United Nations recent meeting on the Middle East crisis in which the Organization denounced Israelites Air force less precise strikes on unintended civilian targets which included hospitals, schools and refugees camps, besides its emphasis on Israel Rights to defend itself from terrorists Islamic Militants Organizations which included the Hamas Party has been received with mixed feeling of disappointment, anger rage, retaliation and controversial debates in Palestine and the Arab World countries, particularly over the Organization unilateral approach and impartiality in the decision making process, specially on issues in which violent civilian dispute, or militarized reaction and conflict that have frequently caused damage in property and civilian lives which included children, women and men. Ukraine forces have admitted for the first time since the war began higher casualty rate that has been inflicted on them by the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces in their many attempts to disband the Pro-Russian Rebel Forces. Over sixty Ukraine forces have been killed in the fierce battle of the last three days in East of Ukraine, particularly in the remote parts of Donetsk, South East of Ukraine and toward the Russian Western border to East of Ukraine. THE EUROPEAN UNION, RUSSIA, NATO AND UNITED NATIONS HAVE AGAIN SPOKEN POSITIVELY FOR PEACE IN EAST OF UKRAINE BY DIPLOMATIC AND POLITICAL APPROACH, INSPITE OF THE RECENT MILITARY OFFENSIVE IN EAST OF UKRAINE.

The USA observed the annual recall to memory of its independence day on the fourth (4th) of July in the year 2014 with one day public holiday and a number of celebrative events that entailed ceremonial prayers, sports events, parades and festivities dedicated specially to this special event that has been annually observed by many American citizens in all the States of the USA that included the Islands. In other States this event has been celebrated in various ways which included parties, fireworks and purchase of varieties of items at shopping Malls and other markets at discount prices. CEASEFIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT AND SEPARATISTS REBEL FORCES HAS ELAPSED EARLIER IN THE WEEK WITH NO COMPROMISE OVER POLITICAL AND TERRITORIAL INTEGRITY DISPUTE.
Government forces in Ukraine have announced their preparedness in Troops deployment for battle in the areas of conflict in East of Ukraine after the ceasefire agreement period elapsed earlier in the week with no compromise over political dispute in power struggle and territorial integrity solution in the separated region of East of Ukraine. These measures of both the government forces and the Opposition Separatists Rebel Forces in the attempts for an offensive battle against one another in East of Ukraine, instead of the required extension of ceasefire agreement may delay Russia's and the European Union effort for possible solution to the crisis in East of Ukraine by diplomatic, political, financial and economic approach. The Separatists government in East of Ukraine has insisted on their demand for independence and separate sovereign nation in East of Ukraine, while the government has remained objected to their demands with the recognition of the Referendum that separated East of Ukraine as independent soverign nation from Ukraine, but may remain within the Russian Federation independent nations.

The USA and parts of European Union countries have announced elevated security alert in constant surveillnace and random searches of suspected persons and locations, particularly at the major ports, sport events and social gathering places such as the Airports, Sea Ports, Stadium and Events, or Festivals locations through-out the USA and in parts of the European union countries after Al Qaeda's repeated warnings of terror attacks and failed attempts in the mentioned countries of USA, France, Germany and the Scandinavian countries.Reasons for the terror warnings and failed terrorists attacks againts targets in the USA and European Union countries have not been specified. However, some sources have asserted the recent unmanned vehicles, or Drones attacks against Al Qaeda's and other Islamic Militants Bases in Iran, Yemen, Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Libya and Khartoum Sudan may have been the reason for Al Qaeda's warnings against terror attacks in the USA and European Union countries.
