However, hundreds, or perhaps thousands of the citizens have been caught early today by police while riding and drinking beer, or other alcohol beverages in either trains, or in buses. The State of Hamburg has postponed the penalties against violators of the new legislation which entail the fine of fourty euros ($40.00 euros) for riding , while drinking alcohol until next month, due to the number of citizens caught today drinking in the transportation system, particularly those who may have claimed that they had not been informed.
