATO member countries, after Turkey had demanded withdrawal of Germany FORCES that had been stationed at Incirlic as part of surveillance mission on the war against terrorism by extended deployment of Drones Satellites and the air force on locations that have been suspected as Islamists and other foreign forces military Bases and strongholds that have threatened Turkey's bulging military muscles in the Middle East the Arab World and North African countries. Turkey President Erdogan demanded political and humanitarian recognition of Turkey Opposition in Germany headed by Golan and his supporters. The Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel accepted normalization of relation to enable resumption of cooperation eoth Ankara in the various fields mentioned and extended second invitation for the next defense cooperation meeting with France and Turkey scheduled for the month of November in the year two thousand and eighteen (2018).
Other significant issues for discussion such as the attempts to ease both social immigration and political pressure on Turkey citizens currently residing in Germany, or those that may have been recognized as German citizens, besides resumption of visa free travel policy for the citizens of Turkey and further security and immigration cooperation between Berlin and Ankara may temporarily remain suspended, due to gradual and diminishing strained relationship between the two countries.
