UNITED NATIONS GENERAL HEADQUARTERS IN NEW YORK ANNOUNCED THE NEWLY ELECTED SUCCESSOR TO THE CURRENT UNITED NATIONS GENERAL SECRETARY WHO HAS BEEN SCHEDULED TO RELINQUISH HIS AUTHORITY AND OFFICE WHEN HIS TERM OF OFFICE EXPIRE AT THE END OF THIS YEAR.

     United Nations General Headquarters in New York the USA made the announcement of the elected new successor to the current United Nations General Secretary Ban Ki Moon who has been scheduled to relinquish his authority and office as United Nations General Secretary, when his term of office expire at the end of the month of December in the Year two thousand and sixteen. This special announcement was made at the United Nations Headquarters in New York late this week and specifically on Thursday, October 6th in the Year two thousand and sixteen, after the newly elected Secretary General won the majority votes of the  United Nations Security Council Members during the process for his election as the successor of the United Nations General Secretary at the United Nations General Headquarters Office in New York city. EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT IN STRAUSBOURG CONCLUDED THE FINAL DEBATE FOR RATIFICATION OF CLIMATE CHANGE AGREEMENT WITH OVERWHELMING PARLIAMENTARY SUPPORT OF SIX HUNDRED AND SEVENTY NINE VOTES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CLIMATE CHANGE AGREEMENT AT A GLOBAL SCALE.

      European Union leaders and Members of Parliament concluded the final debate for ratification of Climate Change Agreement signed by over one hundred and fifty countries late last Year in Parish France Yesterday in the European Union Parliament in Strausbourg and specifically on Tuesday, October fourth in the Year two thousand and sixteen with overwhelming Parliamentary support of six hundred and seventy nine votes against six hundred and ten votes for ratification of Climate Change Agreement with its implementation at both the domestic European, or foreign International Global Levels which qualified the enacted Climate Change legislation to both European and International legislation that authorizes many of the countries around the World to enforce the Climate Change legislation with the Environmental Protection measures against humans actions that have been generally described as pollution, or destruction of the Planet Earth with toxic gases and chemicals that may eventually destroy habitats and threatened many species with extinction. Few of the mentioned Climate Change  and Environmental Protection issues that requires attention and immediate solution entailed the joint effort of the countries that have signed the Climate Change Agreement to limit Global Warming in the Planet Earth to only two degrees Centigrade with its emerging consequences, due to the over all increase in global temperatures by around one degrees Centigrade. The general intention for the reduction of toxic gases emission in to the atmosphere by half percent of the highest percentage of emission by the most industrialized countries as the USA and China that have been made responsible for the highest emission percentage rates estimated at fifteen and twenty five percent respectively.
