USA GOVERNMENT REPEATED DIPLOMATIC AND POLITICAL INTERVENTION IN YEMEN MAY HAVE ENDED SAUDI ARABIA FREQUENT AIRSTRIKES AGAINST HUTHI'S STRONGHOLDS IN SANA'A AND THE NEIGHBORING TOWNS.

      USA government repeated diplomatic and political intervention  intended to end the rising sectarian clashes between the Sunnis and the Shiites, besides the current military conflict between the government forces and the Huthi Rebels in Yemen may have obliged Saudi Arabia government to end its violent policy of continued military involvement in Yemen by frequent airstrikes on the intended targets which has been generally described as Saudi Arabia continued random airstrikes on Huthi's Rebels strongholds in Yemen's capital Sana'a and around the outskirts of the city. Saudi Arabia government denounced the statement as an allegation that may have been directed by Shiites, or Shiites supporters, but admitted that it has temporarily suspended its frequent airstrikes on Huthi's Rebels posts to facilitate Humanitarian relief operations that have been intended to alleviate, or end the worsening humanitarian crisis in Yemen's capital Sana'a and in other neighboring cities and towns. Thousands of innocent civilian citizens have been killed, or injured during the military conflict between the government and the Huthi Rebels, Saudi Arabia frequent airstrikes and the USA surveillance Drones that have been restricted to surveillance mission  against terrorists groups in Yemen and other Arab World, or North African countries. Refugees influx from Yemen to the neighboring Arab World, North African and European countries, particularly the Eurozone countries has tripled. On the other hand Iranian government has remained silent about claims of illegal weapons delivery from Tehran to the Huthi Rebels and various Shiite sectarian groups in Yemen's capital Sana'a and the neighboring towns.

EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT DEBATE HAS BEEN REQUESTED TO SETTLE THE RISING DISPUTE BETWEEN THE USA AND EUROZONE COUNTRIES OVER PHONE SPYING AND DATA PROTECTION VIOLATION.

     European Union countries legislators have requested further convention of Eurozone's leaders for the settlement of the rising dispute between the USA and  Eurozone countries, particularly France and Germany over further spying of the internet, tele-communication data, wired, or wireless phones of European Union Leaders, Politicians and Professors by the USA National Security Agency (NSA) in the United States of America and in the Eurozone countries of Germany, France and England, despite the previously signed agreement between the USA and Germany for data protection and against spying of the internet, tele-communication data and phone communication of European Union countries Leaders, Politicians, Professors and businessmen, or business personnel. This legislators request, or rather the demand for data protection, specially of the internet, tele-communication and wired, or wireless phone communication of European leaders and citizens may require European Union Parliamentary debates for the amendment of the previously signed agreement with the enacted legislation for data protection in the Eurozone countries. Few Eurozone Intellectuals have demanded scientific approach to the resolution of the rising technical challenge in the fields of data protection and against internet, telecommunication and phone spying of Eurozone leaders and individual citizens with further emphasis on the possible changes of the current USA Microsoft software applications being currently used by the Eurozone countries to the new Microsoft software of European version  that may cost much money, but eventually will resolve the frequent problems of wired and wireless phone spying with the violation of internet, tele-communication and data protection legislation in both the USA and Eurozone countries.

     European Union countries executives and legislators decision for rehabilitation and integration of new arrivals , or refugees and long term immigrants has been on faster phase of implementation that has been generally described as costly, particularly after the German Parliament concluded its debates on refugees and immigration matters late last year with tougher immigration legislation, or measures for rehabilitation and integration of refugees and immigrants that have been regarded as qualified persons for citizenship in the Democratic Republic of Germany. These series of immigration and scrutiny measures for refugees, asylum seekers and immigrants became highlighted among the executives and legislators early last year and developed to social and political issues, after  citizens frequent complains about integration difficulties of newly recognized German and Eurozone citizens with diverse racial and religious background in to Germany's, or other Eurozone's Communities and Societies. PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYEES OF THE RAIL ROAD HAVE EXTENDED THEIR CIVIL INDISCIPLINE BY PROTEST, DEMONSTRATION AND STRIKE, DUE TO LACK OF COMPROMISE ON THE UNHEEDED DEMANDS THAT ENTAILED TARIFF INCREASE.

      Rail road employees of the public sector have extended their civil indiscipline by protest, demonstration and strike until Sunday, May 10th in the year two thousand and fifteen (2015), due to repeated lack of compromise between the Trade Unions, Public Sector employees of the rail road and the government on the unheeded demands that entailed tariff increase that has been specified as five point five percent (5.5%) tariff increase for the Public Sector and rail road employees, improved working condition with increased number of employees in the various branches of rail road systems that included freight train and the domestic, or Eurozone Intercity passengers transportation trains for both the domestic commuters and foreign travelers. Besides, additional bonus for unlimited over-time working hours for long term workers, or professional employees of the rail road systems in the various States of Germany that included the Free State of Bayern Munchen. Domestic commuters and foreign travelers that may be domestic citizens, tourists and businessmen may remain stranded in the various States until Monday, or may resort to alternative means of transportation systems that includes the ride in buses, taxi, bicycles, or simply the environment friendly short, or long distance walking on foot. However, the government has remained silent on the required answers to its objection to the rail road workers demands that entailed tariff increase, reinforcement of rail road employees with additional employees for long distance traveling trains, improved work condition and additional bonus for unlimited over-time working hours  for those that qualified. Other groups of the government sector and Trade Unions have again denounced the rail road workers and Public Sector employees strike that has continued to spread in the various States of Germany and inflicted financial damage in the Public Sector and various industries.

ELEVATED SECURITY MEASURES CONTINUED IN THE EUROZONE COUNTRIES AFTER MULTIPLE FAILED TERROR ATTACKS IN PARISH, LONDON AND BERLIN.

     Elevated security measures in constant surveillance, continous patrol of inner cities and random searches of suspects has continued in various European Union cities and particularly in Germany, France and England after media sources reported multiple failed terrorists attacks in Parish, London and Berlin, despite the current normal security codes alert in the mentioned Eurozone major cities. Terrorists groups that have remained operational in the European Union major cities such as ISIS and Al Kaeda have not claimed responsibility of the failed terror attacks that have been described as domestic terrrorists groups that have not decleared, or made known their terror, or militant groups which have often collaborated with either ISIS, or the Al Kaeda to launch their holy protest against European Union countries Institutions that have denied European Muslims to freely practice Islamic religion belief, or values in the mentioned European Union major cities, specially in Islamic schools and in the Mosques. Two States in Germany that entailed the State of Hamburg and North Rhein Westfallen have accepted domestic European Union Muslims demand for legislative changes that may grant Constitutional and civil rights amendement in order for the domestic European Union countries Muslims to freely practice their Islamic belief and customs, except the Islamic Jihad, or Sharia in the European Union cities, specially in the Islamic Schools, Mosques  and Muslims areas in the Eurozone countries that have continued to expand, inspite of the restrictions that have been recently imposed to limit the expansion of Islamic Schools, Mosques and Islamic areas in the Eurozone countres, due to the rising terrorists activities in the mentioned countries.

USA CITIZENS HAVE CONTINUED IN THE GENERAL CIVIL INDISCIPLINE BY PROTEST AND DEMONSTRATION TO EMPHASIZE THEIR DEMAND FOR JUSTICE AGAINST POLICE BRUTALITY IN THE VARIOUS BLACK COMMUNITIES IN THE USA.

      USA citizens have continued in the civil indiscipline by violent protest and demonstrations that have continued to spread in the various States of USA, particularly in the USA States and cities of Ohio Cincinnati, Baltimore New York and Ferguson Missouri against violence in black communities that has been described as police brutality against black youth in black communities by both black and white policemen, after the incident of beating until death of an unarmed and innocent black youth called Freddy by policemen in Baltimore. Minor to severe damage has been inflicted on  both lives and properties as demonstrators continued to violently march on the streets of the mentioned cities and States , despite repeated law enforcement attempts to control the demonstrators and restore order in the mentioned cities and States. Protesters and demonstrators carried banners that said, " black lives matters", " Stop police brutality" and emphasized their demand for justice against the current police violence and similar past, or previous cases of police violence that have ended in Courts as unfinished indictment process against law enforcement personnel that have neither been apprehended as required by the legislation, nor executed as demanded by the citizens violent demonstrators. Other groups of demonstrators have protested against the government's inaction and the Supreme Court neutrality on the required decision that will balance the authority to combat crime in the various States of USA, particularly the higher crime rates in various communities with diverse racial background with special emphasis on the increasing crime rate in the black Communities that requires constant surveillance for the prevention, or decrease of increasing crime rate in the various Communities in the USA.

ORGANIZATION OFTHE AFRICAN UNITY (OAU) DECISION ON THE RISING RATE OF ISLAMIC MILITANTS MOVEMENTS IN THE CONTINENT OF AFRICA REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL.

      Organization of the African Unity debates on the rising rate of Islamic Militants Movements and terrorism in the Continent of Africa, particularly in the Western, Eastern and Northern Africa has remained controversial, despite Nigeria's new President Mohammudu Buhari  tougher mandate that specified diplomatic, political approach and tougher measures that entailed the use of military force against the rising African Islamic Movement called Bako Haram in the Northern region of Africa's most populated and largest country. Other issues that have been emphasized in the President's mandate included the battle against corruption, specially on the widely mismanaged oil fields in the Southern and Northern parts of Nigeria. In addition to the frequent kidnapping and torture of young innocent African school girls from Nigeria and few neighboring African countries of Cameroon, Chad and Central Africa Republic by various African Islamic Militant groups that have been generally called as Bako Haram. The coalition of African Continent best Air-force Pilots have simultaneously and randomly bombarded Islamic Militants strongholds in Northern Nigeria, Cameroon, Chad and Somalia, despite the controversy in the OAU about the frequent airstrikes against Islamic Militants in Northern Nigeria, Somalia, Cameroon, Chad, Central Africa Republic, Libya Kenya, Northern and Southern Sudan, particularly those that have been carried out, or executed against innocent civilian citizens without the OAU approval, or recommendation.
