AN AGRESSIVE REPUBLICAN'S ECONOMIC REVAMP STILL LIES AHEAD, DESPITE THE DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT.

AN AGRESSIVE REPUBLICAN'S  ECONOMIC REVAMP LIES AHEAD, DESPITE THE DEMOCRATIC GOVERNMENT.

The USA and Germany have further expressed pessimism about the year 2013 fiscal responsibility amidst the count down for New Year's celebration, or the Silvester celebration that have begun in Australia and the farthest Pacific regions. The USA government has resheduled Congressional debates for the Afternoon on the controversial fiscal cliff compromise being sought between the two main political parties the Republican Party and the Democratic party. However, Germany's Kanzler speech to the Nation and the European Union countries emphasized the requirement for patience and hardwork on the economic challenges that had happened, or taken place and those that lies ahead which people seemed not to have learned from to attain the required efficiency, besides the USA government announcement for automated implementation of tax increase and spending cuts, if no compromise is reached on the final session of the meeting scheduled in the Afternoon. An agressive Republican's economic revamp still lies ahead, or may have been predicted in spending cuts and tax increase, despite the Democratic government, if no compromised has been reached during the sessions between the two main political parties, while the European Union countries may continue to receive the European Union Financial Rescue Packages and prevent financial depression.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS SEVERE WEATHER PATTERNS REMAINS LESS PREDICTABLE, DESPITE THE EXTENSIVE FORECASTING AND MEDIA COVERAGES ON THE HOLIDAY SEASON.

Happy holidays severe weather patterns in Snowfall, Tornadoes, Tropical storms and much rainfall that begun around Midnight on Christmas day has continued in much of the North East, the Mid West, the Southern States of USA and in the Temperate, the Sub-temperate and the Arctic types of climate regions such as the USA, Canada, Northern Europe and the Arctic region. Tens of thousands of homes in the mentioned regions have either been covered in much snow, flood water, or suffered continuous power outage, due to the severe weather patterns that has been extensively covered on the updated weather forecast broadcast in various countries that entailed the USA, Canada, Europe and Russia. However, the required evacuation procedures, or the precautionary measures against severe weather patterns  and Natural Catastrophes such as Tornadoes, Hurricanes, Earthquake and Tsunami have remained up-rupt, less predictable, or unknown untill their formation and landfall.

RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT LEGISLATIVE APPROACH AND BAN ON RUSSIAN CHILD ADOPTION BY USA CITIZEN HAS BEEN GENERALLY REFERRED TO IN THE WEST AS RUSSIA'S MOST CONTROVERSIAL LEGISLATION OF THE YEAR 2012.

RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT LEGISLATIVE APPROACH AND BAN ON RUSSIAN CHILD ADOPTION BY USA CITIZEN HAS BEEN GENERALLY REFERRED TO IN THE WEST AS RUSSIA'S MOST CONTROVERSIAL LEGISLATION OF THE YEAR 2012.

Russia's most controversial legislation of the year 2012 has been enforced by the President after the overwhelming support of the Russian Parliament the Duma for the enaction of the legislation that specified the ban on Russian children adoption by USA citizens. However, no reason has been specified on the ban that sparked wide range criticism of the Russian government action against the USA citizens generosity and hospitality that may have been the reason for the hundreds to a thousand Russian Children that had been annually adopted by the USA citizens from troubled homes, severe poverty, or simply children that may have been abandoned by their parents. Further investigation from individual sources point have been ensued for the unanswered questions, or the causes that may have resulted in to the Russian government drastic action of legislative approach and the ban on the individual USA citizens charity action toward the Russian children.

DESPITE EUROPEAN UNION OPTIMISM FOR IMPROVED FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC PERFORMANCE FOR THE YEAR 2013, THE USA EXPRESSED PESSIMISM ABOUT ITS RECENT SUSTAINED FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC GROWTH.

Despite European Union optimism for improved financial and economic performance for the year 2013 with growth expectation in about thirty six percent of the currently rated efficient operating businesses across the European Continent, the USA government expressed pessimism about its recent sustained financial and economic growth, due to various issues that entailed political dispute on financial and economic issues that requires faster compromise between the country's two major political parties, the Republican Party and the Democratic Political Party on the fiscal responsibility, particularly on the spending policy, the taxation policy with oversight additional financial and economic policies on the mounting debt and increasing budget deficit. However, some business and financial sectors have remained vibrant generators of the USA economy that have not been affected by the current recession in other sectors. These sectors entailed the retail sector, the energy sector and the internet bubble businesses that have constantly generated much money and produced younger multi-billionaires and multi-millionaires, inspite of the World's general shrinking economic performance rated at the range between five to seven percent (5%-7%), due to recession.

THE USA AND THE EUROPEAN UNION HAVE INTERVENED FOR CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT THAT IS DEMOCRATIC, INSTEAD OF ISLAMIC.

The USA and the European Union have intervened on behalf of the Egyptian citizens for concession on Constitutional Amendment that is Democratic. However, President Mursi has proceeded with the enforcement of the enacted Constitutional Amendment in the second Referendum after it has been passed by sixty four percent (64%) votes against thirty three percent (33%) abstaintions, despite the Opposition and the citizens protest against the Egyptian Constitutional Amendment that has been generally referred to as overwhelmingly Islamic, rather than Democratic as required by the citizens revolution for Constitutional Amendment, Democracy and citizens freedom at Tahrir Square. Some sources have expressed fear of the President's overlapping authority after the second Referendum that may result in dictatorship and oppression by the enforcement of Islamic Sharia laws and the Military Power to restore order in the Egyptian capital Cairo and in other neighboring cities, or towns such as Alexandria.

DESPITE SUSTAINED ECONOMIC RECOVERY IN THE USA FUTURE ECONOMIC DOWNTREND REMAINS FORESEEABLE, DUE TO POLITICAL DISPUTE BETWEEN THE TWO MAJOR POLITICAL PARTIES, THE REPUBLICAN AND THE DEMOCRATIC POLITICAL PARTIES.

Despite sustained recovery in the USA economy after the major economic downtrend of the year 2012 future economic downtrends remains foreseeable, due to the political dispute between the two major political parties the Republican Political Party and the Democratic Political Party on the fiscal responsibility. The Republican Party economic revamp in spending cuts and tax increase has been threatened by the USA complex decision making process and the Highest Executive power and authority to override legislators decisions on both political and economic issues, despite the Republican Party Congress majority, if no compromise has been reached between the two major political parties on the economic issuesthat entailed the mounting debt, the ballooning budget deficit and the devaluating USA currency the American dollar. The Democratic Political Party clout in the White House and Senate majority may result in further release of stimulus checks that seemed to have apparently stimulated the economy, the tax increase on the wealthy Americans and additional funding of the bias social security benefits and disability budget that has exceeded the threshold of over ninety one point five billion USA dollars in social security and disability on the annual budget.

RUSSIA EUROPEAN UNION (EU) SUMMIT FOCUSED MAINLY ON THE ENERGY POLICY OF THE CONTINENT AND THE ISSUES MADE EUROPE'S MEDIA HIGHLIGHT OF THE MONTH.

The Russian European Union (EU) Summit held today in the Russian capital Moscow focused mainly on the Continent's energy policy, particularly on the shift of the energy policy from the atomic and fossil fuel as the main energy sources of some of Europe's major countries to the renewable environment friendly energy sources such as the Wind, the Solar, Hydro and Geothermal energy sources as the preferred main energy sources of the Continent which Russia seemed reluctant to change its energy policy, or adapt and implement the European Union countries energy policies amidst Russia's project for the extension of its natural gas pipelines to Eastern and Western European countries that includes the European Union countries. However, other issues that have been Europe's media highlights of the month have been discussed and entailed the EU request for Human rights and citizens freedom in Russia, the Russian Government demand of the EU countries to ease traveling visa to Russian travelers to the EU countries and the Russian Parliament conclusion of the legislation that prohibits Russian children adoptation by the USA citizens.

THE GOVERNMENT AND THE OPPOSITION IN ATHENS SUPPORTED THE GOVERNMENT'S SAVING PLAN PACKAGE WITH THE EUROPEAN UNION AUSTERITY MEASURES AS THE MEANS TOWARD THE PROJECTED FUTURE ECONOMIC PROSPECTS IN GREECE, INSPITE OF THE CITIZENS PROTEST.

The government and the Opposition in Athens supported the government's Saving Plan Package with the European Union Austerity Measures as the means toward the projected future economic prospects in Greece, inspite of the citizens protest by strike against the government's plan for jobs cuts that will affect a hundred and fifty thousand employment vacancies in Athens. However, some sources have indicated that the Greece Parliament support of the government's policy with the Opposition has been attributes of the recent upgraded credit line of Greece that has increased many folds by six notches as required by the European Bank credit line for all the Eurozone member nations, eventhough the improved credit line may have been, due to the thirty four billion euros that has been released early in the week by both the European Union Finance Ministers and the IMF as part of the European Union Finance Rescue Packages in loans for Greece.

DISPUTED CONTROVERSIAL DEBATES ON THE ISSUES OF CIRCUMCISION AND RELIGION LESSONS FOR GERMAN CITIZENS YOUNGEST GENERATION BORNED OF REFUGEES, OR IMMIGRANTS PARENTS WITH DIFFERENT RELIGIOUS BACKGROUND HAS FINALLY BEEN SETTLED.

Disputed controversial debates on the issues of circumcision of German citizens youngest generation borned of either refugees, or immigrants parents with different religious background and the required permission for religion lessons with the observation of religious holidays, particularly in the Islamic schools in some of the States of Germany have finally been settled after the government passed a bill early this week that specified that children borned of refugees, or immigrant parents with different religious background that are German citizens may be circumcised, if a physician approve  that no health problems would be inflicted on the youngest German citizens. However, Islamic religion lessons restriction with Islamic public holidays observation in Islamic schools will continue through out the Republic of Germany, except in the States of Hamburg and North Rhein Westfalia. This government's policy intended for the integration of Germany's youngest generation in unified Society and Communities has been criticised by Jews and Islamic religious people, despite the fairness of the policy towards the German citizens borned of immigrants, or refugees parents in Germany.

POLITICAL CRISIS HAS BROADENED IN VARIOUS GOVERNMENT BRANCHES IN THE EGYPTIAN CAPITAL CAIRO AND VARIOUS REGIONS IN EGYPT.

Political crisis in the Egyptian capital Cairo has broadened to various government branches after the chief prosecutor resignition with the Opposition call for further protest by demonstration at Tahrir Square. Mounting pressure on Mr. Thallad Ibrahim from both the legislative and judiciary branches, due to lack of supervision with the required transparency on the current referrendum for Constitutional Amendment and  implementation of Democracy in Egypt may have resulted in the unexpected resignition of the chief prosecutor Thallad Ibrahim. However, the President has been expected to end his inaction and silence on the worsening political crisis in the egyptian capital for Constitutional Amendment and the implementation of Democracy as required by the citizens revolution for change to Democracy and citizens freedom in the Egyptian capital Cairo and various other regions in Egypt after repeated failed attempts to implement Democracy in Egypt with the alternative means to restore order and civil discipline by either the use of the military, or by the implementation of Islamic Sharia laws in Egypt.

ELEVATED SECURITY PRECAUTIONS AT GERMANY'S MAIN TRAIN STATIONS HAS BEEN WIDELY CRITICIZED.

Elevated security precautions in video camera surveillance and random searches by canine and police forces at Germany's main train stations after the failed bomb blast attempt at Bonn Badgodesberg train station that has been claimed the Salafisten Islamic sector members has been widely criticized, particularly by the members and supporters of the Green Party, despite the requirement for elevated security alert after the terror attempt at one of Germany's relatively busiest train stations. Reasons for the terror attempt by the Salafisten have not been specified. However, further investigation has continued on the suspects that have been arested, eventhough one of the suspects has confessed and admitted that he had been involved in the failed terror attempt. Nobody know how long the security precautions in video camera surveillance and random searches would continue, despite the complains of many tourists and the deplomatic personnel in Bonn Badgodesberg.

Despite the highlights of the German Parliament success of the decade, particularly in the year 2012 in resolving domestic and foreign dispute with government's increasing role of responsibility within the realm of Democratic process, some major issues that requires solution within the Constitutional, legislative , Judiciary and citizens rights remains major challenges to Germany's recent Parliamentary success. Some of the issues entailed the required solution to the NDP, or the German National Political party restrictions that has been also referred to as the Neo-Nazis within the Constitutional rights of every political party in Germany's current Democracy. THE GERMAN GOVERNMENT DEFEATED THE INTELLECTUALS AND CITIZENS CRITICISM OF ITS DEFENSE POLICY AND THE INVOLVEMENT OF THE COUNTRY IN THE FOREIGN CONFLICT WITH OVERWHELMING VOTES IN TODAY'S PARLIAMENTARY DEBATE.

Citizens and intellectuals criticism of the Bundeswehr deployment at the Turkish Syrian border with Patroit Missiles as the government's bad defense policy for the involvement of one of Europe's recognized major Democracy in the foreign conflict without the required legislative and Parliamentary process has been defeated by the government in today's early morning Parliamentary debate in which the Members of Parliament in the German Parliament the Bundestag voted overwhelmingly with four hundred and sixty one votes against less than sixty two abstaintions for the German military deployment at the Turkish Syrian border with Patriot defense Missiles as precautionary measures against the escalating worsening security condition for the outbreak of major military skirmishes, or even war between the two neighboring countries of Turkey and Syria at the Turkish Syrian border, besides the required safety for the Syrian refugees at the Turkish Syrian border. This debate has given the government more weight and possibly power to make decisions and flex its defense policy muscles without prior legislative and Parliamentary process.

THE FINANCIAL MARKETS PERFORMANCE AROUND THE GLOBE FLUCTUATED WITH GENERAL MINIMAL DOWNTREND AFTER THE RELEASE OF THE THIRTY FOUR BILLION EUROS FOR GREECE.

The financial markets performance around the globe fluctuated with minimal downtrend on the over overall general finance and markets performance, particularly in the USA, Europe and some Asian countries. The causes of the minimal downtrend of the finance markets performance in the fourth quarter of business have not been specified, however some finance expert sources have pointed their fingers at the European Union Finance Ministers meeting with the release of the thirty four billion euros for Greece as part of the fourty four billion euros in finance rescue packages for Greece which the government in Athens has been made eligible to cash the big sum of money early today. The European Union Finance Ministers meeting on Finance Packages allocation coincided with the German Kanzler Parliamentary speech on the European Union current developement, particularly on the unemployment rate, specially of the youth in the Eurozone with the emphasis on the European bank regulations, finance and economic developement that have been supported by Kanzler Angela Merkel in her speech to the Parliament on the European Union current economic developement.

THE UNITED NATIONS ORGANIZATION HAS CALLED FOR AN EXTRA-ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING TO DECIDE UPON PYONGYANG'S DEFIANCE WITH TOUGHER MEASURES AND SANCTION.

North Korea has finally celebrated the first successfull launch of the rocket that carried North Korean first satellite in the space, despite the major powers rejection of Pyongyang's defiance to comply with the International Body regulations and quit further attempts of future rockets launch in to the Orbit, which some sources claimed has carried the military Satellite that will direct Pyongyang's long range ballistic missiles to the intended targets in the Pacific Region and beyond the Pacific Region. However, Pyongyang has denied the launch of military Satellite for ballistic missiles guidance, instead of the civilian and commercial satellite for media and communication as an allegation intended to deform its successfull rocket launch and its strategic long range missiles defense capability, while the United Nations Organization has called for an extra-ordinary General Assembly Meeting to decide upon Pyongyang's defiance with tougher measures and sanction.

CITIZENS IN THE EGYPTIAN CAPITAL SEEMED DETERMINE  TO FORCE THE GOVERNMENT TO ACCEPT CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT, DESPITE DISCOURAGEMENT.

Citizens in the Egyptian capital Cairo that have gathered at Tahrir Square to protest the government's action seemed determine to force the government to accept Constitutional Amendment believed by many people may result in a fairly shared power of government and reduce President Mursi overwhelming power in office. However, the President has extended the required referendum for Constitutional Amendment untill next Saturday and used military, instead of the police forces to discipline , or arrest violent demonstrators and restore order in the city. Some sources have expressed disapproval of military intervention with the use of force to suppress civilian demonstrators as undemocratic and may further endanger the fledgling Democracy in Egypt that needs to be encouraged and supported, instead of discouraged, or suppressed by the various governments units and agents that entailed the military and the police forces.

THE POLITICAL CRISIS IN EGYPT REMAINS AN INTERESTING POLITICAL CRISIS FOR THE CHANGE TO THE BETTER AND A LESSON FOR MANY NORTH AFRICAN, ARAB WORLD AND OTHER COUNTRIES TO LEARN.

Political crisis in Egypt and perhaps in similar other countries of the Arab World, the African and Asian countries has reached the stage in which political scientists and leaders should redefine Democracy and its implementation in countries with rather different cultural and religious background, or the countries with less than the required basic infrastructures and economic stability, despite the citizens demand for Democracy and citizens freedom by protest, demonstration and strike in some of the North African and Arab World countries, particularly in Egypt. However, the current political crisis in Egypt that may have resulted, due to citizens demand for more rights, social security services, other basic governmental services such as adequate means of transportation, healthcare, electric power resources, clean water sources, economic stabilty and citizens freedom in the country by means of Democratic system of governance remains an interesting political crisis for the change to the better and a lesson for many North African, the Arab World and other countries to learn from, eventhough the government reponsiveness and action to the evolving political changes in Egypt has not been the best , or the required solution to the current crisis in Egypt as it may have been previously anticipated by the various political groups that represents the majority of the citizens in Egypt.

CITIZENS REPEATED REQUEST FOR INQUIRY ABOUT FURTHER DEPLOYMENT OF THE BUNDESWEHR AT THE TURKISH SYRIAN BORDER HAS OBLIGED THE GOVERNMENT TO CALL PARLIAMENTARY DEBATE ON THE ISSUE OF BUNDESWEHR INVOLVEMENT IN THE TURKISH SYRIAN CONFLICT.

Further deployment of the German military also known as the Bundeswehr at the Turkish Syrian border to monitor missiles defense along the borders using patriot missiles has been suported by the government, despite the citizens repeated request for inquiry about the Bundeswehr and Germany involvement in the Turkish Syrian conflict without the required legislative process for the involvement of one of Europe's major power and acknowledged Democracy in foreign conflict. However, citizens mounting pressure on the executive branch has obliged the government to call Parliamentary debate on the issue of Bundeswehr involvement in the Turkish Syrian conflict without the required legislative process, eventhough some of the government executives may have denied  Bundeswehr unauthorized involvement in the Turkish Syrian conflict as precautionary measures to prevent further escalation of the military skirmishes at the Turkish Syrian border in to major conflict between the two countries, besides the needed protection for the Syrian refugees at the Turkish Syrian border.

THE GERMAN KANZLER ACKNOWLEDGED HER MAJOR RULING POLITICAL PARTY SUCCESS WITH EMPHASIS ON THE POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC CHALLENGES IT ENCOUNTERED ON BOTH THE DOMESTIC AND EUROPEAN UNION LEVELS DURING THE CDU FEDERAL AND NATIONAL POLITICAL PARTY DAY.

The Kanzler acknowledged her party's success as the current major political party in Germany with emphasis on the political and economic challenges it encountered at both the domestic and European Union levels as the tested and proven fact of the party's success and ability to govern the country. This televised brief press conference with statements said by the Kanzler has not only secured her votes for re-election as the Chairman of the CDU political party, but it has paved her chances for the third term re-election in office as the Kanzler of the Democratic Republic of Germany.

THE GERMAN PARLIAMENT PASSED FINALLY THE REQUIRED LEGISLATIVE APPROVAL OF THE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PACKAGE FOR GREECE.

The German Parliament finally passed the required legislative approval of the financial assistance package for Greece during yesterday's debate after repeated debates and postponement of sessions on the allocated much sum of money in loans worth the amount of fourty four billion euros, despite the criticism of the Opposition parties against the government's involvement in sharing the burden of Eurozone member countries that may burden Germany's financial efficiency, economic growth and the projected industrial growth, if the Eurozone member countries fail to meet the required terms, or conditions of loans repayment with interest on the specified time period. However, on the other hand some government supporters have praised the government's increasing role in the Eurozone and World responsibility, particularly on the current problem of financial solution to some of the Eurozone member countries, the Euro crisis, the upgrade of the credit lines with the standards of living of all the member countries for more unified and strengthened European Union.
