THE NON ALIGN COUNTRIES SUMMIT HELD IN TEHRAN HAS BEEN DESCRIBED AS SUCCESSFUL AND CONSTRUCTIVE, DESPITE FIERCE CRITICISM OF THE UN AND THE USA POLICIES OF PARTIALITY IN THE NAME OF DEMOCRACY.

THE NON-ALIGN COUNTRIES SUMMIT HELD IN TEHRAN HAS BEEN DESCRIBED AS SUCCESSFUL AND CONSTRUCTIVE, DESPITE THE FIERCE CRITICISM OF THE UN AND THE USA POLICIES OF PARTIALITY IN THE NAME OF DEMOCRACY.

The extended sessions for the debates of the major issues discussed during the non-align countries Summit held in the Iranian capital Tehran by the thirty non-align member countries that convened for the Summit has been described as successful and constructive, despite the fierce criticism of the UN and the USA policies of partiality on the World Body that has been expected to promote friendship and peace among the countries of the World, instead of the dictatorship being exercised by the World Body Organization in the name of Democracy. Some of the important issues discussed entailed the Syrian conflict, Iran leadership as the new chairman of the non-align countries, inspite of the sanction against Tehran and the requirement for Tehran to change its policies on its disputed nuclear tecnology ambition with the threat for retaliation against the countries that may strike its nuclear sites. However, Tehran has emphasized its intention to pursue its nuclear tecnology ambition and expanded its uranium enrichment capacity, despite the repeated demand for the halt of the nuclear project and the closer of its nuclear sites currently in the operation of enrichment and electricity generation in and around the capital Tehran.

CITIZENS LEGISLATIVE RIGHT TO DEATH WITHOUT LIMITATION MAY LEAD TO INCREASED SUICIDE DEATH AND TERRORIST ATTACK.

CITIZENS LEGISLATIVE RIGHT TO DEATH WITHOUT LIMITATION MAY LEAD TO INCREASED SUICIDE DEATH AND TERRORIST ATTACK.

The debates on the citizens rights to death without limitation has remained controversial, despite the government's intention to conclude the debates on the citizens rights to death by the enaction of the legislation that will guarantee the citizens right to decide when to end their lives, if it is necessary to do so. Parliamentary debates in the German Parliament the Bundestag and the Highest Court final decision would be required to specify the condition in which the citizen may have the right to end his , or her life with the recommendation and the presence of a medical Doctor. However, some intellectuals believed citizens legislative right to end their lives without being terminally ill may lead to frequent suicide death and increased terrorists attacks, particularly in the countries in which suicide attempts have been attributed to high pressure at work places, great financial difficulties and religious dispute.

HIGHER HOPE ON THE NON-ALIGN COUNTRIES SUMMIT, DESPITE FIERCE CRITICISM.

HIGHER HOPE ON THE NON-ALIGN COUNTRIES SUMMIT, DESPITE FIERCE CRITICISM.

Higher hope has been set on the non align countries Summit results scheduled to take place today at the Iranian capital Tehran, despite fierce criticism of the UN High Commissioner Ban Ki Moon participation in the non align countries Summit by various countries that included the USA and the European countries. However, this Summit has been believed by many people would set new objectives for the re-alignment of Iran to the countries of the World and stop the current sanction against Tehran, if some of the major issues that requires immediate solution are discussed and resolved. These issues entailed Tehran insistance on the continuation of its disputed nuclear tecnology ambition for the generation of electric power, inspite of the many countries rejection of this project. The continued sanction against Tehran and Tehran threat of attacks, or retaliation against the countries that may attack its nuclear sites within the country.

GAY ACTIVISTS OUTRAGEOUS LEGISLATIVE DEMAND FOR MORE LEGISLATIVE RIGHTS IN GAY MARRIAGE CHILD ADOPTATION RIGHT.

GAY ACTIVISTS OUTRAGEOUS LEGISLATIVE DEMAND FOR MORE LEGISLATIVE RIGHTS IN GAY MARRIAGE CHILD ADOPTATION RIGHT.

Gay activists outrageous legislative demand for more legislative rights in gay marriage child adoptation right has sparked protest and controversial debates in Germany's conservative christains communities and society of the Southern and the Northern parts, or States, particularly after the government and the Parliament enacted the legislation that guaranteed gay marriage to gay couples as Constitutional civil rights of the citizens in the various States of Germany that entailed the liberal, the moderate and the conservative States. However, the Justice Minister Mrs. Scharrenberger has promised more liberalized Constitutional civil rights for child adoptation among gay couples in German communities and society, despite the protest against gay couples, or same sex marriage with child, or children adoptation right in Germany's conservative christains communities and society which stated that it had been known since the begining of creation marriage had occurred between the male and the female in their communities and society.

CONCERN EXPRESSED ABOUT THE STRANDED SYRIAN REFUGEES AT THE STRONGLY FORTIFIED TURKISH SYRIAN BORDER.

CONCERN EXPRESSED ABOUT THE STRANDED SYRIAN REFUGEES AT THE STRONGLY FORTIFIED TURKISH SYRIAN BORDER.

Concern expressed about the worsening humanitarian and security condition for the seven thousand stranded Syrian refugees at the strongly fortified Turkish Syrian border crossing has been reconfirmed as delay, rather than entry denial at the border crossing for the fleeing Syrian refugees by the Turkish military based at the Turkish Syrian border. This delay has been required as precautionary measures for the screening of the refugees entry to Turkey and to prevent further sectorian and religious violence similar to the outbreak of violence between the refugees and the Lebanese at the Syrian Lebanese border in Turkey. The Humanitarian Organizations operating at the borders have requested more assistance for the Syrian refugees at the Turkish Syrian border because nobody know when they would be permitted entry to Turkey by the Turkish government, or how long they would remain stranded at the Turkish Syrian border.

THE CONTINUATION OF THE UNCOMPLETE TASK OF PEACE FOR SYRIA HAS REMAINED UNHEEDED.

The UN envoy call for peace during his first week in office has remained unheeded, despite Mr. Ibrahimi required presence in the UN Headquarters in Damascus for the continuation of the uncomplete task of peace for Syria under the previous UN mandate of peace for Syria that has not been finalized by the countries that had been involved in the peace process that entailed Russia, China, the European Union, the Arab League countries , the UN and the USA. However, fierce battle has intensified in the Syrian capital Damascus and Aleppo between the Syrian military and the Rebel forces after the call for peace by the UN envoy to Syria. The estimated number of refugees influx to the neighboring countries has tripled to over two hundred thousand Syrian refugees in the neighboring countries of Turkey, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Egypt and Iraq.

GREECE PRIME MINISTER REQUEST FOR MORE TIME TO MEET THE EUROPEAN CENTRAL BANK OBLIGATIONS MAY HAVE SECURED GREECE POSITION IN THE EUROZONE FOR THE NEXT FEW YEARS.

Greece Prime Minister request for more time to meet the European Central Bank obligations and upgrade his country's credit line to the required credit line of the Euro-zone member countries in the brief televised interview during his visit to Germany may have secured Greece position in the Eurozone for the next few years. However, it remains unclear how Prime Minister Samaras would convince both the Parliament and the upper class wealthiest Greek citizens for new taxation policy that will tax the wealthy Greek citizens that had been exempted from taxation. Besides, the requirement for the new government to slash military spending and reduce the Greek military budget that has been referred to as the second huge military spending and budget of the Greek military second in place to the USA military budget and spending. However, less equipped and inadequately financed Greek military could mean an insecure defense of Greece anticipated future economic prospects within the Eurozone and the future of its disputed territory with Turkey in Cyprus.

THE STATE OF NORTH RHEIN WESTFALIA HAS APPROVED WITH LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY THE PERMISSION FOR ISLAMIC SCHOOLS TO TEACH ISLAMIC RELIGION LESSONS.

The State of North Rhein Westfalia has approved with legislative authority the permission for Islamic schools in the State of North Rhein Westfalia in Germany to teach Islamic Religion lessons in their schools after the State of Hamburg succeeded in the enaction of the legislation for the Constitutional Civil Rights of equality between the male and the female in the Muslim communities in the State of Hamburg, particularly for the German citizens borned of immigrant Muslim parents of which many have been children and young adults in return for the observation of the Islamic Religion holidays and the permission for the Islamic schools in the State of Hamburg and North Rhein Westfalia to teach Islamic Religion lessons. However, the schools legislative body in the German capital Berlin with the two States of Hamburg and North Rhein Westfalia have sued the Religious act of circumcision of infants borned of Muslim, or Jews parents as body injury of the German citizens borned of either the Muslim, or the Jews parenst and forwarded their protest to Germany's Highest Court as required by the Constitutional Civil Rights of equality between the male and the female in the Muslim, or Jews communities in the States of Germany.

UNIVERSITY STUDENTS AND CITIZENS PROTEST IN THE SUDANESE CAPITAL KHARTOUM HAS BEEN DOWNGRADED AS MINOR PROTEST OF LESS INFORMED STUDENTS AND CITIZENS.

University students and citizens protest in the Sudanese capital Khartoum has been downgraded by the government as minor protest of less informed students and citizens, despite the rising concern about the government's uncertain political direction that has divided the country with unclear financial and economic objectives that may lead to further citizens protest by demonstration , or uprising similar to the citizens protest for Democracy and citizens freedom in the Arab countries of Syria and Bahrain, or the North African countries of Tunisia and Egypt. The exact reasons for the students and citizens protest have not been specified. However, tax increase on the citizens tight budget in mostly the monthly salaries with the rising fuel and basic essential commodities prices may have attributed to the precedented students and citizens protest that demanded President Omar Beshir ouster from power after over thirty five years of both military and civilian rule in the Sudan. The police forces have used teargas, rubber bullets and clubs to disperse the demonstrators and restored order in the capital. No death of any citizen has been reported during, or after the demonstration, except minor injuries of those that may have been clubbed, or bruised during the skirmishes with the police forces.

ISRAEL PARTIAL FORTIFICATION BY MISSILES INTERCEPTION DEFENSE SYSTEM AGAINST LONG RANGE BALLISTIC MISSILES.

ISRAEL PARTIAL FORTIFICATION BY MISSILES INTERCEPTION DEFENSE SYSTEM AGAINST LONG RANGE BALLISTIC MISSILES.

The USA Defence Department intervention against the Israelites government intention to strike Iranian nuclear sites has calmed the Middle Eastern, the Arabs and the Israelites that have rallied against their government's decision to strike Tehran. However, amidst the rising concern of Tel -Aviv vulnerability against Iranian long range missiles attacks, the Middle East Press released updated visual data on Israelites government claimed long range missile interception defense system capability previously known as Tel-Aviv strategic defense fortification against long range ballistic missiles that may be launched against defensive targets within Israel. However, the only Israelites missiles interception defense system located in at the Red Sea town of Eilat has been tested and declared functional at the intercepting range of seventy five kilometers (75km). This could mean Israel would be partially fortified by the missiles interception defense system, if the Iranain military retaliate against any form of attack, or strike on their territory.

HIGHER EXPECTATION BASED ON THE RESULT OF THE SIXTY EIGHT FINANCE AND ECONOMY SCIENTISTS ANNUAL SUMMIT ENDED IN DISAPPOINTMENT.

Higher expectation based on the result of the sixty eight (68th) annual Summit of finance experts and economy scientists held in Dresden Germany has ended in disappointment of the various groups that entailed the Investors, businessmen and the governments that had expected much in regard to the immediate, or long term solution to the Euro-crisis, the current World recession, declining industrial expansion, or growth and higher unemployment rate in the highly industrialized nations of the developed countries, despite thorough discussion of the current major finance and economic issues with the successful completion of the sixty eight annual Summit of the finance and economy scientists. Some of the major issues discussed during the Summit included higher fuel prices and declining value of the Euro attributed to fuel scarcity, due to the current European Union governments policy of sanction against the oil producing countries in the Arab World and the Persian Gulf, the European Union Finance Rescue Package policy for the member countries that have been hit hard by the European Union tougher Austerity measures required for the European Union integration with a unified and upgraded finance and economic strength of the Euro-zone countries.

THE UN ENVOY TO SYRIA EXPRESSED SKEPTICISM FOR THE UN ALTERNATIVE RESOLUTION THAT WILL AUTHORIZE THE USE OF MILITARY FORCE.

However, the new UN envoy Mr. Ibrahimi has expressed skepticism for the UN alternative Resolution that will authorize the use of military force as the best approach and solution that will end the civil war in Syria with the suffering of innocent Syrian civilian population that have not escaped to the neighboring countries, inspite of the intensified airstrikes on the Syrian capital city Damascus and on other towns , specially in Aleppo, Azaz and Homs by the Syrian Airforce.

THE HIGHEST COURT CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT THAT AUTHORIZED LEGISLATIVE ENFORCEMENT OF THE MILITARY AGAINST SPECIFIC DOMESTIC CONFRONTATION HAS BEEN WIDELY CRITICIZED AS UNSPECIFIC.

Germany's Highest Court in Karlsruhe Contitutional Amendment released early morning today with the enaction of the legislation that authorized legislative deployment of the German Army the Bundeswehr on specific domestic missions, or confrontation within Germany and possibly the Euro-zone after decades of restriction has been widely criticized as unspecific, particularly on the unspecified extend of Bundeswehr deployment with weapons of mass destruction that may be used on domstic dispute and confrontation that have frequently occurred within Germany, rather than abroad. Few intellectuals believed Germany's increasing role in problems solution at both the domestic and International levels, specially in the last few decades has been hurt by the country's Highest Court Constitutional Amendment that authorized legislative enforcement of the Bundeswehr against unspecified domestic confrontation, whether it may be civil, or military confrontation.

THE ARAB LEAGUE NATIONS RE-CONFIRMED SYRIA EXCLUSION FROM THE ARAB WORLD FIFTY SEVEN MEMBER COUNTRIES UNION.

The Arab League nations have re-confirmed Syria exclusion from the Arab World fifty seven member countries union as violence continues to escalate in the Syrian capital city Damascus and in other towns that entailed Azaz, Homs and El-Hula, due to President Assad defiance to comply with both the World body and the Arab League obligations and relinquish power as demanded by both the Syrian citizens and the Opposition within the country and abroad. Dozens of civilians have died early today as the Syrian Airforce intensified airstrikes on intended targets within the city and several times on the town of Azaz, besides the targets on the Syrian Turkish border. Refugees influx from Syria to the neighboring countries of Turkey, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine, Egypt and parts of Israel has continued, inspite of the closer of some of the borders to Syria. Russia has requested the United Nations presence in Syria as required after the extension of the UN mandate for peace in Syria , eventhough the security in Syria has worsen many fold for both the UN Peace Keeping Forces and the UN Humanitarian Personnel to monitor Humanitarian Relief Assistance distribution in Syria.

GOVERNMENTS CONCERN FOR THE ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION IN FAR REACHING SUSTAINABILITY POLICIES, INSPITE OF THE RISK IN HIGHER COST FOR THE SHIFT TO THE RENEWABLE AND ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY ALTERNATE ENERGY RESOURCES.

Governments concern for the Environment Protection in far reaching sustainability policies that entailed the shift from the alternate possible solution to the depletion of the Environment extracts by nuclear power energy resource to the Environment friendly alternate energy resources such as the Solar energy resource, the Wind energy resource and the Geothermal energy resource amidst the rising demand for electric energy consumption in both the developed and the developing countries of the World, inspite of the risk in high cost for the shift to the renewable and Environment friendly alternate energy resource, besides the absence of a scientific solution, or the required high tecnology to harness sufficient energy from the renewable energy resources to meet the rising demand for electric energy consumption around the World and specially in the developed countries with heavy industrial developement, or expansion have had immediate impact on the current, the future industrial developement and economic prospects of various nations, particularly  in the countries that have neither amended the drastic policies of the shift to the alternate renewable energy resources, nor compared the benefits, or the efficiency in electric energy supply to the risk in use of atomic energy in countries that have been frequented by severe weather, or the Natural Catastrophes.

THE STATE OF HAMBURG IN GERMANY GUARANTEES THE CONSTITUTIONAL CIVIL RIGHTS OF EQUALITY BETWEEN THE MALE AND FEMALE IN ISLAMIC COMMUNITIES FOR THE GERMAN CITIZENS THAT HAVE BEEN MOSTLY CHILDREN AND ADULTS BORNED OF IMMIGRANT MUSLIM PARENTS.

Despite the recent tightened security precautions and regulations on the Islamic communities and Muslims through-out the European Union and particularly by the mostly Christain Conservative oriented governments, due to the recent suicide and terrorists incidents in France, Brussel, Denmark and in the Utoyah Island in Norway, the Federal government of the State of Hamburg has reached an agreement for the first time with the Islamic community and Muslims in the State of Hamburg to guarantee the Constitutional Civil Rights of equality between the male and female in Islamic communities for the German citizens that have been mostly children and adults borned of immigrant Muslim parents in return for the acknowledgement of Islamic holidays with a public holiday for Islamic schools that are in the State of Hamburg, besides the recognition of Islamic religion, culture and activities of the Islamic community in Hamburg as domestic, rather than foreign. However, this good news for Islamic communities in Germany, Europe and for the liberal Arab World governments from Hamburg may be rejected by more Conservative and Fundamentalists Islamic governments, specially on the equality of sex granted by Constitutional Civil Rights.

IRANIAN GOVERNMENT REJECTION OF HUMANITARIAN RELIEF ASSISTANCE FOR THE CITIZENS MADE VICTIMS BY THE EARTHQUAKE MADE BREAKING NEWS AND HEADLINES ON THE WORLD MEDIA.

The number of the Iranian citizens killed has exceeded the number of over three hundred innocents citizens and those injured have been numbered in thousands. Neither comments have been made by the Iranian government on its rejection of relief assistance, nor on the Israelites demonstration against their governments secret plan for the attack against the Iranian various nuclear sites which the Israelites government and the Western countries governments have suspected its nuclear energy project as a militarized project for the developement of nuclear war heads and the atomic bomb, except for the rising number of victims of the Earthquake that have died.

SEVERE WEATHER IN NATURAL CATASTROPHES REMAINS THE SCIENTIFIC CHALLENGES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN OVERCOME.

Severe weather in torrential rainfall, hurricane. tornadoes across various Continents of Asia, Europe and America has alarmed the coastal dwellers around the World about the Month of August. In Phillipines, North Korea, China and Japan much property damage and the hundreds of lives that have been lost, due to flood and mudslide caused by much rainfall has been attributed to the severe weather in the early month of August in the far Middle Eastern Continent of Asia, besides the natural catastrophe in hurrricane Ernesto that has killed thirteen people in Mexico and inflicted wide range property damage in Americas as it continued Northwards to the USA and Canada. However, eventhough earlier prediction of severe weather has been made possible in weather forecasting for the required precautionary measures and earlier evacuation warnings, severe weather in natural catastrophes such as hurricane, tornadoes, flood and mudslide remains the scientific challenges that have not been overcome and will frequently continue to inflict damage on both Human life and property.-------------------------------------------------------------------- Written by Professor Godfrey Ohia.

FREQUENT FLUCTUATION ON EUROPE'S DOMESTIC FINANCIAL MARKETS PERFORMANCE WITH THE FINANCE EXPERTS AND INVESTORS CONCERN OVER THE RECENT DEVELOPEMENT ON EURO-CRISIS HAS RENDERED THE FINANCE MARKETS AND INVESTMENT BUSINESSES UNPREDICTABLE.

Frequent fluctuation on Europe's recent financial markets performance and the domestic markets performance, particularly of the European Union countries major economies such as Germany, France England and some of the Scandanivian countries that rendered financial and investment business unpredictable has remained the finance markets experts and investors concern over Europe's current developement on Euro-crisis and Europe's Central bank tougher stand on the Austerity measures and the fluctuating interest rates of qualified domestic banks , despite the latest re-rating of some of Europe's qualified banks as underperforming. However, although studies on Europe's current finance and investment businesses may have revealed direct and indirect impact of the governments policies in Austerity measures, tougher financial measures and regulations for the required creditline discipline and financial freedom in the Euro-zone, money availability in available cash flow and cash making capability remains decisive factors for the required financial freedom and stable economy which Europe may have ignored by renewed sanction on the crude oil producing nations.          Extensive media coverages in breaking news and Newspapers headlines on the World's media about the claimed safe landing of the robot rover named Curiosity on the planet Mars placed smile on the faces of many Space fans and rekindled the hope for far away Space exploration in to Moons, Stars, Galaxies and new planets in the farther outer Space of the Universe with possible discoveries of new frontiers with enormous wealth in mineral resources and animal resources that may not be known in the planet Earth, or may have disappeared in extinction, besides the hope for the existence of new life in new kinds of creatures and perhaps Humanbeings similar to those in the planet Earth and other planets in the Universe. However, eventhough Curiosity may have completed its six months voyage on the Space expanse equivalent to the distance of half a billion miles and landed successfully on the red planet the planet Mars, it may not accomplish its mission of data collection with the expected return home to enable human , or mankind future landing on planet Mars as the previous failed mission of the rover named Polar Lander that landed successfully on the planet Mars, but could not return to the Earth with the required data.

ATTRIBUTES OF POWER OUTAGE IN BOTH THE DEVELOPED AND THE DEVELOPING COUNTRIES DIFFERS, DESPITE THE REQUIREMENT FOR A GENERALIZED SCIENTIFIC APPROACH AND A SCIENTIFIC SOLUTION TO THE RECURRING PROBLEM OF POWER OUTAGE IN MANY COUNTRIES OF THE WORLD AND INDIA HAS NOT BEEN THE EXCEPTION.

Although scientific problems often requires scientific solution, unscientific investigations and conclusions remains recurring problem on issues that required scientific approach, or solution in many countries of the World of both the developed and the developing countries, particularly on the rising concern about frequent power outage that has been termed as the "black-out", due to insufficient generation of electric power, or infrastructure failure in overwhelmed electric generators generating capacity, or overloaded electric grids and India hasn't been the exception in the series of recorded power outage around the World over larger areas and for extended period of time that exceeded fourty eight hours, besides the extend of chaos and damage it had brought forth along with. However, attributes of power outage in the developed and the developing countries differs, despite the requirement for a generalized scientific approach and a scientific solution to the recurring problem of power outage in many countries of the World. In the developed countries of the World causes of insufficient electric power generation, or power outage has been attributed to the rising demand in electric power consumption in many households and less preparedness for the required changes in the energy policies of the developed countries from the current sources of electric power generation to the environment friendly sources such as the Solar and the Wind energy sources, while failing infrastructures and unauthorized hook-up on main electric cables in remote areas remains the cause of power outage in the developing countries.

THE UN CONDEMNED THE USE OF HEAVY WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION IN THE SYRIAN CIVIL WAR AND ANNAN'S OPTIMISM IN THE PEACE EFFORT FOR SYRIA.

The Former UN High Commissioner for Refugees Mr. Kofi Annan optimism for peace in Syria has been set to cease on August 19, 2012 in the UN latest Resolution for Syria that condemned the use of heavy weapons of mass destruction in the current Syrian civil war and Annan's peace initiation effort as a failure amidst continued battle in Alepo and parts of Damascus by the Syrian military for the recapture of Aleppo and parts of Damascus that had fallen to the Rebel forces. Refugees influx from Syria to the neighboring countries of Jordan, Lebanon, Turkey and other Arab world and North African countries has tripled, due to the intensified battle for the recapture of the mentioned city and town. The estimated number of the Syrian refugees that have fled the country to the neighboring countries, or displaced within Syria has exceeded one point five million(1,500,000) Syrian refugees. The UN has set temporary refugee camps in Jordan and at the Syrian Turkey border for emergency medical services and for the required basic supplies such as medicines, food, shelter and water.

CLAIMS OF DOUBLE STRATEGY AGAINST THE EUROPEAN UNION IN EURO-BONDS CAPITALIZATION AND INTEREST RATES MANIPULATION REMAINS SPECULATIVE.

Politicized domestic criticism and foreign intervention against the Euro crisis effort of both the financially and economically stronger member nations with the struggling member nations within the Euro-zone intended for the upgrade of the credit lines of the financially weaker European Union countries to ease the current financial difficulties of the hard working European Union citizens by the capitalization of the finance institutions such as the domestic bank sectors of the member nations, or by the sales of the domestic bonds for the gradual rise of the domestic principal capital of both the struggling and the weaker European nations with the eventual strengthening of the unified European Union currency the Euro for the prevention of inflation and economic downgrade on both the European Union currency the Euro and on Europe's volatile economic markets respectively may derail Europe's generalized future economic prospects as the world's major, or dominant financial and economic markets that may become bitter rival of the World's current reserve currency, or the financially and economically dominant countries as the USA, China, Japan and Russia. However, the latest reports on the result of the meeting of the USA and Germany's finance Ministers, specially on the sales of the domestic Euro-bonds, which too has been referred to as the European Union double strategy, specially on Euro-bonds capitalization and interest rates manipulation  has remained speculative.
