     Refugee and asylum crisis in the Eurozone countries turns to a big deal between the European Union government and Turkey government as the government in Turkey has liberalized its immigration policy and eased entry of over two million five hundred thousand refugees and asylum seekers from Eastern Europe, Syria, other Arab World and African countries in to its territory in return for a three million euros as part of the European Union allocated finance package for the solution of the current refugees and asylum seekers influx to Western Europe, particularly those from Eastern Europe and the mentioned countries of the Middle Eastern, the Arab World and African countries. Turkey government has also demanded re-evaluation of its eligibility with qualification for the European Union membership after decade of repeated attempts for the fulfillment of the requirements that may qualify Turkey for the European Union countries membership, despite recent political unrest in the Eurozone capital cities and in Turkey with regard to the extended security concern, due to terror attacks and refugees crisis in Western Europe. However, Turkey government generous offer and open arms policy for the accommodation of the stranded refugees and asylum seekers in Turkey from Western Europe may ease the rising political dispute among the domestic and Federal Governments of the Eurozone countries with continued citizens civil indiscipline by protest, demonstration and strike, due to the demand for tariff increase and the protest against their governments policy for distribution, or integration of refugees and asylum seekers in to Eurozone's cities, or various Communities and Societies on one side and on the other opposite side it may strain Turkey government's effort for qualification to the European Union countries membership, despite the predicted upgrade of Turkey's credit line by the allocated funds in Eurozone Finance Packages and in Turkey's projected future economic prosperity that has been expected to reduce the country's debt, decrease the budget deficit, upgrade its credit line and fulfill the requirements for qualification to the European Union membership as dictated by the European Union government, the European Central Bank and the European Union Parliament in Brussels.

FRENCH CITIZENS HAVE PROTESTED AGAINST THEIR GOVERNMENT'S PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES AGAINST TERROR ATTACKS BY CURFEW, ELEVATED SECURITY MEASURES AND CONTINUED AIRSTRIKES AGAINST SYRIA AND NORTHERN IRAQ REGION.

      French citizens have protested yesterday, today and perhaps in the next few days against their government's precautionary measures against terror attacks by curfew and the elevated security measures in random search of suspected persons with the bestowed full authority and power of the police forces during the two months of extended curfew as violation of the French people civil liberty, friendship and generosity to the immigrants, or the newly arrived refugees and asylum seekers that have sought refuge and protection in the French territory and among the French people in the various regions of France during the best, or difficult time in their life time that will never be forgotten in France and in their original home countries. Another group has protested against their government's intention for the formation of greater coalition of governments for the fight against terrorism in France and in the Eurozone countries with the possible eradication of the terrorists groups , or Organizations in the foreign countries as in Syria and Northern Iraq region by continued airstrikes of the French military with those of the Allied countries forces such as the USA, Russia, England, Germany and few Arab World countries that have denounced terrorism, particularly the recent terrorists attacks against France and other Eurozone countries. USA, Russia, England, Germany and other European Union countries have expressed their solidarity with France for the fight against the past , the current and future terrorists attacks against France and the Eurozone countries. Besides, their preparedness for participation on the side of France with continued airstrikes against the intended ISIS targets in Syria and Northern Iraq region.      United Nations Security Council Member countries latest debate of the series of the debates held on the current Syrian refugees crisis and terror attacks against Parish at the United Nations Headquarter in New York city in the United States of America over the weekend has been concluded unanimously with overwhelming votes in support of the French President decision for the fight against terrorism in France, the Eurozone countries and in the foreign countries of Syria and Northern Iraq region by the United Nations current Resolution that supported with legislative authority the fight against terrorism, but not by the United Nations Alternative legislation that will authorize the use of military force with the possible declaration of long term war against Syria and Northern Iraq region. However, Russian government unilateral approach by continued airstrikes against suspected ISIS targets in Syria and Northern Iraq region has been accompanied by the reinforcement of airstrikes against ISIS targets in Syria with additional long range missiles launch from the Black Sea against targets in Syria and Northern Iraq region. Russian Defense Ministry has confirmed that the Russian Navy has launched over five hundred long range and medium defense missiles from the Black Sea against the intended ISIS targets in Syria and Northern Iraq region, despite the United Nations Security Council decision against the implementation of the Alternative Resolution  that authorizes the enforcement of military force against difficult and extended armed conflicts as in the current conflicts in Syria and Northern Iraq region. France, Belgium and Germany have extended the curfew in the inner cities with the security alert level to the highest security alert level for the enforcement of strict border control in random searches of suspected persons  in the mention inner cities respectively. The extend of damage inflicted on properties that have been destroyed and human lives that have been lost, due to continued airstrikes of the Allied Forces and the Russian Navy long range missiles attacks has been generally described as wide range, particularly in the Northern parts of Syria, the Northern Iraq region and in parts of Turkey.

RUSSIA DEMANDED THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE UNITED NATIONS ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTION THAT WILL AUTHORIZE THE USE OF MILITARY FORCE WITH THE CO-OPERATION OF MANY COUNTRIES DURING THE DEBATE HELD AT THE UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL HEADQUARTER IN NEW YORK IN THE USA.

      Russia demanded the implementation, or enforcement of the United Nations Alternative Resolution that will authorize the use of military force against Syria during the debate held at the United Nations Security Council Headquarter in New York yesterday and requested co-operation of all the Member countries that have participated in the airstrikes against ISIS targets in Syria for the faster sought of solution to the current conflict in Syria  by diplomatic, political and military approach for the fight against ISIS that may result in the destruction of the Islamic State created by ISIS with the removal of all the Islamic Militants and the Rebel Forces from the areas of conflict for the restoration, or  establishment of order and peace in Syria in the presence of the ruling leader of Syria President Basar Assad of Syria. The USA delegates on the other opposite side of the debate objected to the Russian delegates proposal for peace in Syria in the presence of President Basar Assad and requested, or rather demanded the relinquishment of power by President Basar Assad as it had been previously demanded by the citizens of Syria whose numbers have dramatically decreased to just few millions of inhabitants from the estimated twenty three million Syrian citizens that have either fled the country, or may have been displaced within the destroyed cities of Syria and in the far away desert of the domestic and neighboring countries of Turkey, Jordan, Iraq Libya, Palestine and as far as in Egypt and North of Sudan. Besides, those Syrian refugees that have crossed the Mediterranean and the Atlantic Ocean to the far away destinations in the European Union countries, Eastern Europe, Russia and in the United States of America.       European Union leaders have convened at the European Union Parliament in Brussels Yesterday for the extra-ordinary debate that may determine a new direction toward peace and security in the Eurozone countries and in many parts of the World, after President Hollande addressed the French lower and upper House Members in Versailles and emphasized his powerful statements that specified the destruction with possible eradication of the Islamic Militant Organization called ISIS and their terror activities from France, the domestic Eurozone countries and in the foreign countries and that the French people will neither be scared, nor deprived from their peace and freedom by the violent terror activities and tradition of the Islamic Militants Rebels called ISIS. These powerful statements of President Hollande against the terror attacks in Parish have been immediately accompanied by the declaration of the intensified and extended airstrikes against the Islamic Militants Bases and strongholds in the Northern Iraq and Syria. HUGE PLUNGE IN SALES REVENUES OF THE MAJOR ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE COMPANIES AND SMALLER BUSINESSES HAS BEEN PREDICTED AS A RESULT OF THE BAN ON ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE SMOKING WITH AGE LIMITATION AND ADDITIONAL RESTRICTION ON ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE SMOKING IN CERTAIN AREAS.

     Huge plunge in sales revenues and sales income of the major electronic cigarette companies and smaller businesses respectively within Germany and the Eurozone countries has been predicted with additional fluctuation in the stock prices of the World's financial markets business performance, due to the governments announcement of the general intention for the ban on electronic cigarette smoking among the youth in the Eurozone countries that may be accompanied by the restriction that has been imposed on the traditional cigarette smoking against smokers in certain areas in the various locations through-out Germany and the Eurozone countries by the legislative measures that may enforce the ban on electronic cigarette smoking among the youth in Germany and the Eurozone countries with additional restriction against electronic cigarette smoking in certain areas for the adults in Germany's various States and the Eurozone countries. However, the mentioned tougher legislative measures against electronic cigarette smoking in Germany and the Eurozone countries may require more than the scheduled Parliamentary debates in the German Parliament the Bundestag and the European Union Parliament in Brussels which too  may either support, or object the enaction of the legislation that will authorize the implementation with the enforcement of the tougher legislative measures for the ban of electronic cigarette smoking among the youth with additional age limitation and restriction on electronic cigarette smoking in the areas in which cigarette smoking and electronic cigarette smoking may not be permitted in the future. This general action of the governments for the ban on electronic cigarette smoking among the youth with age limitation and additional restriction against electronic cigarette smoking in certain areas became one of the citizens problems and the governments policy making issue after claims of the study results that disapproved electronic cigarette smoking with its nicotine flavored content as harmless to human health and specially the health of the youth, or the electronic cigarette smokers whose numbers have dramatically increased in to millions of electronic cigarette smokers within the shortest time period of less than a decade, despite the warnings with the restrictions that have been place on the traditional cigarette smoking by surgeons and other healthcare professionals in the many countries of this World.

SCIENTIFIC INVESTIGATION ON THE POSSIBLE CAUSE OF THE UNEXPECTED AND SUDDEN CRASH OF THE RUSSIAN AIRLINE PASSENGER JET HAS BEEN EXTENDED AS THE INITIAL PHASE OF THE UNIDENTIFIED BODY REMAINS DID NOT REVEAL, OR INDICATE THE SLIGHTEST CLUE TO THE POSSIBLE CAUSE OF CRASH OF THE RUSSIAN AIRLINE PASSENGER JET.

      Scientific investigation on the possible cause of the unexpected and suddden crash of Russian Airline Passenger Jet flight KGL 9268 bound for the scheduled flight from Sham El-Sheikh to Moscow with two hundred and twenty four passengers aboard the Aircraft and crashed few minutes after take-off from Sham El-Sheikh Airport in Egypt on Sunday, October 31st in the Year two thousand and fifteen (2015) has been further extended after the initial phase of investigation on the salvaged black boxes, debri and the difficult to identify body remains of the passengers that did not reveal, or indicate the slightest clue to the possible cause of the tragic accident of the Russian Airline, despite claims of retaliation by the Egyptian Islamists and terrorists group name ISIL for the crash of the Russian Aircraft that killed many innocent Russian civilian citizens thousands of miles from home. Parents and relatives of the victims of the crash that have been identified as Russians have extended the officially declared mourning day period that has been marked as Sunday, November 1st in the Year two thousand and fifteen (2015) with continued kindle light tradition of mourning for the unidentified body remains of the passengers that have been flown to Moscow and kept in Crematory for examination and DNA identification of the body parts of every passenger that will be later handed to the parents and relatives for the burial that may last for a whole week. The USA, Russian and European Union countries with the Egyptian government have denounced claims of retaliation by the Islamic and terrorists group called ISIL, due to Russian government recent military intervention in Syria by continued airstrikes missions that have devastated ISIS military Bases and strongholds in the areas near Aleppo, Homs and Damascus because the scientific investigation with the satellite images did not indicate any clue of long range, or short range missile that may have been launched from a distant site of launch against targets within the Egyptian Airspace that has been specifically described by the media as the Airspace in the Egyptian tourists city of Sham El-Sheikh. DISPUTE PREVAILED AMONG GERMANY'S LARGEST COALITION GOVERNMENT CABINET MEMBERS OVER THE BEST AND POSSIBLE SOLUTION TO REFUGEE AND ASYLUM CRISIS IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF GERMANY AND EUROZONE COUNTRIES.

      Dispute prevailed among Germany's largest coalition government cabinet members of the three major ruling political parties that comprised of the Christian Democratic Union Political Party (CDU), the Christian Social Union Political Party (CSU) and the Social Democratic Political Party (SPD) over the best possible solution to the refugee and asylum crisis in the Democratic Republic of Germany and Eurozone countries as the leaders of the three mentioned major ruling political parties in Germany with other leaders in the Eurozone countries that entailed Chancellor Angela Merkel, the Chancellor of the Democratic Republic of Germany and chair leader of  the Christian Democratic Union Political Party (CDU), Mr. Seehofer Minister President of the Free State of Bayern Munchen and chair leader of the Christian Social Union Political Party (CSU) and Mr. Gabriel Mapus the Economy Minister and chair leader of the Social Democrats Political Party (SPD) scrambled over the possible best solution to the refugee and asylum crisis in Germany and the Eurozone countries during the extra-ordinary meeting held in the Chancellor's main office in Germany's capital city Berlin over the weekend. Chancellor Angela Merkel and Minister Seehofer have recommended and approved respectively the erection of  refugees and asylum seekers Transit Zones and Centers at the border posts to the neighboring Western and Eastern European countries, while the Economy Minister Mr. Gabriel has suggested with the authority of his ruling coalition political party the erection of refugees and asylum seekers Transit Zones and Centers within Germany's cities and towns. This would mean refugees and asylum seekers from the World's various countries would not be welcomed in Germany's various cities , or towns, instead they would be isolated at refugees and asylum seekers Transit Zones, or Centers outside the cities and towns. Those from Eastern Europe would be rehabilitated at either the Transit Zones and Centers at the border points to Eastern Europe, while those from far away countries may be rehabilitated at the various Transit Zones and Centers at the various ports, before approval of their claims for either refugee, or asylum status in the Democratic Republic of Germany. These difficulties in the decision making process of the major ruling coalition government political parties leaders has caused widespread discussion among various groups of Germany's politicians, professionals and finance experts about Germany's current policy on refugees and asylum seekers  with the predicted outcome, or results on Germany's brighter economic prospects, financial stability and the projected industrial expansion.

DISPUTE OVER THE REQUIRED SIGNIFICANT FACTORS FOR AGREEMENT AND SOLUTION OF THE CURRENT CONFLICT IN SYRIA PREVAILED AMONG THE ELEVEN MAJOR COUNTRIES DURING THE MEETING HELD IN VIENNA AUSTRIA.

      The over four years Syrian conflict that began in March of the year two thousand and eleven (2011) has gained much attention of the World's major countries as it has remained the extended media highlight in extensive media coverage in the various countries of the World that entailed the USA, Russia, the European Union countries, Canada, Austria, the Asian countries, the Middle Eastern, the Arab World and African countries, specially after the incident of the failed debate of the eleven major countries in repeated attempts for the sought of the solution that may end the conflict in Syria by diplomatic approach and political solution, instead of the current use of military force in Syria by many factions. Besides the incident of the Russian Airline and passenger jet crash at Sham El-Sheikh in Egypt few minutes after take-off from the Airport. This meeting of the eleven World's major countries held in Vienna Austria over the weekend that was intended to determine the possible solution to the spreading violent conflict in failed political solution and fierce battle against the three opposing forces in Syria has unfortunately been postponed and rescheduled to resume in about two weeks time period, despite the rising concern about further disagreement of the major countries on the required solution by a unified approach and unified decision of the major countries on the current conflict in Syria. However, the significant main factors of dispute and disagreement between the major powers has been emphasized as the relinquishment of power by President Assad with the requirement for a unified agreement on the implementation of the United Nations Alternative Resolution that authorizes the use of military force as a solution to the long term and difficult conflict. The United States of America with Saudi Arabia and Russia with Iran have taken opposite sides on the mentioned two significant factors that requires immediate solution. The USA and Saudi Arabia supported citizens demand for the removal of President Assad with the use of military force as solution to the current conflict in Syria, while  Russia and Iran have opposed the removal of President Assad with the use of military force in Syria. Besides, the current unknown position of China in this conflict, after China repeatedly rejected in the previous United Nations Security Council Meetings the implementation with the enforcement of the United Nations Alternative Resolution on the current conflict in Syria that will authorize the use of military force in the entire nation of Syria with the removal of President Basar Assad from power as has been previously demanded by the citizens in Syria whose numbers have dramatically declined within the shortest time period from over twenty two million people which included women and children to just eleven million people. Seven point six million (7.6m) Syrian citizens have been displaced within Syria, four point two million (4.2m) have been on the run as refugees in the neighboring and far away foreign countries as far as Europe and over two hundred and fifty thousand have died during the conflict.
