     Casualty rates in property damage and human lives that may have been lost during the holiday season and the year's end have dramatically sank in all the States of USA, despite severe Winter Season weather in the Northern States of USA, when compared to the previous years. The drastic fall in casualty rates during the Season, particularly in festivals, on roads and in homes have been attributed to the mild hurricane season, the legislative approach in gun control and continuous surveillance by the law enforcement personnel against drunk driving, or driving while impaired on the Interstate Highways and on many roads in the various States of USA.         The United States of America and Germany have intervened for the first time with evacuation measures  of both foreign professionals and domestic citizens from South Sudan, particularly from the Upper Nile region to the neighboring country of Uganda as the insecurity and humanitarian condition continues to deteriorate, due to many reasons which entailed intensified gun battle between varius Rebel Factions and against the current independent government of South Sudan. President Silva Kiir attempts for negotiation with the various Rebel Forces have repeatedly failed, despite foreign governments intervention by peacefull means and evacuation measures.        Government and the Opposition have finally agreed to repeatedly covene and settle the disputed government's European Union policy for membership to the European Union countries after over one week of citizens continued protest and demonstration in Ukrain's capital city Kiev.        The United Nations Air Bridge Live Line to Syria and particularly for the North Eastern region of Syria in which tens of thousand of Syrian refugees have been stranded and left without basic necessities such as  shelters, food, water and medicines has once again been postponed for the next fourty eight hours, inspite of worsening humanitarian condition in the mentioned region, due to severe weather condition that included snow, or ice accumulation  in the mentioned region and continued combat between the government forces and the Rebel Forces in the North Eastern region of Syria. However, reason for the delay of basic necessities transport to Syria by air has not been revealed, instead other media sources have speculated on tecnical problems, rather than severe weather condition in snow, or ice accumulation and continued gun battle in the North Eastern region of Syria. No comment has so far been made by either the government, or the Rebel Forces with regard to the postponed UN Air Bridge Live Line to Syria for faster alleviation of the worsening humanitarian condition in the North Eastern region of Syria.

       Reports have claimed less safety on USA roads for both motorists and Pedestrians, despite the much that had been done and is still being done to prevent frequent motor vehicles crashes and ensure Pedestrians safety on the sidewalk in all the States of USA. However, the much that had been done on many of the roads with regard to frequent reconstruction and public safety regulations improvement may not have exceeded the standards required to ensure safety for both the motorists and Pedestrians on road as a result attributes and higher rate crashes figures have remained constant, when compared to declining motor vehicles crashes rates in many developed countries around the World. Infact few of the reports have indicated that narrower lanes on the newly reconstructed multiple lanes roads may have attributed to the frequent crashes on many of the mentioned roads. SOUTH AFRICA AND THE WORLD MOURNED THE DEATH OF FORMER PRESIDENT WITH SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON THE BANNER THAT SAID, " WE LOVE YOU MADEBA".

        South Africa and the World mourned the death of former President Nelson Mandela with special emphasis on the banner with the expression that said, " We Love You Madeba" as many leaders around the World either conveyed their condolences, or traveled to South Africa to attend the burial and funeral of Madeba in his home town of Johannesburg, instead of Pretoria. The banner has made many people around the World to repeatedly shed tears as it reflected the unique legacy of constant struggle and resistance by peacefull means against the evil of oppression, corruption and racism in the past and current struggle of all South Africans with less regard to racial, or ethnical background difference against racism, oppression and corruption  which too may remain as a source of inspiration for many generations in South Africa and in many parts around the World with regard to the constant struggle and peacefull resistance for peace, freedom and prosperity, besides the constant struggle and resistance against the evil of oppression, corruption and racism in many regions, cities and towns of South Africa and other parts of the World.

       The World Trade Organization nineth annual meeting held in Bali has been regarded as less successfull, due to disagreement on the required unified approach for solutions of the difficult problems of which the main has been global food security for the combat of hunger, or starvation in both the developed and the developing countries in our World today. The increasing rate of hunger related problems has not been an exception in the developed countries of USA, the European Union countries, Canada, Australia, Russia, the Asian countries such as China and Japan, the Middle Eastern, the Arab World and African countries. Infact one in every six people in the wealthiest developed countries have been frequently made hungry, or endured hunger related problems which may be experienced in places in which food could be found. Few of the facts mentioned that became controversial themes entailed employment provision, jobs creation, sustained production of both agriculture and industrial products, the encouragement of free trade agreement zones and over population control, specially in the developing countries.

        Civil disobedience in continued demonstration in the last thirteen days in Ukrian's capital city Kiev has alarmed both the Russian and European Union governments as the government in Kiev with the Opposition have stumbled over decision making process for the country's inclusion, or membership offer to the European Union that has continued to tear the country apart in protest and civilian demonstration in the capital city Kiev, inspite of the government's repeated failure to contain the demonstrators and restore order in the capital by the enforcement of law enforcement personnel, or the police forces, particularly after the government of President Viktor Janukowitsch survived the vote of no confidence in the Parliament that obtained a hundred and eighty six votes only than the required two hundred and twenty six votes needed to dissolve the government.
