      The combat against poverty and homelessness has been slipping off the tight grip of prosperity and abundancy oriented Institutions and governments of the developed countries for more wealth, economic stability and financial freedom, despite the decreased unemployment rate in some of the World's wealthiest and developed nations of the European Union countries, particularly in Germany, the USA, Canada, Australia, the Scandanavian countries and some of the Eastern Europe reviving economies, specially those that had been part of the current Russian Federation government.
