FURTHER REDEPLOYMENT, OR WITHDRAWAL OF USA FORCES THE RUSSIAN AIR DEFENCE FORCES AND OTHER FOREIGN FORCES FROM THE NORTHERN REGIONS OF SYRIA AND IRAQ BECAME MAJOR POLICY MAKING ISSUES IN THE USA RUSSIA AND TURKEY, AFTER THE USE OF CHEMICAL WEAPON BY UNSPECIFIED AIRFORCE IN THE REGION.

    Redeployment, or withdrawal of the foreign forces that comprised of the USA forces the Russian air defense forces and the occupying Turkey forces in the Northern regions of both Syria and Iraq became major political issues in the various capital cities of Washington DC Moscow and Stanbul respectively, particularly after the use of chemical weapon by unspecified airforce in the Northern region of Syria and parts of Northern Iraq. Few United Nations Organization employees that mainly consisted of the deployed medical staff the logistics personnel the Humanitarian branch and the commissioned executives have testified as eye witnesses of the atrocities so far committed against innocent civilian citizens in the Northern regions of Syria and Iraq by use of chemical weapons by the unidentified Generals of the unidentified air force which various media sources of the domestic USA and the International media have claimed may have been either the Syrian air force, or the Israelites air force which have both and repeatey violated ceasefire agreements and the ban on use of chemical weapons during extended raids against suspected Islamic militants Bases and posts that have been generally referred to as the remaining strongholds and targets of the allied forces in the Northern Iraq and Syria.
USA defense Secretary Mathis expressed himself reluctantly on the possible redeployment of the USA forces for the reinforcement of the various forces currently in operation in the Northern Region of Iraq and Syria with the possible intensified use of military force during the meeting held at the Pentagon yesterday. The United Nations Organization has scheduled an extraordinary Security Council Members meeting for the resolution of the emerging crisis in the specified regions of conflicts which may have been attributed to the use of chemical weapons by unidentified Generals and the air force. Russia Syria and Israel have denied use of any type ofmilitary force by their forces against civilian citizens in the Northern parts of Iraq and Syria. However, it has remained unknown until today, if the United Nations Security Council would recommend the use ofmilitary force as an alternative solution for PEACE in the current regions of conflicts in Syria and Iraq, after the United Nations Organization had more than thrice objected the use of joinedmilitaryforce in the mentioned regions of conflicts as an alternative means for PEACE, specially in the Middle Eastern the Arab World and North African countries.

CANADA'S HIGHEST COURT OVERTURN ITS LEGISLATIVE PERMIT ON PROSTITUTION PRACTICE IN CANADA WITH LEGISLATIVE RESTRICTION THAT CAUSED WIDERANGE CRITICISM AND EXTENDED CONTROVERSIAL DEBATES DOMESTICALLY AND IN THE VARIOUS COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD, PARTICULARLY IN THE USA.

   Canada's Highest Court overturn it's legislative permit for prostitution practice in Canada's various regions it passed four years ago with a rather surprising legislative restriction against prostitution in all the regions of Canada with no exception whatsoever and caused wider range domestic and International criticism in extended debates at various Institutions on the streets and on both the domestic and International media at home and in the foreign countries shortly, after the EU and Germany concluded it's extended and rather controversial debates on this particular subject of legislative permit, or legislative control on prostitution practice in Germany and various Euro zone countries. However, the question on prostitution practice by legislative control, or its restriction, besides the question on whether this ancient traditional practice should be accepted in Germany and EU various Communities and Societies as service that should be protected by the legislation, instead of its control, or restriction by legislation, unfortunately did not required the Highest Court final decision on the seemingly and endless controversial debates, or discussion on the subject of prostitution which can not be fully controlled by legislation, or its control by legislation could hardly be achieved anywhere in this World, despite the various known emerging violence in various Communities and Societies of the countries of this World. As a result the policy making differences among the political parties the various Institution and among the citizens of the various Communities and Societies ended in Europe's major Parliaments as the European Union Parliament in Brussels and the German Parliament also known as the Bundesliga and may never reach the Highest Court as both Parliaments concluded their separate decision making process on the subject on whether prostitution should be accepted as service, or restricted with the statement that prostitution in EU should be protected by the legislation and financially as a result this legislative statement of the Parliaments has enhanced protection for prostitutes legislatively and possibly financially to end the emerging violence caused by financial difficulties and by prostitution itself in the various Communities and Societies of the many countries of this World. Canada has not been and will not remain the only country in this World in which policy making differences with difficult decision making processes of the executives the legislators and Judiciary on the controversial subject of control, or restriction being sought on prostitution practice in its various regions.

THE HIGHEST REGIONAL COURT IN GERMANY'S NORTHERN STATE OF SCHLESWIG HOLSTEIN HAS PASSED A VERDICT OF NOT GUILTY ON CHARGES OF BEING SEPARATIST AND REBEL LEADER AGAINT THE FORMER CATALONIA REGIONAL PRESIDENT AND AVERTED HIS EXTRADITION TO SPAIN.

    Germany's Highest Regional Court based in the Northern State of Schleswig Holstein has finally passed a verdict of not guilty on charges of being a separatist and a rebel leader against the former regional President of Catalonia Carles Puigdemont, after four days of silence and averted his extradition to Spain, soon after the Court had  pronounced him free person on parole, due to his arrest a week ago at the German Denish Northern border near Flensburg. However, the Northern region Highest Regional Court acquittance of the former regional President of Spain Puigdemont with legislative pronouncement of his freedom does not guarantee the safety of Puigdemont in the Democratic Republic of Germany without an application for an eligible asylum in the Democratic as the court's ruling may be misinterpretted as violation of both the European Union Court and the Spanish Court demand for extradition of former President Puigdemont to Spain. On the other hand the European Union government the United Nations Organization, specially the Humanitarian Branch and the government of Spain have remained silent about Germany's regional Court decision that acquitted former regional President Puigdemont of the claimed charges for being a rebel leader and a separatist who has remained determined to separate Catalonia from Spain by a referendum which abolished, despite the overwhelming citizens support of the former regional President of Spain in Catalonia and other parts of Spain. Puigdemont return to Spain without an arrest warrant for the projected long term imprisonment, or possible death sentence on charges of being traitor could another overwhelming election victory for Presidency in Catalonia and the whole of Spain.

   The United States of America and China intensified trade war across the Pacific Ocean region on various products currently being exported and imported between the World's two major economies to the extend that it may hurt the World's dominant and emerging economies respectively on the various fields of the domestic and foreign trades with emphasis on global financial potential decline and currency value devaluation in the USA China and other parts of the World that  may further be directly, or indirectly affected by the current trade war between the USA and China, if restrictions, or the increase in customs and other fees have been imposed on the various items being traded by the USA and China on the domestic and the International markets. Nevertheless, China's asserted over reaction to what has been termed in the domestic and International media as the trade war between the USA and China by the rather drastic measures in increase of custom fees and other fees on a hundred, or over a hundred USA products within shortest time period against one of USA President mandates for trade fairness and against outsourcing of USA major and heavy industries companies to major foreign countries that entailed China at the time, or rather the decade in which over production of steel and aluminium products on USA minerals cost that included aluminium and iron ore against the USA current decline in export and trading capacity that has been estimated at the rate of over forty percent and increasing, when compared to the export and trading capacities of the World's major countries as China and Germany Which apparently have been indicated to have been involved in the trade warfare of the major and emerging countries against few countries that included the United States of America, despite claims of increased efficiency in the mentioned countries of China Germany Japan and other Eurozone countries that has been accompanied by increased production capacity unbalanced trade in export capacity of other countries that may threaten USA and other major countries projected better economic prospects and increased financial markets performance for adequate currency value and more financial freedom in the USA and else where around the globe.

   Citizens in Germany's various States that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen observed the Christians Easter Sunday for this year by the traditional Easter Sunday march and citizens demonstration for peace in Germany the EU and Eurozone countries, despite the various christian churches call for peace in Germany and in the many countries around the World by prayers, rather than by violence, or the use of military force, particularly in the countries that have been known of violence and frequent outbreak of military conflicts as the current wars in the Middle Eastern the Arab World and North African countries, specially in Palestine Syria Northern Iraq region Afghanistan Libya and North of Sudan. The citizens of Germany demanded the ban on manufacture and distribution of weapons of mass destruction that may have contributed to the known frequent outbreak of violence and military conflicts in the mentioned countries of the World in which violence by use of military force has been known to have frequently broken-out, despite the churches prayers with governments and Humanitarian Organizations attempts for peace in the mentioned regions of conflicts. They have further demanded more government's assistance in the various fields of education, specially for the basic and higher, or advance education. Besides, the requirement for better social services in better healthcare system and sufficient social benefits assistance for the citizens in Germany the Eurozone countries and perhaps the many parts of this World. However, the government's policy on the mentioned citizens demands for peace in this World has unfortunately remained difficult policy making issues in various major countries of which the USA the EU Britain Germany and other countries have not been the exceptional countries in which these citizens demands became major and controversial political issues that resulted in extended Parliamentary debates in the USA Russia the EU and in many countries of Asia the Middle Eastern the Arab World and African countries in which many governments have resorted to the use of military force as an alternative means for peace, particularly in the countries, or regions of conflicts.

POLITICAL AND MILITARY SKIRMISHES INTENSIFIED IN GAZA AND AT THE BORDER CROSSING POINT IN EAST JERUSALEM.

  Political and military skirmishes  intensified in Gaza and at the border crossing point in East Jerusalem, after over sixteen Palestinians were killed by gun shots fired by Israelites forces in the repeated failed attempts to control citizens and demonstrators by use of military force. The cause, or causes of these political diplomatic and military skirmishes has unfortunately not been specified. However, various media sources of both the domestic and the International media have extensively covered the crises with varied opinions to the original causes of the crises which many people believed may have been an additional punch for, or against the Palestinians that have been struggling to avert Israelites government and the forces eviction orders  for the eviction of Palestine citizens from the occupied settlements in the East the West of Jerusalem and other cities within Israel which entailed Tel Aviv Jericho and parts of Jordanian soil in which the evicted Palestinians and other foreign settlers have been denied residence permit, or settlement by both the government in Israel and the authority in parts of the occupied Jordan. Other media sources have indicated the recent census carried out on the settlers by the government that further emphasized on the numbers of settlers of Palestine, or Arab origin said to have more than triple in the various cities towns and the occupied settlements currently under Israelites authorities in Israel Palestine and Jordan. The figures mentioned have been an estimated number of three million Palestinian settlers in East Jerusalem alone which may have tripled to about nine million Palestinians in East Jerusalem and the occupied territories which currently have neen referred to as the new settlements may have attributed to the rising tension between Israel and Palestine which has been accompanied by military skirmishes and the killing of innocent civilian citizens in Gaza and parts of East Jerusalem.
