      World leaders and delegates from various countries of the World convened early today in the capital of Belarus Minsk for discussion of peace talks that has been described as crucial and the last chance for peace in East of Ukraine. Higher expectation for better peace talks among the USA, the Russian, the European Union leaders and delegates prevailed during the meeting as the last chance for the extended peace talks that may ease the rising tension for the predicted outbreak of continued war in East of Ukraine, Inspite of continued violation of the ceasefire agreement along the Russian Western border to East of Ukraine. The redeployment of over three hundred fighter jets and pilots by the USA and European Union countries in Eastern Europe and continued surveillance of Russia's Western border to East of Ukraine by the high altitude Drones of the German military that have continued to monitor ceasefire violation along the Russian Western border to East of Ukraine. Among the leaders that have discussed and enabled the extension with the expansion of the ceasefire zone during the meeting entailed the Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chancellor Angela Merkel the Chancellor of the Democratic Republic of Germany, French President Holland and President Petro Poroshenko of Ukraine. Other issues that have been discussed during the meeting entailed the requirement for Ukraine to relinquish its demand for the reinforcement and armament of its military by the USA and Western countries and the requirement for the solution that may resolve the differences over the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces demand for an independent East of Ukraine from Ukraine.

       European Union countries have remained committed to their self-obligated mission for peace in East of Ukraine and the whole of Ukraine by political and diplomatic approach, rather than by the armament and reinforcement of  Ukraine Forces, or by the use of military force as Chancellor Angela Merkel the Chancellor of the Democratic Republic of Germany emphasized in the brief televised interview during her short visit to the USA capital city Washington DC. This announcement for peace in Europe has been released on both the USA and European Union countries media after the European Union countries temporarily suspended the intensified sanction against Russia for reasons that have not been made known. However, few media sources have further speculated on the unknown cause, or reasons for the temporary suspension of the European Union intensified sanction that has caused the estimated sum worth the amount of over seventy billion euros in annual finance loses for both the Eurozone countries and Russia. Varied media opinion on the European Union countries collective finance, political and diplomatic pressure on Russia for the prevention of use of military force by either Russia, or the USA on the current major countries decision making process crisis by repeated political and diplomatic failure, despite continued effort of the major countries, particularly of the European Union countries for peace in the East, South East and the whole of Ukraine.        Western leaders and Russian President Vladimir Putin convened early Yesterday in the capital city Kiev to discuss immediate solution to the repeated ceasefire violation after the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces claimed successive operations with the occupation of over eighty posts, villages and towns  that included Donetsk. Western countries media that entailed the USA and European Union media have mentioned Russian military direct involvement in the recent battle of Donetsk and other smaller towns that have killed hundreds of civilians and continued further West for the occupation of the capital city Kiev which has remained vulnerable to the random missiles of the PRO-Russian Forces launched from South East  of Ukraine and along the Russian Western border to East of Ukraine. Other sources have indicated possible outbreak of a major and fierce battle between the Western countries major powers and the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces in East of Ukraine, if the current meeting being held in Ukraine's capital Kiev between Russia and the Western countries major powers that included the USA, the UK, France and Germany fail once again to attain the required solution against ceasefire violation and for lasting peace in East of Ukraine. In the Northern States, the North East and Mid West the extend of severe weather in snowfall and lower temperatures have exceeded forty inches and minus twenty degrees Fahrenheit respectively. Schools of various levels, whether they may have been kinder garden, or Higher Institutions of learning as the High Schools, Colleges and Universities have been closed in many States that have been mostly affected by the severe Winter Weather, due to the Arctic storm and blizzard. Power outage has been reported in many parts of the States in which the Arctic Circle exhaled generously its very cold breath in blizzard, snow flares and extreme lower temperatures. Various forms of transportation systems have been hit hard by the severe Winter Weather conditions, specially the air transportation system. Over five hundred domestic and International inbound and outbound flights have been cancelled in the various States of USA.      Russia's and few European Union countries delegates third attempt for peace mediation effort in East of Ukraine by the peace effort meeting held over the weekend in Belarus capital Minsk has been generally described as a failure after over three hours of the extended and less effective peace meeting intended for the dialogue that may ease the mounting pressure for the outbreak of a major conflict in East of Ukraine between Eastern Europe and the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces against the Western countries that entailed Ukraine Forces, the European Union countries and possibly the USA support. The third failed attempt of the peace effort meeting has been attributed to multiple violations that included ceasefire violation, Pro-Russian Rebel Political Wing intervention in the peace meeting and the NATO Satellites images that have revealed continued movement of armored vehicles and military personnel from Russia to East of Ukraine, despite USA and Western countries demand for withdrawal, rather than redeployment of the Russian Forces along Russia's Western border to East of Ukraine and inside Ukraine.
