      The Controversy over direct, or indirect support of the Rebels in Syria and Northern Iraq to fight ISIS may remain major concern of the governments current domestic and foreign policy, despite the conclusion of the lengthy and extended controversial debates in the USA Senate, Congress and European Union countries Parliaments, particularly in the German Parliament called the Bundestag with the support and armament of the Rebel Forces fighting ISIS in Northern Iraq and Syria which too may require the amendment of the USA and European Union countries current defense policy and Treaties that had been signed and observed by these countries for decades. Few of these policies and Treaties that may require amendment, or may be subjected to changes entailed the defense policy for disarmament, Troops reduction, and budgets cuts of the military forces in both the USA and European Union countries. Besides, the use of military force by major power, or powerfull countries against East of Ukraine, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, or North and South of Sudan without the United Nations Security Council approval that will authorize the alternative Resolution for the use of military force against any foreign country as the alternative solution to the resolution of conflicts that have caused much devastation and killed many people in those countries.

      Elevated wide range security alert and tougher measures in constant surveillance and random searches of suspects has been declared in various European cities against possible, or unforeseeable plots that have been generally described as ISIS terror threats. In few European cities European citizens suspects of Arab countries origin have been locked behind bars as possible ISIS infiltrators. Few Arab World countries leaders responded immediately and requested co-operation for the fight against ISIS, while others have demanded prevention against violation of European Union citizens of Arab countries origin Constitutional Rights, particularly the authorized body search of suspects of both males and females in the Islamic traditional dresses called the Hijab, specially in the European Union countries of France and Germany. However, in the USA drastic measures in immediate and frequent airstrikes of suspected ISIS strongholds has remained in effect with possible future redeployment of ground Troops in countries, regions, or locations that have been identified as ISIS regions, military Bases, Posts and homes.

EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT FINAL SESSION OF THE EXTENEDED DEBATES FOR PEACE IN UKRAINE ENDED WITH THE SIGNED AGREEMENT FOR BOTH CIVIL AND MILITARY CO-OPERATION BETWEEN THE EUROPEAN UNION GOVERNMENT AND UKRAINE GOVERNMENT.

      European Union Parliament final session on the extended debates aimed at the solution that may end the crisis in East of Ukraine ended yesterday with the signed agreement for both civil and military co-operation between the European Union and Ukraine governments. Few of the points emphasized during the final session of the debate entailed the Autonomy for an independent and free East of Ukraine within Ukraine territory that will be accompanied by Amnesty for both political activists and Rebel leaders that have been involved in the struggle for the freedom  of the citizens of East of Ukraine and the independence of a sovereign East of Ukraine nation. Besides, the Bundeswehr, or the Germany's Military unmanned vehicles deployment in Ukraine's airspace to secure ceasefire agreement and none cross border violation in continued surveillance by Drones extended deployment. However, this signed agreement between the European Union government, NATO and Ukraine government intended for peace and freedom of the citizens of East of Ukraine has caused greater divide among the Pro-Russian Political Activists and Rebel Leaders of the East of Ukraine, particularly among those that have remained committed to their course for a free and independent  sovereign East of Ukraine nation.

      Germany's youngest Political Party the (AFD) Alternative for Deutschland, or Germany became major political surprise of the week in the election's primary of the former Eastern Block States referred to as the Landtag and particularly in the States of Brandenburg and Thüringen. AFD election victory has been acknowledged by Germany's largest Coalition Government of the decade as a success and equivalent to votes attained by the Coalition Government Political Parties the Social Democrats Political Party and the Green Political Party. However, the percentage votes of the two major Christian Democratic and Christian Social Democratic Political Parties remained relatively higher at forty six percent votes (46%), when compared to the other Political Parties in the former Soviet Union Eastern Block region previously called East Germany. Attributes of fear and influence of Germany's youngest Political Party for changes in the government's current policies may offset the Chancellor's chance for overwhelming election victory in the next election and the fourth term in office.

     USA government collective approach toward the fight against the rise of terrorism and ISIS in the Arab World countries and possibly the Whole of the World with the support of the Arab World's major, minor, wealthier and poor countries has caused major political dispute and civil unrest in few Arab World countries, particularly in the Arab and Islamic governments that have been dominated by either the Sunni, or Shiite Islamic major sectors, despite the USA government recent claims of success with regard to the support rallied by the USA government in the Arab World countries for the fight against terrorism and the rise of Islamic Militants groups to power which entailed ISIS.        USA government plan for distabilization of ISIS remained controversial in the USA Senate and Congress as it has suffered a setback in the execution of the scheduled airstrikes against ISIS targets in Syria early Morning today, despite the President's support and authority that has overridden both the Senate and Congressional criticism of the President's rather drastic measures for the execution of his plan against the Islamic Militants called ISIS. However, reinforcement of the USA Military stationed in Iraq and Syria with ammunition, armored vehicles and additional Troops redeployment in both Iraq and Syria has been executed as scheduled with elevated security alert and surveillance measures in Drones deployment in Syrian airspace. No casualty has been so far reported on the deployed unmanned vehicles in to Syrian airspace in the last twenty four hours of intensified airspace surveillance measures in Syria. Instead, ISIS have withdrawn farther away from their posts and Militants Bases toward the Eastern Golan Heights for possible fortification of Syrian airspace with Long Range Missiles and air defense weapons.

POLITICAL DISPUTE OVER THE INDEPENDENCE OF EAST OF UKRAINE HAS REMAINED WITHOUT COMPROMISE AND CONTROVERSIAL DEBATES HAVE BEEN EXTENDED WITHOUT LIMITATION DURING THE CEASEFIRE DISCUSSION.

POLITICAL DISPUTE OVER THE INDEPENDENCE OF EAST OF UKRAINE HAS REMAINED WITHOUT COMPROMISE AND CONTROVERSIAL DEBATES HAVE BEEN EXTENDED WITHOUT LIMITATION DURING THE CEASEFIRE DISCUSSION.

     Russia's leading mediation role on ceasefire agreement between Ukriane and  Pro-Russian Rebel Forces has been acknowledged as effective since the ceasefire agreement began on Friday, September. 5th in the year 2014, inspite of repeated attempts for ceasefire violation by the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces that have been deployed to the Ukraine Russian border. European Union media has highlighted Russia's mediation role on ceasefire agreement as effective, when compared to the European Union government, or Organizations effort for peace in Ukraine. Besides, President Vladimir Putin magnified image on the European Union media as the most dangerous Russian and European leader of the decade, particularly after the annexation of the Island of Krim in the Crimea region. However, political dispute over the independence of East of Ukraine has remained without compromise and the controversial debates have been extended without limitation during the ceasefire discussion. President Petro Poroshenko of Ukraine has accepted an Autonomy for East of Ukraine within Ukraine, while the Pro-Russian Separatists Political Wing and Rebel Forces have insisted on an independent soverign country of East of Ukraine, despite the USA and European Union countries refusal of further split of Ukraine in to smaller separate countries.
