The meeting of the over twenty eight United Nations Security Council Members with the Humanitarian Branch has been concluded with the demand for a joint effort of the United Nations Member Countries toward the solution against the worsening humanitarian crisis in Aleppo in which over three hundred thousand civilian citizens that included children and women that have been unfortunately besieged and threatened by severe starvation, particularly by the extended famine in Aleppo that has caused death of many civilian citizens, specially of children and women more than the joint airstrikes of the Syrian Air Force with Allied Forces. As result of the extended humanitarian crisis the United Nations Security Council Members with the Humanitarian Group have demanded immediate life line in air lift of basic, or essential necessities required for the alleviation of the worsening humanitarian crisis in the Syrian city of Aleppo. In addition to the demand for permission for on road transportation from the Syrian government to enable United Nations convoys to pass through the government's forces controlled areas in the city of Aleppo and in order for them to distribute the basic necessities such as food water medicines and tents for the extremely hungry and dying innocent civilian citizens in Syria, specially the women and children that have been made hungry and terrorized by the Allied and Syrian Air Force bombs in continued airstrikes that have killed many parents, brothers sisters and relatives of the dying children. EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT IN BRUSSELS CONCLUDED ITS DEBATE OF THE EUROZONE FOREIGN MINISTERS ON THE ATTEMPTED COUP IN TURKEY WITH OBJECTION TO THE TURKEY GOVERNMENT REQUEST FOR REIMPLEMENTATION OF DEATH PENALTY.

      European Union Parliament in Brussels concluded its debate of the Eurozone Countries Foreign Ministers in the presence of Britain's Foreign Minister Boris Johnson on the attempted failed military coup in Turkey with objection to the Turkey Government  request, or rather the demand for reimplementation of the death penalty, after the death penalty had been Constitutionally abolished partially and permanently in the Years two thousand and three and two thousand and six respectively. However, high level government's cabinet members extra-ordinary and ordinary debates held on the Turkey Government demand for the death penalty reintroduction in Turkey by both the Eurozone Countries and Turkey Government cabinet members may require Parliamentary debates in the Eurozone Countries and in Turkey for the required final decision for, or against the government's demand for re-introduction of the death penalty in Turkey which may further strain Eurozone Countries controversial debates on the requirement for Turkey Membership to the European Union Countries amidst random arrest, torture job loses eviction and travel ban that have been placed on mutineers, suspected persons and collaborators of the unknown leader in cities of Ankara, Stanbul and in the whole of Turkey. An estimated number of seven thousand five hundred Turkey citizens have been arrested in the last five days since the attempted failed military coup occurred in Turkey and thirteen thousand others have lost their jobs during this critical time period of random arrest of suspected persons that have been identified as mostly the military, the police forces and civilian citizens in the two major cities of Ankara and Stanbul, or Stana . Turkey government Investigators have released the name  of the suspected leader of the failed attempted military coup in Turkey as the high Imam and Islamic Religion leader Fethulah Gulen who denied the claim of the Turkey Government in a brief televised interview, while in exile in Pennsylvania in the USA. The Turkey Organization that has been described as his own and very successful in raising Turkey Children and in educating Turkey young adults at home and in foreign countries has been threatened by the government's action for the ban of the Organization at Home and in foreign countries. Another significant issue that has been highlighted in the Eurozone Countries with regard to Eurozone Countries interest in Turkey has been Turkey participation in the solution for refugees and asylum seekers crisis in Western Europe that may be affected by the current changes in the Turkey government's policy and legislations after the attempted military coup.

      Germany and the Eurozone Countries have expressed their solidarity with France against the major third terror attack in France that shocked the French citizens once again and for the third time during the celebration of the National Day for the freedom of the French citizens in the small Mediterranean coastal city of Nice on Thursday, July 14th in the Year two thousand and sixteen in which over eighty four innocent French citizens that included three German citizens that have been identified as the teacher and two students that were on a visit at the French coastal city of Nice have been killed during the annual celebration of the French Citizens National Day for freedom. The French government has declared three days mourning period for the eighty four French and German citizens that have died and fifty others that have remained under critical condition during medical supervision and hospitalization period. President Holland of France expressed his feeling as deeply moved by the third major terror attack in France during the brief televised press Conference held in the French capital city Parish. Other high rank government officials have similarly expressed themselves as moved by the terror attack that has been deliberately carried out against the French Citizens during the official annual recall to memory of their National Day for the celebration of the French Citizens freedom, specially for the French citizens that may have witnessed the Algiers and Tunisian French Citizens Independence and the National Day for freedom that has been generally described as the Angolien National Day for Freedom. French Investigators have identified the terrorist attacker as a French citizen of Tunisian origin who got in to a truck drove along the street at relatively normal speed and over-ran the citizens that were celebrating their National Day for Freedom on the street, despite being repeatedly shot at by the police until death of the thirty one Years old French Citizen of Tunisian origin.       German government has ordered immediate evacuation of  its citizens from South of Sudan capital city Juba, due to insecurity caused by ethnical armed conflict of the well known major tribal factions of the Denka and Nuer tribes of the Upper Nile Region that have claimed governance of the capital city Juba and all the regions of South of Sudan in the Year two thousand and eleven shortly after the Independence of South of Sudan in the same Year by the Referendum that has separated the North of Sudan and the South of Sudan and resulted in further tribal conflict in the South of Sudan with the current financial, economic and social crisis in both the North and South of Sudan. The German Military also known as the Bundeswehr that has been stationed in the capital city Juba and in the Upper Nile Region of South of Sudan has begun with the evacuation process of its citizens and their transport from the capital city Juba to the German capital city Berlin since Yesterday and the day before Yesterday as the tribal armed conflict between the Nuer and the Denka tribes has continued to escalate and so far has claimed the estimated number of over a hundred lives of innocent civilian citizens in the last two days of intensified and frequent tribal armed conflict of the mentioned two tribal factions in the South of Sudan capital city Juba and in the Upper Nile Region. The German Military has confirmed the evacuation of about a thousand German citizens from the South of Sudan capital city Juba in military airplanes to the German capital city Berlin from the estimated ten thousand German citizens that have been identified as mostly Relief Agencies and None Governmental Organizations employees with the medical teams volunteers as the Doctors and Nurses without borders. However, no mandate has been released so far by the German Ministry of Defense for either the withdrawal of the German Military from the capital city Juba and the Upper Nile Region, or its redeployment and reinforcement with additional Troops for possible intervention in the tribal conflict that has caused  insecurity in Juba and for further Humanitarian Relief Operation effort that has been intended to alleviate the worsening humanitarian condition of the refugees in Juba and in the Upper Nile Region.

      NATO Defense Summit has been concluded Yesterday on Tuesday, July 12th in the Year two thousand and sixteen, specifically a day earlier than the previously scheduled date for the end of the NATO and Alliance Defense Summit held in the Polish capital city Warsaw which has been concluded with the implementation of new defense strategy and wide range defense measures, despite the domestic and International foreign criticism by the Opposition Political Parties in Germany and Russia's government respectively, particularly on the significant wide range defense issues that entailed the repeated attempts of the NATO to instill trust and cooperation among the NATO and the Alliance Defense Member Countries, specially the twenty seven European Union Member Countries new defense strategy against the new and big enemy which unfortunately has not been specified by any of the NATO and Alliance Defense Members, or delegates. The deployment with the reinforcement of the NATO and Alliance Troops in both the Mediterranean Sea and in East European Countries with additional Troops deployment and with air to ground and sea vehicles that included the EWACS, the unmanned vehicles, or Drones and Submarines and battle ships needed for the constant surveillance with possible airstrikes on intended targets, particularly against the Islamic Militants and ISIS Bases, or strongholds in Syria and Northern Iraq Region.       NATO Defense Summit held in Warsaw the capital city of Poland has been widely criticized both domestically and Internationally, particularly in the second day of the NATO Summit meeting and after, specially when the NATO and the Alliance of the twenty seven European Union Countries unanimously supported the deployment of EWACS in the Mediterranean Sea, the North African and in the Arab World Countries for surveillance mission and for the reinforcement of the unmanned vehicles called Drones that have remained in constant surveillance mission and operation in the mentioned regions since the USA, the NATO and the Allied Countries that included the  European Union and None European Union Countries in the Eurozone Countries that have been involved in the war against terrorism and particularly against the Islamic Militants called ISIS that have remained determine to established an Islamic State in both the Northern Iraq Region and in Syria, Inspite of the setback and damage in finance and property that has been inflicted on their effort and struggle for the formation of a stable Islamic State, due to continued airstrikes being carried out by the NATO and Alliance Airforce which too, included the Russian Air Defense Forces that have targeted specific targets in Syria and Northern Iraq Region  that have been identified as ISIS, or other Islamic militants strongholds and Bases in the Arab World the Mediterranean Sea and in the North African Countries. Besides, the reinforcement of the NATO and Alliance Forces in four East European Countries with additional Troops deployment and thousands of armored vehicles that have been generally described as in full swing, or swift and readiness for combat against terrorism and Russia possible invasion of an East European Country. However, the Arab World and North African Countries have so far remained silent against the NATO and Alliance which included the European Union Countries forces maneuver in the Mediterranean Sea, the North African Countries and in the Arab World Countries, despite Russia's fierce criticism against the NATO and Western Countries military maneuver in frequent military exercise at Russia's border with continued surveillance and airstrikes against specific targets in the Arab World and Mediterranean Sea without the passage of the United Nations Security Council Resolution that authorizes the use of military force as an alternative measures for peaceful purpose and settlement of long term conflict.

DIFFERENCES OVER INTEGRATION COST PREVAILS AMONG GERMANY'S MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES AND THE OPPOSITION POLITICAL PARTIES, DESPITE THE CONCLUSION OF THE PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES ON THE INTEGRATION COST DISPUTE WITH THE SUDDEN DECLINE IN THE REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS INFLUX IN TO GERMANY AND THE EUROZONE COUNTRIES.

      Differences over integration cost prevails among Germany's major political parties that entailed the Christian Democratic Union Political Party (CDU), the Christian Social Union Political Party (CSU) and the Social Democratic Political Party (SPD), despite the current drastic decline in the number of refugees and asylum seekers influx in to Germany and in the Eurozone Countries which has been partly attributed to the Frontex Forces deployment in the Mediterranean Sea and partly, due to the strict border control between the Western and Eastern European Countries. The NATO Alliance Summit that has been projected to cover wide range significant defense issues in the next five days of continued discussion of the twenty eight NATO Alliance Member Countries defense issues began with the speech of NATO'S General Secretary Mr. Stoltenberg that emphasized three significant defense issues, or rather strategy that entailed the prevention of another cold war era with Russia. The attempt to instill trust among the twenty eight NATO Alliance Member Countries and a new defense strategy against the new enemy which, unfortunately has not been specified by NATO'S General Secretary Mr. Stoltenberg. Other defense issues that have been discussed in the first day of the NATO Alliance Defense Summit held in Warsaw included fortification of Poland's border to the Western border of Russia with additional Troops in tens of thousands of NATO'S and the Alliance Member Countries Troops that may act as contingency Troops against the unexpected Russian Military offensive against the East European Countries, particularly the Balkan Countries. The war in Ukraine and the occupation, or rather the annexation of the Island of Krim by Russia have remained hot subjects of discussion during the first day of NATO and Alliance Defense Summit. Besides, the reinforcement of NATO and Western European Countries Forces that have been stationed in Poland and Ukraine with additional one thousand German soldiers, or the Bundeswehr, despite Russian government objection to NATO and the Western European Union Countries Forces presence in the East European Countries. The Chancellor of Germany, Chancellor Angela Merkel emphasized in her defense speech in the Bundestag Yesterday the requirement for dialogue with Russia on the current defense dispute over NATO and Western European Union Countries Forces presence in East European Countries, before, during and possibly after the scheduled defense Summit that has been repeatedly postponed, due to the current defense dispute between the NATO, the Western European Countries Forces and Russia's government over various defense issues that entailed Russia's objection to NATO and Western European Forces presence in Eastern European Countries, despite frequent border region military skirmishes between the World's two major opposing forces, due to air space violation and border crossing violation by the NATO and the Western European Union Countries Forces inside Russian sovereign airspace, or sovereign ground territories which included Russia's territories in the former Crimea Region as in East of Ukraine and the Island of Krim. Reasons for the controversy has been specified as wide range, particularly on the required Trade and Investment Co-operation between Canada and the European Union Countries which the Opposition Political Parties and citizens in the European Union Countries have frequently protested and demonstrated against the largest trade zone cooperation, or agreement between Canada the European Union Countries and USA that may loosen Eurozone's quality and products controlled. THE GOVERNMENT WITH THE TRADE UNIONS AND EMPLOYEES AT THE MAJOR AIRPORTS HAVE FINALLY REACHED COMPROMISE ON THE PREVIOUSLY UNHEEDED DEMANDS THAT ENTAILED THE DEMAND FOR TARIFF INCREASE INSURANCE AND RETIREMENT SECURITY FOR THE COCKPIT PROFESSIONALS AND THOSE IN THE DUTY OF ACCOMPANIMENT.

      The government with the Trade Unions and employees of Germany's major airports as the Frankfurt and Dusseldorf Airport have finally reached compromise on the previously unheeded demands of airport employees, specially the demand for tariff increase for the Cockpit Professionals and those in the duty of the accompaniment that has been specified as five percent (5%) tariff increase with the additional demand for pay raise and over time bonus for the mostly over stressed  Cockpit Professionals of both the domestic and long distance International travel to and from far away destinations at home and in the far away foreign countries.
