This meeting of the eleven World's major countries held in Vienna Austria over the weekend that was intended to determine the possible solution to the spreading violent conflict in failed political solution and fierce battle against the three opposing forces in Syria has unfortunately been postponed and rescheduled to resume in about two weeks time period, despite the rising concern about further disagreement of the major countries on the required solution by a unified approach and unified decision of the major countries on the current conflict in Syria. However, the significant main factors of dispute and disagreement between the major powers has been emphasized as the relinquishment of power by President Assad with the requirement for a unified agreement on the implementation of the United Nations Alternative Resolution that authorizes the use of military force as a solution to the long term and difficult conflict. The United States of America with Saudi Arabia and Russia with Iran have taken opposite sides on the mentioned two significant factors that requires immediate solution. The USA and Saudi Arabia supported citizens demand for the removal of President Assad with the use of military force as solution to the current conflict in Syria, while  Russia and Iran have opposed the removal of President Assad with the use of military force in Syria. Besides, the current unknown position of China in this conflict, after China repeatedly rejected in the previous United Nations Security Council Meetings the implementation with the enforcement of the United Nations Alternative Resolution on the current conflict in Syria that will authorize the use of military force in the entire nation of Syria with the removal of President Basar Assad from power as has been previously demanded by the citizens in Syria whose numbers have dramatically declined within the shortest time period from over twenty two million people which included women and children to just eleven million people.
