UNCONFIRMED REPORTS OF THE SHOT DOWN OF TWO USA FIGHTER JETS OVER THE NORTH KOREAN PENINSULA HAS FURTHER INTENSIFIED THE RISING SECURITY TENSION BETWEEN PYONGYANG AND THE USA WITH SOUTH KOREA.

UNCONFIRMED REPORTS OF THE SHOT DOWN OF TWO USA FIGHTER JETS OVER THE NORTH KOREAN PENINSULA HAS FURTHER INTENSIFIED THE RISING SECURITY TENSION BETWEEN PYONGYANG AND THE USA WITH SOUTH KOREA.

Unconfirmed reports of the shot down of two USA fighter jets over the North Korean Peninsula near China Sea has further escalated the rising security tension between Pyongyang and the USA with South Korea that may renew the military skirmishes between North and South Korea on both sea and the demilitarized buffer zone. The shot down of the two USA military aircraft have been believed to have been shot down by the North Korean Air Defense Forces after repeated violation of North Korean airspace during a joined military exercise on the Korean Peninsula and China Sea. However, the United Nations last Resolution against North Korea threats of use of long range missiles that are capable to destroy targets as far as Hawai and the USA coasts has remained in effect at the intensified sanction, inspite of North Korea, Syria and Iran rejection of the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty for the regulation and control of weapons trade, or sale in the World.

THE UNITED NATIONS VOTED UNANIMOUSLY FOR THE ULTIMATUM THAT WILL DISBAND REBEL MOVEMENTS IN CONGO AND CENTRAL AFRICA REPUBLIC.

The United Nations voted unanimously early morning today for the ultimatum that will will disband rebel movements in two African countries of Congo and Central Africa Republic respectively. This would involve the United Nations Peace Keeping Forces for the first time in history in active combat mission and in the occupation of a sovereign independent nation, if both the two rebel forces fail to comply with the United Nations demands which surprisingly have been the apparent halt of rebel forces involvement in massive rape and abuses of innocent civilian citizens in both Congo and Central Africa Republic, besides the demand for President Michel Djobodia to relinquish power after successful rebel forces occupation of the Central Africa capital city  Banque by external military force that emerged from the forest, rather than from within the military of Central Africa Republic.

INVESTORS EXPRESSED DOUBT ABOUT CYPRUS NEW BANK REGULATIONS THAT MAY HELP CYPRUS OVERCOME ITS CURRENT FINANCIAL CRISIS AND MAINTAIN CYRUS FAVORABLE INVESTMENT POLICY.

Banks in Cyprus have reopened early morning today and resumed normal bank system function with strict limitation on domestic and foreign transactions that set limits on domestic ATM withdrawals and foreign money transfer at the amounts of a hundred euros and five thousand euros respectively as required by Cyprus bank new regulations for the control of money flow within and out of the country. Many citizens in the capital Nakosia and in the nearby towns have line-up since early morning today to make withdrawals, or money transfer, despite the limitations imposed on them for money withdrawals, or money transfer from their accounts that exceeded the specified amounts. Some sources have expressed doubt about Cyprus new bank regulations that may help Cyprus overcome its current financial crisis and maintain Cyprus favorable investment policy.

THE ARAB LEAGUE SUMMIT FOCUSED MAINLY ON THE WORSENING CONDITION IN SYRIA WITH THE VACANT SEATS FOR GOVERNMENTS AND THE OPPOSITION WITHIN THE ARAB ZONE MEMBER COUNTRIES.

The Arab League Summit held in Doha the capital city of Qatar focused its scheduled sessions that begun yesterday on the worsening security condition in Syria with the vacant seats in the Arab League Summit for governments and the Opposition within the Arab zone member countries after the United Nations announcement of the pull out of its aid workers with the professionals peace keeping forces from insecure regions in Syria, while the Opposition goverment representatives in Syria have taken over their seats in the Arab World countries Summit, but Southern Sudan seat in the Arab League Summit remained vacant. This may further strain the debates on the theme whether Southern Sudan should remain an Arab World country after the independence and take part in the Arab World Summits and problems, or should dropout of the membership of the Arab World countries and join other Organizations such as the Organization of the African Unity.

CYPRUS FIRST PRESIDENTIAL ANNOUNCEMENT DURING THE FINANCIAL CRISIS EMPHASIZED REGRET FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE PAINFULL EUROPEAN UNION FINANCE MEASURES.

CYPRUS FIRST PRESIDENTIAL ANNOUNCEMENT DURING THE FINANCIAL CRISIS EMPHASIZED REGRET FOR COMPLIANCE WITH THE PAINFULL EUROPEAN UNION FINANCE MEASURES.

Cyprus first Presidential announcement during the financial crisis emphasized President Nicos Anastasiades regret for compliance with the painfull European Union finance measures that have been expected to ease, or remove Cyprus from the current financial crisis in the bank sector, despite the the Parliament's and the citizens rejection of the European Union finance measures. Banks may remain closed untill Thursday and banks transactions in domestic and foreign ATM deposits, or withdrawals will remain frozen for the extended period of time. Some sources have speculated on the extended closer of the banks in Cyprus as the means that will prevent abrupt, or rather drastic closer of foreign bank accounts and Investment businesses in Cyprus, before the flow of the allocated European Union cash money in to Cyprus bank sector. However, some countries, foreign investment businesses and personal accounts with higher stakes Investments in Cyprus bank sector, or millions to billions of dollars accounts in Cyprus banks have demanded the restructure of the thirty percent (30%) bank fees on saving accounts that exceeded the sum of a hundred thousand euros.

THE GOVERNMENT AND THE PARLIAMENT LACK OF COMPROMISE ON THE EUROPEAN UNION MEASURES OVER THE CONTROVERSIAL FINANCE CRISIS IN CYPRUS BANK SECTOR.

THE GOVERNMENT AND THE PARLIAMENT LACK OF COMPROMISE ON THE EUROPEAN UNION MEASURES OVER THE CONTROVERSIAL FINANCE CRISIS IN CYPRUS BANK SECTOR.

Citizens in Cyprus have remained confused as the European Union finance measures have begun to take effect with the government acceptance, despite the Parliament repeated rejection of the measures that may change the majority government members of Parliament to Opposition members of Parliament, due to the controversial finance crisis in Cyprus bank sector. However, the European Union government emphasized the requirement to impose the measures it believed would solve the finance crisis in the Eurozone country that automatically became a European Union member country after Greece acceptance to the Union. The allocated sum of ten billion euros in bailout for Cyprus after compliance with the European Union measures that have qualified Cyprus for future European Union Rescue Packages will exempt savings in bank accounts that are less than the specified amount of a hundred thousand euros, but will increase deduction on the saving accounts that are worth the sum of a hundred thousand euros, or over by thirty percent (30%). Russia has on the other hand complained bitterly against the European Union measures as theft and measures that will spoil Europe's favorite investment country.

THE GERMAN PARLIAMENT HAS REQUIRED THE RESTRUCTURE OF THE BANK SECTOR AND FINANCE SYSTEM IN CYPRUS IN ITS FIRST DEBATE ON CYPRUS FINANCE CRISIS.

GERMAN PARLIAMENT HAS REQUIRED THE RESTRUCTURE OF THE BANK SECTOR AND THE FINANCE SYSTEM IN CYPRUS IN ITS FIRST DEBATE ON CYRUS FINANCE CRISIS.

The German Parliament also known as the Bundestag has begun its extended debates for the solution of the finance crisis being sought in Cyprus and elsewhere after the Russian President Medvetvef postponed Russia's effort toward the solution of the finance crisis in Cyprus. However, the finance advisors in the German Parliament have required the restructure of the bank sector and the finance system in Cyprus, besides the limit set in the allocated European Union Finance Rescue Packages worth the sum of six billion euros, instead of the previously suggested sums of ten to thirty billion euros for Cyprus. Reasons for the European Union Finance Rescue Package allocation to a none member has been attributed to the location of Cyprus within the Eurozone with its financial, markets performance and economic growth effect on the neighboring European Union member nations such as Greece, Italy, France and Germany.

WIDE-SPREAD MILITANT PROTEST AGAINST THE RECALL TO MEMORY OF THE TENTH ANNIVERSARY OF USA OCCUPATION AND THE USA ARMY PRESENCE IN IRAQ.

WIDE-SPREAD MILITANT PROTEST AGAINST THE RECALL TO MEMORY OF THE TENTH ANNIVERSARY OF USA OCCUPATION AND THE USA ARMY PRESENCE IN IRAQ.

The recall to memory of the tenth anniversary of Iraq's occupation meant much blood spill through out the week in the capital Baghdad. Over fifty innocent civilians which included women and children that had gathered to celebrate the tenth anniversary of USA occupation have been killed in a series of bomb blast whose plotters have not been identified. Some sources have claimed terrorists attacks, while others have claimed the wide spread militant protest against the USA Army presence in Iraq. However, the general atmosphere and the worsening security condition has been disheartening, particularly on the reflection of USA wars for the freedom of other countries with the occupation during the USA Army presence and after the redeployment of the forces in Iraq that has been rescheduled for the Month of May in the year 2013. Mis-interprettation of USA occupation as defeat of the people of Iraq has deprived the country from the developement, the economic miracle and the unity of the people of one country that have occurred in the countries that had been occupied by the USA.

UNSUBSTANTIATED CLAIMS OF CYBER ATTACKS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PROVEN HAVE GAINED THE WORLD ATTENTION IN EXTENSIVE MEDIA COVERAGES.

Further investigation has been requested on the unsubstantiated claims that have not been proven about North Korea hakers internet attacks on South Korea computer, power, communication systems and nuclear facility that have caused extended power outage, communication failure and property damage worth hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars on South Korea shortly after the announcement of North Korea none aggression pact with intensified surveillance of the de-militarized buffer zone between North and South Korea. However, some sources have indicated that the same unidentified internet hakers groups, or the organized underground cyber defense groups that had attempted to destroy the Iranian Nuclear Facilities by repeated internet, or cyber attacks and have launched frequent cyber attacks against various systems that included Fukushima nuclear facility in Japan, the power and communication systems in the USA, Russia, the European Union, China, Canada, Australia and India may have begun in the series of frequent annual to biennial cyber defense attacks that began with South Korea.

THE PARLIAMENT IN CYPRUS HAS REJECTED FOR THE SECOND TIME THE GOVERNMENT'S REQUEST TO COMPLY WITH THE EUROPEAN UNION DEMANDS FOR BANK FEES INCREASE IN ORDER FOR CYPRUS TO QUALIFY FOR THE EUROPEAN UNION FINANCE RESCUE PACKAGES.

The Parliament in Cyprus has once again and for the second time rejected the government's request to comply with the European Union demands for bank fees increase in order for Cyprus to qualify for the European Union Finance Rescue Packages. This has obliged the government to change direction towards Russia for the solution of the finance crisis being sought, particularly in the bank sector in Cyprus of which Russia Federation may find it difficult to resolve, due to the current hard currency crisis being faced by the bank sector and the government in Russia. However, the European Union government with various groups within the Eurozone that includes the Private Sectors and Private Believers have remained committed to the resolution of the finance crisis being sought, if both the government with the Parliament accept their offer for the finance assistance being sought, particularly in the bank sector in Cyprus.

THE GOVERNMENT HAS DEMANDED FURTHER PALIAMENTARY DEBATES AFTER THE PARLIAMENT IN CYPRUS REJECTED THE GOVERNMENT PROPOSAL TO MEET THE EUROPEAN UNION DEMAND AND INTRODUCE NEW BANK FEES.

European Union demand of Cyprus participation in the thirty billion euros (E30billion) bailout at a ten billion (E10billion) installment payouts by the introduction of new bank fees that may qualify a none Eurpean Union member country for the European Union Finance Rescue Packages has caused further domestic and foreign protest against the European Union Finance Rescue Measures that may restore the collapsing bank system in Cyprus, but at the same time spoil the World's favorite investment country that has remained neutral and a none Eurpean Union member country, despite repeated request of the Eurozone  countries for Cyprus membership to the European Union countries. However, the Cypress government has demanded further Parliamentary debates after the Parliament in Cyprus rejected the government proposal to meet the European Union demand and introduce new bank fees as the best solution to the country's current finance crisis, particularly in the bank sector.

THE UN SUMMIT ON ARMS TRADE TREATY MAY SPARK CONTROVERSIAL GLOBAL DEBATES ON THE SUBJECT THAT REMAINS DIFFICULT TO CONTROL.

THE ALL OUT BATTLE AGAINST THE SPREAD OF OBESITY IN VARIOUS COMMUNITIES AND SOCIETIES AROUND THE WORLD, PARTICULARLY IN THE USA MAY EVENTUALLY LEAD TO THE FINAL TUMBLE OF THE IMMENSE GIANT.

The outraging battle on all fronts against the spread of obesity in various Communities and Societies of many countries around the World, particularly in the USA has subsided, due to the difficulties and the stumble of those who staggered all along the way to shed off excessive built up,or huge immensity of their body weight that often leads to even more trouble for the eventual tumble of the giant. Attributes of the ballooning body parts of the obess hasn't really been made known. However, sedantry lifestyle, bad eating and drinking habits in addition to obsessive and rather luciferious adult entertainment frequent practice have been associated with the spread of obesity around the World. Governments and Private Sectors effort in the battle to reduce the spread of obesity, specially among children by the reduction of sugar and fat content in soft drinks beverages and in fast food, or snacks respectively has proven to be a failure in the all out battle against obesity.

THE WORLD FINALLY REJOICED THE CONCLAVE SUCCESSSFULL ELECTION OF THE NEW POPE.

The World finally rejoiced on the fifth successfull Conclave attempts for the selection of the Cardinals by election for the position of the new Pope after four repeated series of the Conclave's failed attempts to attain the required two thirds of the votes of the one hundred and fifteen Cardinals that have been made eligible to vote and elect the new Pope. This event has been indicated by the emission of a series of four times black smoke intervals from the Sistine Chapel chimney and finally a huge white smoke emission that accompanied Cardinal Louis announcement of Cardinal Jorge Mario Bergoglio from Argentina as the new elected Pope. Over one million Christians gathered since yesterday and early morning today at St. Peter Square in Vatican to witness the transition of Papacy and the papal authority to the seventy six year old Cardinal Bergoglio named Pope Francis of Latin America who has begun his duty on the highest position of the Churches with a humble morning prayer.

EXTENDED SESSIONS IN THE SECOND DEBATE HELD IN THE EUROPEAN UNION PARLIAMENT IN STRASSBURG OVER THE CONTROVERSIAL EUROPEAN UNION BUDGET AGREEMENT.

Extended sessions in the second debate held in the European Union Parliament in Strassburg over the European Union controversial budget agreement for the next seven years has remained unresolved, despite the presence of all the delegates from the twenty seven European Union member countries. Details of the reasons for the failure of the meetings and for the second time have not been specified, However, the compromise being sought on the annual fix budget contributions for the suggested nine hundred sixty billion euros (E960 billion) European Union budget that should begin in the year 2014 untill the year 2020 has remained difficult. Some members have suggested the allocation of a European Union Saving Package for the budget that should not exceed the sum of six hundred fifty billion euros (E650 billion), instead of the requirement for contributions among the twenty seven European Union member countries, particularly those that have been financially strained by the European Union Austerity Measures and the governments Saving Plan Packages.

THE HIGHEST COURT RULING AGAINST THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OVER-SPENDING FINANCE POLICY AS UNCONSTITUTIONAL MAY CHANGE THE RED GREEN RULING COALITION GOVERNMENT TO DIFFERENT COLORS.

Germany's Highest Court ruling against the North Rhein Westfalia State for over-spending finance policy as violation of the Constitution is likely to change the red green ruling political parties to different colors in the next election, if the Highest Court does not dissolve the current federal coalition ruling government in the State of North Rhein Westfalia for unconstitutional over-spending that exceeded the federal loans limit of four point five billion euros (E 4.5b) by nine hundred million euros on the first quarter of the year 2013. Nobody seemed to believe the central government finance investigators reports on the finance and over-spending scandal in the first quarter of the year in the State that had registered surplus, instead of deficit in the annual revenue and budget reports. However, the country's financial and economic growth remains stable with constant economic growth of zero point four percent (0.4%) and the lowest inflation rate in years, inspite of the over-spending scandal in the State of North Rhein Westfallen.

FUKUSHIMA NUCLEAR REACTORS DISASTER SECOND ANNIVERSARY HAS REKINDLED FEAR AND THE DEMAND FOR THE CHANGE IN THE GOVERNMENTS ENERGY POLICIES WITH THE SHIFT FROM ATOMIC ENERGY AS THE MAIN ENERGY SOURCE TO THE ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY ALTERNATIVE ENERGY SOURCES.

Extensive media coverages on the recall to memory of the second anniversary of Fukushima nuclear Reactors disaster that occurred on March the 11th in the year 2011, due to the Natural Catastrophes of Earthquake and Tsunami that killed nineteen thousand people and contaminated over fourty one thousand citizens of the North Eastern coast of Japan with harmful radioactive rays has rekindled fear around the World and the demand for the change of governments energy policies with the shift form a tomic energy as the main energy source for the generation of electricity to the less dangerous environment friendly renewable alternative energy sources such as the Wind, the Solar, the Hydro and the Geothermal energy sources, particularly in the countries that have been inclined to higher risk accidents in annual Natural Catastrophes incidents. However, higher cost for the shift to environment friendly renewable energy sources amidst rising demand for electricity usage in the industries, the households and offices has obliged governments to improve safety measures in and around nuclear Reactors Plants in countries that have been frequented by Natural Catastrophes, instead of the closer of the nuclear Reactors.

WOMEN SUBORDINATE POSITION AT WORK PLACES AND IN CERTAIN HOMES, DESPITE THEIR LEADING ROLE HAS BEEN REGARDED AS ATTRIBUTES OF THE NATURE OF BEING FEMALE, RATHER THAN MALE.

Despite women increasing leading role in the various fields of work, particularly in the developed countries, sex equality at work places and in certain homes between male and female remains a major traditional, religious and political issue in many countries of the World. In the developed countries of the West, or the Western oriented cultures in which women abilities have been widely recognized with equal freedom for choices, when compared to men, competend female professionals have been less equally paid to their male colleagues at work places. Reasons for the global sex segregation against the female sex in the various Communities and Societies of the World that have neither been supported by legislation, nor encouraged by policies have not been specified. However, some sources believed that female sex subordinate position in various Communities and Societies, despite today's women leading role has been attributed to the nature of being female, rather than male, particularly in the fields that requires physical strength, exceptional talents  and higher intelligence.

ATTRIBUTES OF GOVERNMENTS AND INSTITUTIONS FAILING BATTLE AGAINST POVERTY AND HOMELESSNESS VIOLENCE IN MANY DEVELOPED COUNTRIES.

The combat against poverty and homelessness has been slipping off the tight grip of prosperity and abundancy oriented Institutions and governments of the developed countries for more wealth, economic stability and financial freedom, despite the decreased unemployment rate in some of the World's wealthiest and developed nations of the European Union countries, particularly in Germany, the USA, Canada, Australia, the Scandanavian countries and some of the Eastern Europe reviving economies, specially those that had been part of the current Russian Federation government. Attributes of Institutions and governments failing battle against poverty and homelessness in many of the developed countries have not been made known. However, higher demands on businesses, companies, factories and on citizens for more efficiency and economic prosperity, besides overwhelmed social security systems with financial crisis in some of the World's financial markets have generally been indicated as causes of the rising poverty rate and homelessness violence in the developed countries mentioned.

THE GOVERNMENT'S AND THE OPPOSITION'S JOINED EFFORT IN THE UPPER AND LOWER HOUSE TO SET LEGISLATIVE RESTRAIN ON THE PRIVATE SECTOR EMERGING AND LUCRATIVE JOB MARKET MAY HARD GERMANY'S EFFICIENCY WITH ITS CURRENT INDUSTRIAL GROWTH.
