MILITARY INTERVENTION HAS BEEN REPEATEDLY RULED-OUT AS THE ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION TO THE RESOLUTION OF THE CONFLICT IN SYRIA, INSPITE OF THE WORSENING CONDITIONS IN SYRIA.

Syrian refugees influx to the neighboring countries of Turkey, Iraq, Lebonan, Iran and other Arab countries has continued, despite President Assad promised cease-fire and Troops withdrawal from areas that have been described as areas of worsening Humanitarian crisis in Syria, or as the Rebel's strongholds. Churches have intervened by prayers as they expressed their concern about the worsening security condition in Syria with the Syrian refugees influx to the neighboring countries, while the UN has re-declared areas it previously described as areas of worsening security condition and Humaitarian crisis to areas of Humanitarian disaster that requires the world's attention and support to eleviate the worsening conditions in Syria. However, military intervention has been repeatedly ruled-out in the UN sessions as the alternative solution to the resolution of the conflict, the worsening security and the Humanitarian crisis in Syria which certainly will be obstacles to the promised election rescheduled for the next month of May in the year 2012.

High demand on fuel consumption in the USA, the European Union and the Asian domestic markets with limited fuel supply, due to the United Nation (UN), the USA and the European Union sanction on the petroleum producing countries such as Iran and Syria has been attributed to the continues fuel price increase in both the USA and the European Union domestic markets which has extended farther in to parts of Eastern Europe domestic markets and Russia. In the USA fuel prices at various gas stations have reached the top prices that ranged from three dollars ninety cents ($3.90) to four dollars ($4.00) for the regular fuel prices, while in the European Union domestic petrol stations the fuel prices flactuated at the prices of about one euro and seventy nine pennies ($1.79 euro) to one euro and eighty nine pennies ( $1.89 euro). The remarkable inflation on fuel prices in both the USA and the European Union domestic markets rated at ten cents (10 cents) increase in every three months to four months requires adjustment by sufficient fuel supply from other oil producing countries to stop the continues fuel price increase in both the USA and the European Union domestic markets.

Germany's Finance Minister Shauble expressed optimism for a unified a greement among the twenty seven European Union countries on the required implementation of the Transfinance tax intended to ease the European Union Finance packages to the member nations in the meeting held over the last weekend in the Danish capital Copenhagen, inspite of the failure in the second attempt for the conclusion of the Transfinance tax that has been expected to raise annually the estimated huge sum of over fifty two billion euros ($52,000,000,000.00 euros), if a unified a greement is reached by all the twenty seven European Union member countries on the conclusion and the implementation of the Transfinance tax. However, England's and Sweden's refusal remains an obstacle for the required unified a greement on the conclusion and the implementation of the Transfinance tax that seemed to have developed to the European Union second controversial finance theme to the previous Finance Rescue Package to Greece.
