GERMANY'S HIGHEST COURT IN KARLSRUHE HAS AGAIN AND REPEATEDLY FOR THE THIRD TIME ADJOURNED ITS SESSION FOR THE REQUIRED FINAL DECISION ON THE CONTROVERSIAL AND DISPUTED SUBJECT FOR THE BAN OF RIGHT WING, LEFT WING POLITICAL PARTIES AND NEO-NAZI SUSPECTS FROM POLITICAL PARTICIPATION IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF GERMANY.

      Germany's Highest Court in Karlsruhe has again and repeatedly for the third time adjourned its session for the required final decision for the ban of Germany's Right Wing Political Parties such as the National Democratic Party of Germany (NDP), the Left Wing, or the Linke Political Party which its politicians and members have been recognized as prominent Opposition Party Politicians and Members of the German Parliament, the Bundestag with the Neo-Nazi suspects in the various States of Germany that entailed the Free State of Bayern Munchen from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany. The next session for hearing of this extra-ordinary and controversial Highest Court extended debate that had been postponed three times in the year two thousand and three (2003), the year two thousand and thirteen (2013) and the year two thousand and fifteen (2015) has been rescheduled again and for the fourth time on the first week of the month of March in the year two thousand and sixteen (2016). However, the required final decision of Germany's Highest Court  for the ban of Right Wing, Left Wing Political Parties and Neo-Nazi suspects from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany has been projected as one of the most difficult and controversial political issues of Germany's current Largest Coalition Government that may either be postponed again, or would fail the government, if the ban is approved and implemented by the government, due to continuous mounting pressure for possible outbreak of violence from various sources that entailed high rank government officials, politicians and Universities Professors against the government's decision for the ban of political parties and prominent individuals from political participation in the Democratic Republic of Germany, due to suspects that have neither been identified, nor proven guilty by the Courts on the disputable and controversial cases for the spread of violence and killing of innocent domestic German citizens, refugees, asylum seekers, or foreign residents in Germany's various States. This decision of Germany's Largest Coalition Government for the ban of political parties and politicians from political participation has been widely disapproved and denounced by Germany's Intellectuals and University Professors as violation of citizens Civil and Constitutional Rights in any major and successful type of Democratic Government as the government of the Democratic Republic of Germany.

This recent development in the shot-down of Russian fighter jet in the Turkey airspace by the Turkey military, besides the terrorists attack against the Russian passenger airliner at Sharm El Sheikh that killed a hundred twenty four passengers aboard the Russian aircraft bound for Moscow from Egypt with the extended intensified sanctions of the USA and European Union countries against Russia that has further strained the bilateral relationship between Moscow and Ankara to the lowest in decades, despite Turkey President Rezept Tayyip Erdogan official apology that has been conveyed to Russia over the last weekend for the second shot-down of Russian fighter jet by the Turkey military on claims of repeated violation of Turkey airspace by the Russian military fighter jets pilots. New diplomatic and political approach toward the resolution of the emerging conflicts with those that have broken-out in the Arab World and East European Union countries, specifically in Syria, Northern Iraq region and East of Ukraine respectively has been called upon by few European Union countries, particularly by Germany in the repeated failed attempts to ease the consequences of the emerging conflicts with those that have already broken-out and continues to inflict direct, or indirect damage on innocent civilian lives, properties and continues refugees, or asylum seekers influx to the Eurozone and many other countries around the World that included the USA, Russia, Turkey, the Arab World and African countries. Besides, the demand for and not against the fair restructuring of management new strategies for better insurance plans and retirement securities for the mentioned airlines personnel, particularly for the employees of  Lufthansa and German Wings airlines that have repeatedly attempted to merge their airlines businesses in order for the two companies to regain competence and higher efficiency at both the domestic and global International levels. Additional factors of concern have been emphasized as significant further demands that have been required to the disputed demands that entailed the demand for tariff increase that has been specified as five percent (5%) tariff increase. Improved flight schedule plan has been stressed as one of the significant factors that have been required to ease the rising safety concern of the few and over stressed cockpit professionals with those in the accompaniment business for the domestic and long distance International flights.       Germany's largest coalition government cabinet members and the members of the German Parliament also known as the Bundestag have both approved the government's decision for the deployment of one thousand and two hundred soldiers of the German military the Bundeswehr in Syria and Northern Iraq region, despite the extended criticism of the government's decision for the deployment of the German military in Syria and Northern Iraq by various media sources, politicians and intellectuals from the various States of Germany that entailed the free State of Bayern Munchen  and the Eurozone countries, particularly after Chancellor Angela Merkel reaffirmed the government's commitment for the deployment of the German military with the expansion of the current mission for the fight against ISIS from Northern Iraq region to Syria. Besides, the postponement of the scheduled Troops withdrawal from Afghanistan with those that have been stationed at the border region between Turkey and Syria with the recent deployment of the German military in Mali and South of Sudan for which the Chancellor has remained silent about during the brief televised interviews held in the German Parliament and in the Chancellor's office. The extended criticism that has been directed by various media sources, politicians and intellectuals against the cabinet's decision for the deployment of the German military in Syria with the support of the Parliament has been further highlighted as violation of the government's defense policy and Constitution that do not permit the involvement of the German military in foreign intervention military conflicts in the foreign countries as in the current multiple participation of the German military in various domestic and foreign military intervention missions, or foreign military conflicts.
