THE OUTREACH FOR SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS IN THE SOUTHERN STATES OF THE USA.
The outreach for science and maths, particularly in the advance pure and applied maths for newly enrolled students, instead of english language as preparation for the path in higher advance mathematics studies in the higher institutions in the State of Georgia and other Southern States should not worry mathematicians, intelllectuals and politicians elsewhere about the few that may not have been included in the educational projects that entailed the project of No Child Left Behind and the fear for the creation of genuises by projects that are not supported by the State, or by Washington. Generally, humans and particularly younger students from the southern parts of the continents are said to be less gifted in certain fields, specially in the fields of science and mathematics.
Eventhough, some would be made to thoroughly understand maths and science in normal ways and their common languages rather than the maths and science languages, they would be less likely to integrate and use mathematics and science concepts in daily problems and make wonders as may have been predicted by some people in other States and countries.

THE SEARCH FOR A NEW PRESIDENT IN GERMANY.
Germany has been on the search for a new president following the resignition of President Kohler. The nomination for the post of the President in Germany with no executive, or legislative power would not follow the procedures required in every regular election and limitation in the time period allocated for the selection of a new president has been set until the end of this month.
Early this morning, unconfirmed nomination of former politicians and executives in the list of names that did not include the names of former Kanzlers have been broadcasted on Germany national television networks.

UNCO-ORDINATED CHANGES BY POLICIES IN STRICT IMMIGRATION POLICIES HAS BEEN HURTING THE ECONOMIES OF MANY COUNTRIES IN VARIOUS WAYS.
Unco-ordinated changes by policies not just in the USA, but also in some European countries and other countries in strict immigration policies, or laws has been affecting both significant sectors that are regarded the engines of the economy and has been hurting the economies of these countries, while other sectors have remained unaffected by the recession in the same economies.
Strict immigration policy has rendered companies affected by the recession less opportunistic in compensating loses by the employment of under paid workers comprised mainly of the immigrants, while the policy makers in the Senate that may be the Democrats, or the Republicans would increase, or reduce taxes on both the companies and the workers, or the opposite and that may further result in less income, less production and jobs cuts, or even outsourcing on companies that have been producing products that are required in the country by both the people and the economies of the mentioned countries in the a mounts made in the production and the a mounts being paid regularly to the workers that stimulates the economies.

THE HEALTHCARE MAY REMAIN A MAJOR UNRESOLVED PROBLEM OF MANY SYSTEMS OF GOVERNMENTS FOR MANY DECADES.
Healthcare may remain a major unresolved problem of many systems of governments a round the world for many decades, particularly for the systems of governments with capitalist and major privatized healthcare sectors that places higher demands for efficiency with higher quality services and advance medical services at lower, or at adequate cost to save much money compared to the State funded healthcare systems in which huge sums of money have been spent for the healthcare sectors with inadequate services in many public sectors healthcare systems. Some European countries have introduced additional fees that must be paid by patients, or their Insurance companies to meet the cost for efficient medical and quality healthcare services required of mordern public and private sectors in adequate healthcare systems of every responsible and appropriate system of government. However, some experts have expressed their concern about the additional fees that may continue to increase and so would be the insurance premiums, or the State's support for Insurance companies to the extend that healthcare would not be made as basic and essential need of every citizen in many countries either developed, or developing country.

THE GOVERNMENT AND BP JOINED EFFORT TO PLUG-UP THE LEAKAGE IN THE UNDER WATER CRUDE OIL WELL HAS FUELED CRITICISM OF THE ADMINISTRATION ALLOCATION OF CONTRACTS TO ILL-EQUIPPED OFF-SHORE AND UNDER WATER CRUDE OIL DRILLING COMPANIES.

THE SUDDEN RISE IN SALES OF COMMUNICATION DEVICES HAVE ATTRIBUTED TO THE UPWARDS TREND ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE IN SOME COUNTRIES, INSPITE OF THE GENERAL SLUGGISH ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE IN THE WORLD MARKETS.
Communication devices such as Google i phones, the kindle, laptops and particularly the recently introduced apple i pads in the USA, European and Asian markets have remained the best selling items in the world markets that have boost and sustained the upwards trend in the current downwards trend performance, or at worse the plunge of many countries economies. In both the European and the USA markets the apple i pads have been sold in several millions in less than a month just like the daily hot pan cakes, snacks and soda in the USA markets. ENVIRONMENTALISTS FEAR OF DAMAGES OF GREATER MAGNITUDE THAN MAY HAVE BEEN ANTICIPATED IN THE GULF OF MEXICO AND THE USA INDICATED IN THE APPROACH OF THE HURRICANE SEASON.
Despite the government involvement to halt the under-water oil flow in the gulf of mexico and farther spread in the USA coasts after several unsuccessful attempts to contain the flow and the spread of oil spill that has spilled over hundred million barels in the gulf of Mexico, environmentalists have indicated their fear of damages of greater magnitude than may have previously been anticipated on both the aquatic lives and on the habitat in the approach of the hurricane season.
However, storms of bigger magnitude that could cause severe weather in tropical storms, or hurricanes in both the Atlantic and the Pacific oceans have not been detected and reported on the weather forecast in the News, inspite of the regular build-up of low and high pressure in the regions near the European and African continents.
