EGYPTIANS STRRUGGLE FOR DEMOCRACY CONTINUES, INSPITE OF POLITICAL DISPUTE AND SECTORIAN CLASHES.

EGYPTIANS STRUGGLE FOR DEMOCRACY CONTINUES, INSPITE OF POLITICAL DISPUTE AND SECTORIAN CLASHES.

Separate groups effort to ensure democratization of Egypt and the Egyptians remains the major political challenge for the government, major political parties, foreign governments that supported Democracy in Egypt and various citizens groups that have kept continuous protest and demonstration on the streets in Cairo and the neighboring towns for Democracy and citizens freedom, inspite of political dispute between the country's major political parties and sectorian clashes that has continued to spread in the capital and various towns, particularly in Cairo, Alexandria, Port Said and in the Southern most parts of Egypt. Foreign governments, politicians and intellectuals have criticized the government and the Judiciary System in Egypt against militarization of Egypt with the tougher penalties against Islamists and supporters of former President Muhammed Mursi after the Constitutional Amendment for multi-political parties participation in the government and citizens freedom during the election process that determines the elected government and President of the democratic country.

UKRAINE HAS BEEN FOR THE BIG BITE ON EUROPEAN UNION FINANCIAL PACKAGES, INSPITE OF THE CURRENT CRISIS IN CRIMEA.

UKRAINE HAS BEEN FOR THE BIG BITE ON EUROPEAN UNION FINANCIAL PACKAGES, INSPITE OF THE CURRENT CRISIS IN CRIMEA.

Ukraine has been up for the big bite on Europe's financial packages as the European Union Parliament allocated fourteen to eighteen billion euros in financial packages assistance for Ukraine, inspite of the current crisis in Ukraine and the separated Island of Crimea. Fnancial and economic reform seemed to preceed the required basic  and complex structural reform with the political changes for the formation of a recognized government, instead of the interim, or transitional government, particularly with regard to the scheduled Parliamentary and Presidential election on the 25th of May in the year 2014. A new elected President of Ukraine may resolve current Constitutional Amendment problems, political dispute between the major and varied political parties opinions on the current major issues in Ukraine, specially on the separation of the Island with the split of the citizens of Ukraine that comprised of Ukraine citizens, Ukraine citizens of russian origin, Russians  and the Muslims minority over participation in government's highest political, military posts and other services.

WORKERS DEMAND FOR BIGGER SHARE IN GERMANY'S CURRENT PROSPERITY BY CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE IN PROTEST, DEMONSTRATION AND STRIKE.

WORKERS DEMAND FOR BIGGER SHARE IN GERMANY'S CURRENT PROSPERITY BY CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE IN PROTEST, DEMONSTRATION AND STRIKE.

Civil disobedience in protest, demonstration and strike has continued in many States of Germany which included the Northern State of Schleswig Holstein, Niedersachsen, Sachsen Sachsen Anhalt and the free State of Bayern Munchen, due to the repeated failure of workers trade union, employers trade union and the government to reach to one another on the required compromise for for the solution of workers unheeded demand for pay raise in the public sectors of the Northern States of Germany and the free State of Bayern Munchen. The workers trade union and workers have demanded additional pay increase of a hundred euros and three point five percent tarif increase in the public sector. Reasons for the continued civil servants disobedience in protest, demonstration and strike that has caused chaos in many cities, due to accumulated thrash, dirt and traffic problems has been attributed to their demand for tarif increase to meet the ever increasing living standards expense in all the Northern , the Central and Southern States of Germany which included the free State of Bayern Munchen. However, government's insistence on lower percentage tarif increase in the public sector compared to the private sector in Germany may cause further civil disobedience in all the States of Germany with additional workers demand for bigger share in higher percentage tarif increase of Germany's current prosperity of constant economic growth, industrial expansion and financial freedom of mostly the private sector.

USA PRESIDENT VISIT TO THE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL AS HIS STATEMENTS THAT HAVE FURTHER STRAINED THE USA FOREIGN AND DEFENSE POLICIES WITH REGARD TO THE USA MILITARY INTERVENTION IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES.

The USA President visit to the number of European Union countries that entailed the Niederlands, parts of Belgium and Italy with his statements that have been aired during the series of brief televised interviews have remained Europe's and the World's media highlight of the week, inspite of the controversy that has further strained USA foreign and defense policies with regard to the USA military intervention, or wars for the freedom of other countries that have continued to cause political and diplomatic divide among the country's major political parties and foreign governments respectively. President Obama statement that compared Russia occupation of Crimea and particularly the Island of Krim to the American occupation of Iraq has outraged many Intellectuals and politicians at home and abroad as many people may have misinterpretted the President's direct, or indirect justification of military intervention and occupation of other countries, instead of the required peace mission, or military intervention  as the alternative measure for the prevention of war and carnage of innocent civilian citizens in both the domestic and foreign countries.

THE ARAB GULF COUNTRIES CONCLUDED THE TWENTY FIFTH ARAB GULF SUMMIT HELD IN KUWAIT WITH EMPHASIS ON PEACEFUL APPROACH IN RESOLVING FREQUENT CONFLICTS IN THE ARAB WORLD REGION.

The Arab Gulf countries concluded the twenty fifth Arab Gulf Summit held in Kuwait early today with emphasis on significant major points that entailed peaceful means, or approach in resolving frequent conflicts in the Arab World region, particularly the current conflict in Syria and denounced the Israelites violence in Palestine. Other important issues that have been mentioned during the Summit included the Arab Gulf countries declining investments, oil production and exports to the domestic Arab World and foreign countries. The estimated lost in the recent four quarters investment businesses and mineral resources exports which included petroleum, gas and other agriculture, or manufactured products has exceeded four trillion dinars. However, the requirement for Parliamentary debates to ensure the required economic, financial and political changes  for more prosperous Arab Gulf and the Arab World countries have not been mentioned during the Summit, despite the unanimous support of the Arab Gulf countries for improved domestic and foreign investment businesses at home and in foreign countries.

WEST EUROPEAN COUNTRIES AND UKRAINE DEMANDED THE ENACTION OF A RESOLUTION THAT WILL ABOLISH THE REFERENDUM THAT HAS SEPARATED THE ISLAND OF KRIM FROM UKRAINE.

WEST EUROPEAN COUNTRIES AND UKRAINE DEMANDED  THE ENACTION OF A RESOLUTION THAT WILL ABOLISH THE REFERENDUM THAT HAS SEPARATED THE ISLAND OF KRIM FROM UKRAINE.

West European countries and Ukraine demanded the formulation, or enaction of a resolution that will abolish the Referendum that has separated Crimea and specifically the Island of Krim from Ukraine during the G7 Nuclear Summit held in Den Haag the Niederlands in the last forty eight hours. Besides, the intensified sanction against Russia which many Institutions and some businesses have claimed that the sanction against Russia has begun to show its negative effect, or defect on their businesses that have been mostly operational in the USA and the West European countries than in Russia. On the other hand Russia's Ministry of Economy released figures and facts that contradicted the predicted bad, or negative effect on Russia's Economy and the domestic, or foreign businesses that will remain operational in Russia, Inspite of the USA and Western Countries intensified sanction against Russia. However, Russia's unruffled and firm stand against the mounting economic, political and military presence pressure of the Western countries Armies along its borders has been strengthened by the fortified Russian Airforce and the ground forces military Bases in the Island of Krim.

RUSSIAN UKRAINE CRISIS WILL NOT BE THE EXCEPTIONAL WORLD'S MAJOR CRISIS IN WHICH COLLECTIVE APPROACH OF THE WORLD'S MAJOR COUNTRIES HAVE BEEN REQUIRED IN RESOLVING PROBLEMS.

RUSSIAN UKRAINE CRISIS WILL NOT BE THE EXCEPTIONAL WORLD'S MAJOR CRISIS IN WHICH  COLLECTIVE APPROACH OF THE WORLD'S MAJOR COUNTRIES HAVE BEEN REQUIRED IN RESOLVING PROBLEMS.

Rising tension has been generally felt in resolving major global issues, or problems in which collective approach of the World's major countries have been required for the resolution of many of these problems, particularly those for which the USA, Russia, China, the European Union and many other countries that have contributed in whatever ways in problems solution, rather than the opposite. Russia Ukraine crisis will not be the exceptional World's major crisis for which the USA and the European Union cuntries have taken a collective stand against Russia in tougher sanction with possible outbreak of war in Ukraine, while other major nations in Asia such as China, Japan, India, Canada, Australia and those with significant weight in the Middle East, the Arab World and African countries  have remained silent andwithout action, inspite of the foreseeable chaos and crisis in the World's peace order with regard to the observation complinace with the World's arms Treaty and International Regulations  that obligates regulation and order against dispute, or for war prevention with global co-operation in the various fields that may include economic, financial, educational, healthcare, commerce and defense co-operation between the World's most successfull and less successfull countries.

THE CONCERN FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY IN JOURNALISM AND JOURNALISTIC RELATED WORK REMAINS THE MAJOR CONCERN FOR MANY JOURNALISTS AT A GLOBAL SCALE.

The requirement for safety in Journalism and journalistic related work that entailed internet news coverage with the use of mini computers  and smartphones to ease massive information transfer from one location to the other remains the major safety and security concern for many Journalists and Freelance Journalists at a global scale. European media has warned Journalists, Freelance Journalists and Reporters that have covered less, or more extensively about the political, insecurity, social, financial and economic changes in regions of conflicts and Particularly about the current conflict in Russia, Ukraine, the Island of Krim and Syria to be on alert and open their eyes much wider than they may have been as they continue with the wide range coverage on conflict related issues that have not been released by governments, Institutions and individuals in many countries of both the developed and the developing countries. In the USA, European and Middle Eastern countries special hotels have been made available for residence for Journalists, Freelance Journalists and Reporters that have been on the run, due to insecurity with regard to the news coverage  they may have made, or due to the lucrative nature of their profession that could make multi-billionaires and multi-millionaires in the shortest period of time.

RUSSIA MILITARY AND POLITICAL INTERVENTION IN CRIMEA REGION HAS BEEN EMBRACED WITH MIX FEELING OF FEAR AND SURPRISE.

RUSSIA MILITARY AND POLITICAL INTERVENTION IN CRIMEA REGION HAS BEEN EMBRACED WITH MIX FEELING AND SURPRISE.

Russia's intervention in Crimea, particularly in the Island of Krim and offshore the Island in to the black Sea  remains Europe's and the World's media highlights of the Month as both the Eastern and the Western European countries have continued to listen and embrace the new military and political development in Russia, Ukriane and the Island of Krim with mix feeling of fear and surprise. Ukraine forces  withdrawal  from military Bases in the Island of Krim  and Russian Troops further deployment in to the Island has ceased the rising tension for the outbreak of a major war in Ukraine. This Ukraine Troops withdrawal from the Island of Krim has been expected to follow, or be accompanied by the USA forces withdrawal from Poland in addition to the withdrawal of Ukraine forces and Germany forces from the borders to Russia. However, bilateral relationship between Russia and the West has deteriorated to the lowest level since the fall of the Soviet Union and the Rise of the Russian Federation Alliance. The European Union has concluded its Parliamentary debate on the crisis in Ukraine with further expansion of the sanction against Russia, Russian Alliance and individuals with investment in Russia, or much sums of money transaction to, or from Russia.

WORKERS IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR DUTIES HAVE THREATENED TO EXTEND THE CURRENT CIVIL INDISCIPLINE IN STRIKE AND DEMONSTRATION.

WORKERS IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR DUTIES HAVE THREATENED TO EXTEND THE CURRENT CIVIL INDISCIPLINE IN STRIKE AND DEMONSTRATION.

Workers on public duties have threatened to extend the current civil indiscipline in strike and demonstration, due to the unheeded demands for pay raise in the public sector. The Trade Union second round of talks in the attempts to resolve the dispute over tarif increase on public duties has remained ineffective in the capital Berlin and many States of Germany. Workers in Germany have demanded a hundred euros pay increase with additional three point five percent (3.5%) tarif increase in the general public work and duties, despite the government's current effort to implement and legislatively enforce minimum wage tarif of eight and half euros in all the States of Germany as obligated by the Coalition Government Mandate for minimum wage legislation in all the States of Germany. The asserted reasons for the civil indiscipline in strike and demonstration has been attributed to wide range reasons and views of individuals. Many citizens have mentioned the rising expense in the current standard of living in Germany, while others have demanded bigger share on Germany's current prosperity that has generally suffered tax evasion and outsourcing in financial rescue packages, or humanitarian assistance in time of crisis for foreign countries, while neglecting, or ignoring domestic hard working citizens demand for pay raise to meet the expense of the day.

CIVILIAN INDISCIPLINE IN CONTINUED DEMONSTRATION MAY HAVE STOPPED THE MOUNTING PRESSURE FOR THE PREDICTED OUTBREAK OF A MAJOR BATTLE BETWEEN THE UKRAINE ARMY FORCES AND THE RUSSIAN ARMY FORCES.

Civilian indiscipline in continued demonstrations in Russia, Ukraine, the Island of Krim and many East European countries, particularly those in Simferopol and Sewastopol may have stopped the mounting pressure for the predicted outbreak of a major battle between the Ukraine Army Forces and the Russian Forces that have been stationed at the Island of Krim. Citizens in Sewastopol stormed  the Ulkraine military Base that had been expected to resist Russian Troops advancement with possible occupation of the military Base, before and after the Referendum which unfortunately has determined the separation of the Island of Krim from Ukraine, despite the Western countries rejection of the separation  and independence of the Island of Krim from Ukraine. Ukraine military Base in the Island of Krim has remained under the occupation of civilian citizens in the last forty eight hours since the violent citizens demonstration began. High rank Generals of the Ukraine Forces have ordered the Army not to use military force against the unarmed civilian citizens as a result the Ukraine Forces have placed their weapons down, changed their uniforms and left the military Base, before the Russian Troops moved further in to the Base without any resistance from the Ukraine Forces.

UKRAINE AND GERMANY REJECTED THE CEREMONIAL INCLUSION OF THE REGION OF CRIMEA TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION.

UKRAINE AND GERMANY REJECTED THE CEREMONIAL INCLUSION OF THE REGION OF CRIMEA TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION.

The ceremonial inclusion of the region of Crimea and particularly the Island of Krim to the Russian Federation which many governments, Institutions and people have described as the annexation of the Island of Krim and Ukraine by the Russian Federation, despite the people's Referendum and Russian Parliament support has revealed to the World, Russia's historic moment as one of the World's Super Powers and President Putin greatest moment since he became President for the second time. The President of Russia emphasized the facts about Russian government intervention in Ukraine and the Island of Krim with authority and pointed out that Russian government inaction for the required protection of the citizens of the Island of Krim and Ukraine would be regarded as  betrayal, or treason. However, both Ukraine and Germany have expressed their refusal to recognize the Island of Krim and Ukraine inclusion to the Russian Federation. This refusal which has been emphasized by Chancellor Angela Merkel during the latest Parliamentary session in the German Parliament  has thrown the European Union Parliament diplomatic and political effort for possible compromise on Ukraine's dispute which could be attained by tougher sanction against Russia back to square one.

Tension continues to build-up in Ukraine and the Island of Krim between Russia and the Western countries, particularly after the Referendum that has been described as successfull which joined the Crimea region to Russia and the former Eastern European Block for independence and perhaps the freedom of the citizens of the Island of Krim from Russian dependency which the Western countries have fully rejected to recognize as a soverign independent country, due to Russia intervention and imposed sanction against Russia's assets which included huge sums of money transaction  and investments in the USA and West European countries. Deployment of Troops to strategic locations from both Russia and the West European countries has continued, despite the European Union Parliament effort for compromise and peacefull resolution of the foreseeable outbreak of a major conflict in Ukriane and the Island of Krim between Russia and the Allies against the USA with NATO Alliance of both the Western and former Eastern Block European countries.

DEMONSTRATIONS HAVE BEGUN IN RUSSIA, UKRAINE AND MANY EAST EUROPEAN COUNTRIES FOR, OR AGAINST THE ESCALATION OF VIOLENCE BY THE MAJOR POWERS IN UKRAINE AND THE ISLAND OF KRIM.

Citizens final decision by votes for the scheduled Referendum that will take place on Sunday, March16 in the year 2014 and the Regional Government decision in Simferopol remains the decisive factors that may either determine peace in Ukraine and the neighboring East European countries, or the outbreak of a major war in Ukraine between the government forces and the Rebels, or those in the Island of Krim with Russian government involvement and the Allies on one hand against the West with their Allies on the other side after the UN Security Council failed to execute its Resolution against the referendum and possibly the independence of the Island of Krim, due to Russia veto against the Resolution that has abolished the Resolution because of Russia's position in the UN Security Council as the permanent member of the Security Council. However, demonstrations have begun in Russia, Ukraine and many East European countries for, or against the escalation of violence by the major powers in Ukraine and the Island of Krim, due to extended power struggle, protest, demonstrations and skirmishes in the capital Kiev. Deployment of Troops to Ukraine, Poland and Russia by both the domestic European countries and foreign Allies has remained restricted, or  not released to the media.

DIPLOMATIC AND POLITICAL EFFORT HAS BEEN ENCOURAGED FOR THE PREVENTION OF POSSIBLE OUTBREAK OF A MAJOR CONFLICT IN THE EAST EUROPEAN COUNTRIES.

Germany's bigger coalition government has concluded its Parliamentary debates on Ukraine crisis in the German Parliament the Bundestag with overwhelming votes and support for the denouncement of Russia military involvement in the Island of Krim, further deployment of Russian Troops along the border to Ukraine  and the Opposition Political Party call on the government to reconsider Ukraine and Germany dependency on Russian Gas. However, the German military, or the Bundeswehr involvement in the Ukraine crisis has been ruled out as not an option, despite the NATO deployment of the USA Forces along the Poland Russian border and at Sea on the request of the Polish authority for military assistance from the USA, due to the Russian forces redeployment in Krim, Donetsk and along its borders to the neighboring East European countries. Media sources in the Polish capital city Warsaw have confirmed the arrival of well equipped USA Airforce and part of the mechanized forces from Poland and the USA for possible prevention of the outbreak of another worse military conflict in the East European countries and Russia on the USA forces involvement. Diplomatic and Political effort has been encouraged for the prevention of possible outbreak of a major conflict in the East Eurpean countries.

ISRAELITES CLAIM OF SUCCESS IN THE RECENT ROCKETS INTERCEPTION CAPABILITY AND TECNOLOGY REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL.

ISRAELITES CLAIM OF SUCCESS IN THE RECENT ROCKETS INTERCEPTION CAPABILITY AND TECNOLOGY REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL.

Israelites claim of success in the recent rockets interception capability and technology in the Red Sea region of Eilat has remained controversial as the reason for the intense Palestinians rockets that have been launched  against targets in Israel in the last fourty eight hours since the military skirmishes began at Israelites Palestinians border. Many of the rockets that have been fired from Palestine have randomly targeted areas and intended targets in Israel, despite being within range of Israelites Rockets Interception Station located at the military Base in the Red Sea of Eilat. However, the extend of casualties, or damages that may have been inflicted on both sides remained unspecified. President Abbas has warned Israelites of any form of retaliation, due to skirmishes at the Palestine Israel border. Media sources have speculated on the cause of the sudden rockets fight between Israel and Palestine. Some sources have asserted the British Prime Minister David Cameron visit to Palestine may have caused the military skirmishes, while others believed various religious fanatic groups from both Israel and Palestine have been responsible for the sudden outbreak of gunfire, or fight at the Israelites Palestinian border.

MILITARY INTERVENTION MAY NOT BE AN ALTERNATIVE MEASURE FOR THE RESTORATION OF ORDER AND PEACE IN UKRAINE AND THE ISLAND OF KRIM IN THE EXPECTED EUROPEAN COUNTRIES MEETING IN WHICH THE USA AND RUSSIA HAVE BEEN EXCLUDED, EXCEPT TOUGHER SANCTION AGAINST RUSSIA, WHEN THE EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT HAS REPEATEDLY REJECTED ANY MILITARY ACTION.

MILITARY INTERVENTION MAY NOT BE AN ALTERNATIVE MEASURE FOR THE RESTORATION OF ORDER AND PEACE IN UKRAINE AND THE ISLAND OF KRIM IN THE EXPECTED EUROPEAN COUNTRIES MEETING IN WHICH THE USA AND RUSSIA HAVE BEEN EXCLUDED, EXCEPT TOUGHER SANCTION AGAINST RUSSIA, WHEN THE EUROPAN UNION PARLIAMENT HAS REPEATEDLY REJECTED ANY MILITARY ACTION.

European countries have called for an extra-ordinary meeting of  European countries that has been scheduled to take place on Sunday, March16th in the year 2014 for further discussion of the crisis in Ukraine with possible solution, or penalties against Russia's political defiance and continued military intervention in Crimea that has been described as Russia's continued show of its military muscles in the Island of Krim which the West has referred to as violation of an independent sovereign nation rights to its territorial integrity without the Security Council Resolution that authorizes compliance with the World's Body regulations, or the intervention by military with possible use of military force, when it has been necessary to do so. However, Russia has done all that which may be regarded as the required precautionary measures that ensures order and peace in time of crisis, but without the necessary consultation procedures with the Security Council as dictated by the Russian government Doctrines which the Russian Parliament amended in the years 2003, 2008 and 2013 respectively. Military intervention may not be an alternative measure for the restoration of order and peace in Ukraine and the Island of Krim, except the predicted tougher sanction against Russia in the expected meeting in which the USA and Russia have been excluded, when the European Union Parliament has repeatedly rejected any Western countries military action.

THE INTERIM GOVERNMENT IN UKRAINE HAS THREATENED THE REGIONAL PARLIAMENT IN KRIM WITH SEVERE PENALTIES, IF THE REFERENDUM FAIL TO ATTAIN THE REQUIRED PERCENTAGE VOTES THAT WILL SEPARATE THE ISLAND OF KRIM FROM UKRAINE.

Krim's regional Parliament decision for independence which has been emphasized as the break-away of the Island of Krim from Ukraine in the USA and  West European countries media has remained disputable among the current, the Opposition and the former government's political parties, leaders and cabinet members, despite the regional Parliament request for referendum that may support, or dismiss its decision for the independence of Ukraine's small Island of Krim which has been described in the West as overwhelmingly Russia's supporters. Russia has expressed its support for the Parliament's decision for independence of Krim which has further strained the Western countries diplomatic effort that may be followed by the allocation of the approved billions of euros in financial packages for Ukraine. However, the former President Viktor Janukowitsch  has emphasized his position as the President and the Highest Commander of Ukraine Army Forces, Inspite of his current media status as the former Ukraine's President exiled in Russia. Ukraine's Interim government has threatened the regional Parliament in Krim with severe penalties, if the referendum fail to attain the required percentage votes that will separate the Island of Krim from Ukraine.

NUCLEAR WASTE STORAGE PROBLEMS REMAINS MAJOR POLITICAL ISSUE IN MANY COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD.

NUCLEAR WASTE STORAGE PROBLEMS REMAINS MAJOR POLITICAL ISSUE IN MANY COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD.

Nuclear waste storage problems remains major political issue in many States of Germany and other parts of the World in which the main source for  generation of electric power has not changed from the atomic energy to the environment friendly renewable energy sources that entailed the Solar, Wind and Geothermal energy sources, despite the government's change of energy policy with the shift to the renewable energy sources. Financial benefits with the required electric power generation capacity, or efficiency to meet the rising demand for electric power consumption in many countries of the World, particularly in the developed countries of USA, Europe, Asia and other Continents seem to overweigh the environmental concern for safety, pollution free environment and depletion of Earth's valuable resources. In Germany and particularly in the States of Niedersachsen, Schleswig Holstein, Baden Wuttenberg and Bayern Munchen nuclear waste storage facilities have continued to receive nuclear waste materials from domestic and foreign nuclear Reactors for storage in the domestic nuclear waste storage facilities, despite citizens repeated protest. However, scientists, politicians and businesses have recommended temporary expansion of the perimeters of nuclear waste storage facilities for safety purpose in Germany and other parts of the World.

RISING TENSION FOR THE OUTBREAK OF A MAJOR WAR IN EUROPE HAS BEEN FINALLY EASED, DESPITE THE CONCERN ABOUT THE REPEATED FAILED ATTEMPTS OF WESTERN ORGANIZATIONS TO EASE THE TENSION.

Rising tension for the outbreak of a major war in Europe has finally been eased at the fronts as both armies from the Russian and Ukraine sides have reached the targets at a closer range, or distance on both the ground and at sea, but never fired a shot as it has been exaggerated in the media as a stone a way throw distance, but has never attacked the advancing army, despite the concern about the repeated failed attempts of the Organizations, specially of the Organization for Security Co-operation in Europe and the UN office based in Geneva attempts to cross the border lines that have been claimed to be under the Russian Army occupation, particularly in Simferopol and other parts in the Island of Krim. Russian counterparts rejected the claim of Russian Military occupation in Western Europe, but accepted the presence and action of Russian domestic military based in the Island of Krim and other parts of Eastern Europe, before, during and perhaps after the Ukraine political and power struggle crisis that has developed to revolution and gun battles in Kiev and the Island of Krim.

THE EUROPEAN UNION HAS DENOUNCED THE USE OF MILITARY FORCE AS THE ALTERNATIVE MEANS TO THE RESOLUTION OF THE CRISIS IN UKRAINE AND WARNED RUSSIA OF SANCTION WITH IMMEDIATE FREEZING OF ASSETS.

Ukraine crisis remains top media highlight in the USA, European Union and World media, due to the less expected outbreak of war in the Black Sea between Russia and Ukraine , inspite of the advancement of both the Russian and Ukraine forces in the Black Sea and toward the outbreak of the unwanted war. Military Analyst have compared the Russian Army overwhelming military power to the Ukraine Forces national patriotism for the defense of their nation should the war break-out in the Black Sea.
The unbalanced military strength of Russia, when compared to that of Ukraine Military has been estimated at the ratio of ten to one (10:1) respectively in all the various branches of the Army Forces.  The European Union has instead denounced the use of militay force  as the alternative means to the resolution of the crisis in Ukraine and warned Russia of sanction with immediate freezing of assets which may include freezing huge sums of money transfer and investments within the Eurozone. However, military co-operation, deplomatic ties and various cross border transportation systems have been frozen as a result of the crisis.

RUSSIA CLEAR INTENTION AGAINST POSSIBLE OUTBREAK OF WAR IN UKRAINE WITH THE EMPHASIS ON THE HALT OF RUSSIAN TROOPS REDEPLOYMENT IN THE RUSSIAN UKRAINE BORDER.

RUSSIA CLEAR INTENTION AGAINST POSSIBLE OUTBREAK OF WAR IN UKRAINE WITH THE EMPHASIS ON THE HALT OF RUSSIAN TROOPS REDEPLOYMENT IN THE RUSSIAN UKRAINE BORDER.

President Putin pointed clearly in the latest televised press conference Russia's intention against possible outbreak of war in Ukraine between the Russian Army and the Ukraine Forces with possible Western countries involvement. Besides, the emphasis on the halt of further redeployment of the Russian Army in the Russian Ukraine border, if Russian citizens lives have not been endangered in anyway during the current insecurity and power struggle crisis in the capital Kiev, the Island of Krim and Donetsk. However, the World Leaders and various countries reaction to the crisis in Ukraine varied considerably, particularly with regard to the relationship to Russia as the youngest Democracy with economic market and capitalistic oriented economy for the required financial freedom and steady economic growth. The USA and European Union have announced their intention to end military co-operation and relationship with Russia, while many regions in Ukraine and other parts of Eastern Europe have demonstrated their support for President Putin  and Russia Federation.

RUSSIAN MILITARY REDEPLOYMENT IN CONTINUED MARCH IN THE FORMERLY OCCUPIED REGIONS OF UKRAINE HAS CAUSED EUROPEAN UNION EXTRA-ORDINARY MEETING THAT HAS CALLED FOR SANCTION AGAINST RUSSIA, INSTEAD OF MILITARY STRIKE EVENTHOUGH FEW EU NATIONS HAVE MOBILIZED TROOPS DEPLOYMENT TO UKRAINE.

RUSSIAN MILITARY REDEPLOYMENT IN CONTINUED MARCH IN THE FORMERLY OCCUPIED REGIONS OF UKRAINE HAS CAUSED EUROPEAN UNION EXTRA-ORDINARY MEETING THAT HAS CALLED FOR SANCTION, INSTEAD OF MILITARY STRIKE, EVENTHOUGH FEW EU NATIONS HAVE MOBILIZED TROOPS DEPLOYMENT TO UKRAINE.

Russian Military continued redeployment in continued march in the formerly occupied regions of Ukraine  which entailed the Island of Krim and Donetsk signaled further defiance of both the military and the government for compliance with the World Body regulations that governs military intervention  in armed conflicts regions, despite Russian government acknowledged high position and authority in the Security Council Member Nations that had given Russia repeatedly the authority to prevent Western countries and the USA intention for the implementation of the alternative Resolution  that will authorize the use of military force against Syria. However, the European Union extra-ordinary meeting on Ukraine held early Morning today in the European Union Parliament in Brussel warned Russia against EU decision for economic sanction against Russia, instead of military strike, eventhough few European Union nations have mobilized Troops deployment to Ukraine for possible prevention of Ukraine occupation by Russian Military.

RUSSIAN PARLIAMENT HAS STRENGTHENED KREMLIN DOCTRINE FOR MILITARY INTERVENTION IN FOREIGN CONFLICTS WITH UNANIMOUS VOTES IN THE LATEST PARLIAMENTARY SESSION.

RUSSIAN PARLIAMENT HAS STRENGTHENED KREMLIN DOCTRINE FOR MILITARY INTERVENTION IN FOREIGN CONFLICTS WITH UNANIMOUS VOTES IN THE LATEST PARLIAMENTARY SESSION.

The Russian Parliament the Duma has strengthened Kremlin Doctrine of the year 2008 and 2010 that supported Russian Military intervention in foreign conflicts with unanimous votes in the Parliament's latest Parliamentary session that will enact the legislation for the enforcement of Russian Military redeployment in specified locations in the Island of Krim and in Ukraine's capital city Kiev, despite the USA and European Union countries repeated warnings against Russian Military unauthorized intervention in the Island of Krim and Ukraine's capital city. Russian President Putin inaction in the last twenty four hours since the Parliament's unanimous support for Troops deployment to Ukraine has continued to spread fear in both the East and West European countries for possible outbreak of military conflict in the Black Sea. Other European Union countries such as France and Germany have denounced the Russian Military action of continuous flexing of its military muscles as possible solution to both the domestic and foreign conflicts.
