THE USA SUFFERED WIDE RANGE CRITICISM AGAINST THE ENACTED LEGISLATION THAT GUARANTEES LEGISLATIVE EQUALITY FOR GAY MARRIAGE COUPLES AND CHILD ADOPTION RIGHTS.

The United States of America has followed Germany and France earlier in the week and enacted the legislation that guarantees legislative equality for gay marriage couples, lesbian couples rights and homosexuality couples rights with child adoption rights, despite wide range criticism from various groups around the World against the enacted legislation and its enforcement in the domestic Communities and foreign Societies with varied social, religious and financial backgrounds. Some of the groups that have expressed their disaproval to gay marriage and child adoption rights entailed the Conservative Christain Communities in Europe and the USA, the Theocrats, the Russian Parliament and the Scientists, or Researchers that have been researching demographic and infrastructures changes in the evolving mordern Societies and Communities around the World, particularly in the USA, Europe, Russia, Australia, Canada, Asia, the Arab World and North Africa.

GREAT BRITAIN OPINION ON FINANCIAL, BUDGET ALLOCATION AND CONTRIBUTION TO THE EUROPEAN UNION GOVERNMENT REMAINED DISPUTABLE AND WITH NO ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION TO THE BUDGET ALLOCATION AND CONTRIBUTION DIFFICULTIES.

A unified agreement has been reached in the final session of the meeting held early mrning today in the European Union Patrliament in Brussel between the European Union leaders and the European Union members of Parliament on three main financial, or economical, political and social issues that had previously remained controversial, particularly on the budget allocation in the sum of one billion euros for the European Union government for the years between two thousand and fourteen and two thousand and twenty (2014-2020). The acceptance of Serbia to Eurozone membership and the allocation of six billion euros for the resolution of rising unemployment rate and its problems among  the Eurozone youth, specially those from Southern Europe Eurozone member countries.
However, Great Britain opinion on financial, budget allocation and contribution to the European Union government remained disputable and with no alternative solution to the budget allocation and contribution difficulties, despite the British Prime Minister David Cameron participation in the debate's final session during the meeting held in the European Union Parliament in Brussel.

EURO HAWK PROJECT AND CITIZENS PROTEST AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT'S EXTRAVAGANCY ON TAX PAYERS MONEY FOR FAILING DEFENSE PROJECTS.

EURO HAWK PROJECT AND CITIZENS PROTEST AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT'S EXTRAVAGANCY ON TAX PAYERS MONEY FOR FAILING DEFENSE PROJECTS.

Euro Hawk Committee for investigation adjourned its final investigation results that has been expected to determine  government's decision against claims of funds mismanagement untill the Month of September in the year 2013, besides the failure of Euro Hawk Defense Project and the Opposition Political Parties demand for the Defense Minister resignition from office, despite De-Mezierre refusal to step down from office on claims of funds mismanagement of which he had been less informed. These mentioned issues may further delay both the Parliament's and the government's final decision on the important unmanned vehicle, or Drones Defense Project which too may require the Parliament's decision for the support of the govenment's current defense policy, or its amendment in addition to citizens protest against the government's extravagancy on tax payers money for failing defense projects, inspite of the government's current policy for Troops and the defense budget reduction.

THE SYRIAN GOVERNMENT HAS REJECTED PARTICIPATION IN THE GENEVA TWO CONVENTION, DUE TO REBEL FORCES INSISTANCE ON THE RELINQUISH OF POWER.

The Syrian government has rejected participation in Geneva One and Geneva Two Conventions held early morning today in Switzerland capital Geneva on grounds of the Rebel Forces insistance on the government to relinquish power to the civilians that have deserted parts of the city and many major towns in Syria, besides the Rebels preparation for offensive for the recapture of the major towns such as Idlip, Qusayr and Aleppo from the government forces, while the Rebel Forces delegates have been represented in the discussion for peace in Syria during the Geneva Two Convention. However, all these peace effort in Conventions and humanitarian measures in Syria, inspite of the violations have given the Syrian Rebel Forces and the Rebel government the advantage in Western governments support that entailed the USA, France and few European Union governments with the weapons delivery from these mentioned countries to the Rebel Forces in Syria. Details of the advance and powerful weapons so far delivered to the Rebel Forces in Syria has remained undisclosed.

THE ECONOMIC FORUM HELD IN ST. PETERSBURG DISCUSSED WIDERANGE IMPORTANT ISSUES THAT ENTAILED RUSSIA'S SIGNIFICANCE AS GERMANY'S AND THE EUROPEAN UNION INVESTMENT, BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC PARTNER.

Kanzler Angela Merkel and Prime Minister Putin joined televised interview held in St. Petersburg early morning today during the economic forum convention  discussed widerange issues that entailed Russia's significance to both Germany and the European Union countries as one of the major investment, business and economic partners, besides the Kanzler's emphasis on the demand for Russia to give back Germany's stolen, or lotted arts in painting and antique furnitures in the second World War during her visit to the Art Exhibition being held this week in St. Petersburg Russia. However, President Putin seemed to have hesitated for the required clear answer in regard to the return of Germany's stolen properties which may not be proven, or difficult to prove as Germany's properties, eventhough it has ever remained easy work for the art experts to distinquish between ancient art work and antique furnitures of various European countries.

THE UNITED NATIONS AND THE WORLD CELEBRATES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THE ANNUAL RECALL TO MEMORY OF REFUGEES DAY.

The United Nations and the World celebrates refugees day recall to memory on Thursday, June 20th in the year 2013 with the acknowledgement of the year  in which refugees have been mostly internally displaced than externally, particularly by the current wars in Syria, Afghanistan, South Sudan and Mali. The estimated number of refugees currently displaced by either the internal domestic conflicts, or foreign and external conflicts has exceeded the total sum of over forty million refugees World wide. Few of the many that have taken refuge in the far away foreign countries of Europe. the USA, Canada, Australia, the Middle East, Asia and Africa, or even as far as Russia and the Eastern European countries have been privileged to humanitarian assistance by either the United Nations, or other Humanitarian Organizations and foreign governments. However, the greater number of refugees have continued to endure poverty, illiteracy, restriction and constant hardship in the domestic, or foreign countries.

THE WORLD'S TWO MAJOR POWERS HAVE ONCE AGAIN FAILED TO REACH A COMPROMISE FOR A JOINED ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTION OF THE CONFLICT IN SYRIA BY MEANS OF MILITARY FORCE.

The World's two major powers that comprised of the USA and Russia have once again failed to reach a compromise on the resolution of the current conflict in Syria by a joined alternative resolution of the conflict by means of military force against the government forces after the Rebel Forces claimed use of chemical weapons and foreign fighters in the offensive for the capture of the towns of Qusayr and Aleppo, besides the Rebel Forces repeated failed attempts to recapture the mentioned two towns from Assad government forces. However, the USA government declared in the White House its support for the Rebel Forces, due to the government forces use of chemical weapons in the offensive against the Rebel Forces, while Russia has opposed the USA support of the Rebel Forces, due to insufficient evidence of the government forces use of chemical weapons in the recent offensive in Qusayr and Aleppo.

THE HIGHEST COURT ADJOURNED ITS FINAL SESSION FOR THE VERDICT THAT MAY DETERMINE UNLIMITED EUROBONDS SALE OF THE MEMBER NATIONS.

THE UNMANNED VEHICLE DEFENSE PROJECT REMAINS CONTROVERSIAL DEFENSE POLICY AND MAJOR POLITICAL ISSUE OF THE DEVELOPED AND SOME DEVELOPING COUNTRIES.

Drones projects also known as the unmanned vehicle defense projects remains controversial defense policy and major political issue of the developed countries major nations , particularly in Germany in which repeated Parliamentary debates and committees adjourned  sessions  have been required to determine the conclusion of the significant defense project  that may lead to its success, or final termination after a period of time of over a decade has elapsed in the defense Ministry struggle to make it a success in Germany. However, both the Opposition Political Parties and the citizens criticism of the defense project as expensive, more deadly in regard to the current coventional warfare strategies and the Opposition Parties demand of the defense Minister resignition from office have required further investigation and perhaps Parliamentary debates on the unmanned vehicle defense projects that have remained major political issue and controversial defense policy of many developed countries, some developing countries and not just Germany. THE INTERIOR MINISTERS DEMAND FOR BORDER CONTROL REFORM IN THE EUROZONE WITH TOUGHER MEASURES MAY FURTHER STRAIN THE EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES IMMIGRANTS AND REFUGEES INTEGRATION EFFORT.

Interior Ministers demand for border control reform in the Eurozone at the European Union Parliament level with tougher measures against violators of illegale border crossing that entailed long term imprisonment, or deportation for illegale immigrants and refugees from the developing countries, particularly those that have been labeled economic refugees from Romania and Albania on Germany's Interior Ministers initiation may hurt Germany's recent ever increasing role in the World responsibility in regard to the allocation of relief funds and relief aid to the stranded refugees in Germany and in many parts around the World. Further limitation of  freedom of movement of legale immigrants and refugees within the domestic Eurozone member countries with the current strict allocation of allowance for the refugees would strain the requirement for literacy, specially for the proficiency in the domestic Eurozone languages and further education, besides the European Union countries current effort in the integration of immigrants and refugees in to their various Communities and Societies.

EXTENDED CITIZENS PROTEST BECAME MAJOR CONTROVERSIAL POLITICAL ISSUE OF BOTH THE OPPOSITION POLITICAL PARTIES AND THE GOVERNMENT CABINET, DESPITE THE GOVERNMENT MEASURES TO RESTORE ORDER IN THE INNER CITIES AND TOWNS.

The extended citizens protest over the building project on one of the city major parks has intensified in the capital Ankara, Stanbul and other towns in the neighborhood, despite the government's measures to restore order in the inner cities by police forces deployment, extensive use of water canon, or tear gas and massive arrest of demonstrators by the police to disperse the protestors and discourage the protest by demonstration that became major controversial political issue of both the Opposition political parties and the government cabinet in the last seven days since the citizens protest began. The Turkish Parliament has been expected to convene over the next week to discuss the controversial political issue that became violent, despite its significance and Prime Minister Erdogan insistance to continue with the project, inspite of the unrest in Turkish inner cities and major towns. The number of those that may have died during the protest have not been mentioned, except the minor to severe injuries that ranged in hundreds of citizens.

THE UNITED NATIONS LATEST REPORT ON USE OF CHEMICAL WEAPONS SPECIFIED IN SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTION FOR THE USE OF MILITARY FORCE AGAINST SYRIA.

THE UNITED NATIONS LATEST REPORT ON USE OF CHEMICAL WEAPONS SPECIFIED INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTION FOR THE USE OF MILITARY FORCE AGAINST SYRIA.

United Nations Investigators latest report on use of chemical weapons by either the government forces, or the Rebel forces specified in sufficient evidence for the implementation of the alternative Resolution for the use of military force to end the over two years civil war in Syria, despite the traces of the chemicals that have been found on the bodies of the victims that have either been killed, or injured in the cross-fire battles between the government and the Rebel forces in Aleppo and Qusayr. This has further postponed the USA and the Russian government plan of invasion as the possible and immediate resolution of the current conflict in Syria that has killed over a hundred thousand Syrian citizens and displaced millions others within Syria and to the neighboring, or farther away countries in the Arab World, North Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Australia, Canada and the USA.

FOREIGN INTERVENTION IN IRAN'S DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN POLICIES FOR COMPLIANCE TO RELINQUISH IRAN'S NUCLEAR AMBITION POLICY REMAINS A FAR DISTAND OBJECTIVE FOR ACCOMPLISHMENT.

FOREIGN INTERVENTION IN IRAN'S DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN POLICIES FOR COMPLIANCE TO RELINQUISH IRAN'S NUCLEAR AMBITION POLICY REMAINS A FAR DISTAND OBJECTIVE FOR ACCOMPLISHMENT.

Foreign intervention on Iran's election scheduled for next month by renewed sanction on oil export, automotive industry, general exports and currency devaluation, besides Israelites threat of strikes on Iranian's major nuclear sites installation has caused mounting political pressure on Iran's domestic and foreign policies that has further minimized President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad chance for re-election in office and for the third time along with the nomination of more liberal and Democratic Presidential candidates for the election. The major countries objectives of economic, financial and political pressure by renewed sanction against the Iranian government that may eventually lead to political turmoil, due to financial and economic difficulties in Iran seemed to have been attained, despite the government's refusal to admit the current mounting financial and economic difficulties, due to the sanction. However, the major nations final demand for Iran's compliance with the World's body regulations and relinquish its nuclear ambition policy remains a far distand objective for accomplishment since all the nominated Conservative and Theocratic Presidential candidtaes have emphasized their commitment to the Iranian atomic energy policy for the generation of electric power.

CITIZENS IN RUSSIA HAVE CONTINUED TO LIGHT ON CIGARETTES AND PUFF-OFF SMOKE IN PUBLIC PLACES, DESPITE THE ENACTED LEGISLATION FOR THE BAN OF CIGARETTE SMOKING IN PUBLIC PLACES.

Citzens in Russia, particularly those from the major cities and towns have continued to light on cigarettes and puff-off smoke in public places, despite the government's enacted legislation for the ban of cigarette smoking in public places. The Russian government and the World's Health Organization effort intended for the discouragement of smoking and for the prevention of health problems, or diseases that may be caused, due to cigarette smoking may end-up in a failure in one of the World's most popular cigarette smokers nations in which over half of the population have regarded cigarette smoking as an integrated aspect of their daily life. Arather different effort, or approach has been required for the ban of cigarette smoking in Russia by educating the public about the health hazards that may be caused by smoking cigarettes, instead of the enacted legislation and its enforcement for the ban of cigarettes smoking in public places. Alternative measures in higher sale tax on various types of cigarettes will not lead to the success being sought for the ban of cigarette smoking in Russia as it has happened in many countries in the World.
