Turkey government on the other hand has denounced the scheduled meeting of the European Union politicians against Turkey inclusion in the European Union Countries Membership as the demand of Right Wing Politicians and members of the extremists political parties which many of them have been threatened with the ban from political participation in Germany and the European Union Countries. However, the Defense Ministry in the Democratic Republic of Germany intervened earlier in the week and Yesterday to resolve the rising political dispute between the coalition government major political parties on the controversial policy for the deployment of the German military in the internal domestic conflicts with the statement that the Defense Ministry mandate for the deployment of the German military against serious domestic threats and conflicts such as terrorism may override both the Constitutional and the defense policy guidelines that prohibits the deployment of the German military against internal domestic threats and conflicts as a result the Defense Minister Ursula Von Der Leyen will retain her mandate for the improvement of the German military in the various fields of defense and civil services with wide range educational and employment opportunities for both the military and civilian citizens in the Democratic Republic of Germany. The Libyan Prime Minister has been generally described on both the domestic and International media as the friend of the United Nations Organization, despite the extended criticism against the Libyan Prime Minister request for military assistance from the USA and USA government immediate response by intensified airstrikes on intended targets in Libya carried out by the USA Air Force, specifically on the targets that have been described as the Islamic Militants strongholds and military Bases that belonged to either the Islamic Militant Group called ISIL, or ISIS in the Libyan Northern Region and along the Mediterranean Sea. The USA government scheduled intensified airstrikes of the last three days on intended ISIL and ISIS targets in Libya have destroyed many vehicles said to have belonged to the ISIL Islamic Militants Group and killed the estimated number of about a hundred innocent Libyan civilian citizens in the last seventy two hours since the USA government operation in airstrikes begun in the foreign territory of a sovereign nation as Libya without the United Nations Security Council consent for use of military force that has been intensely carried out by the USA Air Force on the Libyan Prime Minister request for military assistance from the USA that has been generally described as violation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution for the use of military force and against the sovereign right of an independent country as big as Libya to the request for, or against foreign forces intervention in its domestic conflict without the Parliament's, or Committee agreement for military intervention, or against military intervention and by the use of military force, despite the United Nations Security Council repeated objection to the request for the use of force in Syria, Libya and other countries, or by the implementation of the United Nations Resolution that supports the use of military force as an alternative measure for peace in extended and difficult conflict as the conflicts in Iraq Syria Afghanistan and currently in the war in Libya.       Germany's Highest Court in Karlsruhe has once again adjourned its required final decision on the controversial unlimited sales of Eurobonds by the lawsuit against the European Central Bank (ECB) that has been supported by few European Union Countries that claimed the European Central Bank (ECB) has exceeded its authority on the specified unlimited sales of Eurobonds by the governments of the European Union Countries that have been either directly, or indirectly affected by the European Austerity Measures that have been intended for the upgrade of individual Eurozone Countries credit line to the required standard specified by the European Central Bank (ECB), particularly the credit line of the Southern European Countries that have been directly, or indirectly affected by the European Union Austerity Measures and these list of countries entailed Greece Portugal Spain Italy and Ireland . However, the European Central Bank has not clarified the reason for the adjournment, or postponement of its decision on the controversial and unlimited sales of the Eurobonds until early, or mid next Year, despite clarification of points of differences, rather than claims between the European Central Bank (ECB) and few Eurozone Countries on the unlimited sales of Eurobonds by the lawsuit that has been placed by few European Union Countries against the Central Bank for exceeding its authority which has been simply regarded by Germany's Highest Court in Karlsruhe as not true, due to the clear fact that the European Central Bank has set a limited budget in the amount of six hundred billion Euros for the seemingly unlimited sale of the Eurobonds within the Eurozone Countries and particularly by the Southern most Eurozone Countries that have been directly affected by the European Union Austerity Measures as specified by the European Central Bank and by the Private Investors that have been generally referred to as the Private Believer Investors.
