THE WESTERN COUNTRIES, THE UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATION AND OTHER HUMANITARIAN ORGANIZATIONS HAVE REQUESTED FOR, OR RATHER DEMANDED THE GOVERNMENT OF TURKEY TO GRANT THE REQUIRED PERMIT FOR ENTRY TO THE STRANDED SYRIAN REFUGEES IN THE TURKEY SYRIAN BORDER REGION.

      Continued airstrikes of Russian Air Defense Forces against ISIS targets in the previously occupied cities and towns of Syria, specifically in the towns of Homs, Ramadi, Mosul and Latakia with the Syrian Government Ground Forces advancement toward the Northern town of Mosul has caused wide range devastation on both the Islamic Militants and civilian population in terms of property damage and lives of innocent civilian citizens that may have been lost during the Ground Forces offensive, particularly of Assad's Ground Troops operations with the advancement, despite fierce resistance and encounter by the Islamic Militants Groups in Northern Regions that have continuously fought and resisted both the Russian fighter jets and the advancing forces of  the domestic fighters with the foreign forces that have continuously fought against the formation of an Islamic State in the Northern Regions of Syria and Iraq. Tens of thousands of Syrian Refugees have been further displaced from their cities, towns and from the refuge locations in the Northern Desert areas of Syria, Iraq and the neighboring countries of Jordan with parts of Turkey, particularly the desert border region between Syria and Turkey. Over ten thousand Syrian Refugees from the Northern Border Region have attempted to cross the border and take refuge in the neighboring desert border region of Turkey and Syria. The United Nations Organization, other Humanitarian Organization with the Western Countries have requested, or rather  demanded the government in Turkey to grant the required entry permit for the stranded Syrian Refugees in the border region to Syria. However, the government in Syria headed by President Basar El Assad has denounced the Western Countries current meeting for possible military intervention in Syria with the use of force by the Western Countries that may result in the occupation of Syrian by the Western Forces and Countries, despite the United Nations Security Council Members objection to the implementation of the alternative Resolution with use of military force in both Syria and Northern Iraq Region which many people have feared may lead again to the re-occupation of Iraq and the occupation of Syria.

Fear has continued to spread among the Olympic athletes and participants of the scheduled Olympic Games such as the spectators about the less known disease named Zika that may too, be contagious, or in other words it could be transmitted from one person to another person within a close range, or in another far away location by the air that we inhale and exhale, by insects, or through intimate contact of one person with another person through fluid exchange, or excretion contaminants such as blood, sweat, urine and skin touch. However, Scientists and the Health Departments in the various countries around the World that entailed Brazil have not remained silent about the extensive media coverage on the possible threat of the disease against the Olympic Athletes with the expected thousands, or millions of visitors that may attend the opening and closing of the Olympic Games Ceremonies in Brazil that has been scheduled to begin in the next few months, despite claims of possible outbreak and spread of the less known disease which its virus could be transmitted from one person to another person, when exposed to the mentioned conditions, or by the Nile Virus Insects called Mosquitoes. Research studies and scientific tests have been carried out by scientists and various Health Departments around the World on the less known and incurable disease that may soon be made known and curable. Other preventive measures such as continued spray of the Olympic Cities with pesticides that kills Mosquitoes with the distribution of mosquitoes nets for the athletes and spectators to ensure their safety from being bitten and infected by the less known and possibly dangerous disease named Zika.

      European Union Countries leaders and the delegates from around the World convened in London the capital city of United Kingdom yesterday with the Arab Gulf and Arab World Countries leaders delegates and Journalists during the fourth annual Convention of Gerber Foundation that has been specifically dedicated to resolve the current refugees crisis in Syria with the additional problem of Syrian Refugees influx within the city of Damascus and in the cities, or towns of the neighboring countries such as Turkey, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Palestine, Kuwait, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the Northern African Countries of Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Libya and as far as in the European Union Countries of Greece, Cyprus, Italy, France, Germany, England, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Besides, those few Syrian Refugees that have further ventured to the USA, Canada and Australia with the higher hope for security and assistance in the new home. The few Western and Arab World Countries leaders that have either delivered speeches, or answered questions briefly entailed the British Prime Minister David Cameron, Chancellor Angela Merkel the Chancellor of the Democratic Republic of Germany, the Prime Minister of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Mr. Ki Ban Moon, the Prime Minister of Kuwait Jaber El Mubarak and the Prime Minister of Jordan Abdullah Ensur. However, the meeting has been generally referred to as successful, due to the much amount of money that has been estimated in the sum of three point two billion euros (3.2b) euros that has been partly gathered by donations, or projected for collection by similar means of pledges. GERMANY'S PARLIAMENT CONCLUDED ITS REVISION ON THE PREVIOUSLY DISPUTED CONTROVERSIAL AND EXTENDED DEBATES ON THE SUBJECT, WHETHER PROSTITUTION SHOULD BE MADE AS SERVICE TO MANKIND WITH FAIR LEGISLATIVE REGULATION OF PROSTITUTION IN GERMANY AND THE EUROZONE COUNTRIES, OR IT SHOULD BE SCORNED, OR BANNED.

      Germany's Parliamentary, legislative and political committees have again revised and concluded the previously disputed, controversial and extended debates on the subject of prostitution in Germany and the Eurozone Countries with fair Parliamentary decision, particularly on the theme of whether prostitution should be regarded as service to mankind in the various Communities and Societies of Germany and the Eurozone Countries, or it should be further discouraged, scorned, denounced and abhorred by many people in the various Communities and Societies of the domestic Eurozone Countries as exploitation that should neither be regulated by the legislation as service for the adults in various Communities and Societies in Germany and perhaps the Eurozone Countries, nor should this theme be discussed in Parliaments and political parties committees as it has been denounced by the ruling Christian Democratic Union and Christian Social Union Political Parties in the Democratic Republic of Germany, particularly after the Social Democrats with the Green Political Parties demanded honesty and fair decision making on the subject, whether prostitution should be made as service to mankind in various Communities and Societies, or it should be discouraged and possibly ban in various conservative Communities and Societies, if it may ever be possible to do so. Besides, the demand for open discussion, or debates, whether they may be at the Parliamentary, legislative and political parties committees levels, or at the local Communities levels in the various States, or regions within Germany and the Eurozone Countries, specially with emphasis on the Social Democrats demand for honest discussion about mankind obsessive sexual behavior in various Communities and Societies that requires legislative guidance and regulations, rather than discouragement and ban with the demand for control of individuals  with obsessive sexual behavior, while the finance experts with the private businesses have suggested capitalization of mankind obsessive sexual behavior for more income and financial freedom in various sex businesses, instead of the ever failed attempts for discouragement, control and possibly the predicted ban on sexual practices in the various Communities and Societies in Germany and the Eurozone Countries.      British Prime Minister David Cameron continued effort to gain support of the British Parliament, the European Union Parliament in Brussels and among European Leaders for the scheduled Referendum on February 15th in the Year two thousand and sixteen (2016) that may change Britain's current position within the European Union, or out of the union of the most powerful Western Countries Nations, if both the major European Union Parliaments with the English citizens voted for British exit from the union of the European Union Countries with the predicted disadvantages, rather than the current advantages of the Union to the country and for the common, or ordinary domestic British citizens at home and in the foreign countries. British Government current financial and economic difficulties, due to recession, or less production capacity that has further attributed to the budget deficit and increasing debt of the current government may eventually fade away, or disappear with the current Eurozone's rotating fiscal responsibility for a unified financial policy in huge budget allocation for the European Union Member Countries by financial packages allocation that will eliminate, or with certainty gradually and surely compensate for the minimal, or maximum financial losses of an individual member country, when compared to the huge rotating budget allocation of the entire member countries that will continue to rotate with no limitation, or restrictions for the member countries within the Union of the Eurozone Countries and not out of the Union of the Eurozone Countries that will not exit the Union of the Europeans of which the British Government has remained as ever on the top of the list of the Union of the Eurozone Member Countries, despite its current minimal, or the exaggerated maximal financial and economic difficulties. Besides, the declining authority, or clout of the British Government with regard to the decision making process of the British Government System within the Eurozone Countries, particularly on the leaders decisions on significant, or major financial and economic issues of domestic member countries.
