THE RE-CAPITALIZATION OF THE SPANISH BANK SECTOR AND ITALY'S BOND MARKETS TERMED AS THE EURO-CRISIS, THE RESCUE PACKAGES AND THE TIGHTENED FINANCIAL REGULATIONS.

THE RE-CAPITALIZATION OF THE SPANISH BANK SECTOR AND ITALY'S BOND MARKETS TERMED AS THE EURO-CRISIS, THE RESCUE PACKAGES AND THE TIGHTENED FINANCIAL REGULATIONS.

Some European Leaders and many European Union citizens have been disgruntled by the conclusion of the European Union Summit held in the European Union capital Brussel that has been intended for the immediate solution of the problems of the financially weaker member nations termed as the Euro-crisis by tightened  financial regulations and financial rescue packages allocated to Spain and Italy, despite the rebound in better financial performance in the European Union and the World's major financial markets that has been attributed to the re-capitalization of the Spanish bank sector and the entire sold out of Italy's domestic and foreign investment bond markets at the fair  interest rates that ranged between six to five percent (5%-6%) respectively on the European and the World's financial markets. However, no specification has been set on the required time limit , or rather the grazing period for the financially weaker member nations to rebound to the European Union bank required credit line of the financially and economically weaker European Union countries.

PRESIDENT BASAR ASSAD DEFIANCE BY HIS REFUSAL FOR THE STEP DOWN FROM OFFICE HAS CONTINUED WITH THE FORMATION OF THE INTERIM GOVERNMENT.

PRESIDENT BASAR ASSAD DEFIANCE BY HIS REFUSAL FOR THE STEP-DOWN FROM OFFICE HAS CONTINUED WITH THE FORMATION OF THE INTERIM GOVERNMENT.

Mounting pressure on the Syrian government has remarkably increased in the last few days, due to repeated massacres. domestic bomb blast in the Syrian inner city Damascus and particularly after the Turkish government announcement of its stationed Troops at the Turkish Syrian borders for possible airstrikes on intended targets inside Damascus and on other towns in Syria in retaliation against the shotdown of its military fighter jet by the Syrian Airforce, if similar offensive is repeated, eventhough the Turkish government admitted that the fighter plane may have violated the Syrian sovereign airspace during the border patrol. However, President Basar Assad defiance by his refusal for the step down from office has continued with the formation of the interim government, inspite of the current domestic violence and mounting international pressure from various sources that included the NATO, the USA, the European Union countries, some Arab World countries, the Middle East and the North African countries.

THE EUROPEAN UNION SUMMIT FOR POSSIBLE EXIT FROM THE EURO CRISIS.

THE EUROPEAN UNION SUMMIT FOR POSSIBLE EXIT FROM THE EURO CRISIS.

The European Union leaders convened early morning today in the capital Brussel to discuss possible solution for the exit from the current euro crisis, the debt crisis of the member countries and the budget deficit. The Summit that has been expected to determine the European Union brighter future financial and economic prospects may be rescheduled for further extension, if agreement has not been reached on the possible and better solution for the exit out of the current crisis on both the European Union currency the Euro and the mounting debt of the financially and economically weaker member countries. However, Germany's upper and lower house the Bundesrat and the Bundestag voted unanimously against any suggestion for unification, or the generalization of the European Union debt as they concluded the voting on the annual budget for the year 2013 that emphasized the government's intention to pay its debt and reduce the budget deficit by the year 2016.

THE WORLD'S REGIONS OF GREATEST CONCERN IN REGARD TO THE FREQUENT OUTBREAK OF ARMED CONFLICTS AND TERRORISTS ATTACK.

THE WORLD'S REGIONS OF GREATEST CONCERN IN REGARD TO THE FREQUENT OUTBREAK OF ARMED CONFLICTS AND TERRORISTS ATTACK.

The Middle East, the Arab World and the North African regions have been the World's regions of greatest concern in regard to the current and frequent outbreak of armed conflicts, or terrorists attack that made breaking news on various television networks and news headlines on the World's Newspapers respectively that qualified to the World's media highlight of the week, particularly the current media coverages on Syrian conflict, the Israeli fighter jets raids on Gaza, the Palestinian constant long range rockets launch against Israel, the intensified fighter jets air skirmishes on mount Sinai between the Israeli Airforce and the unspecified dominant Airforce fighters that have shotdown many Israeli fighter jets. The unspecified fighter jets may have been presumed as the Egyptian fighter jets. Besides, the Afghan conflict, the Libyan desert skirmishes, the Lebanese conflict, the Sudanese conflict and the foreseeable outbreak of yet another major conflict and the fifth war in the Arab World and the Persian Gulf region. However, the USA State Department has expressed concern, particularly on the conflict on Mount Sinai and denounced the attacks with the short down of the Israeli fighter jets, inspite of the constant air raids of the Israeli fighter jets on Gaza and Mount Sinai. Minor property damages and few human lives lost have been reported on the Mount Sinai conflict.

THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD ELECTION VICTORY FOR DEMOCRACY IN ANY ARAB WORLD COUNTRY WOULD MEAN A SUCCESSFUL TRANSITION TO DEMOCRACY AND CITIZENS FREEDOM IN EGYPT AND THE ARAB WORLD COUNTRIES.

The acknowledgement of the previously disputed minor election victory of the Muslim Brotherhood Political Party as the main ruling political party elected for the transition to Democracy and citizens freedom after the people's revolution for Democracy, multi-political parties participation in the formation of the coalition government in the Egyptian capital Cairo and in the entire land of Egypt which caused the uproar, besides the statements broadcasted on the television networks at the domestic and foreign levels in support of the Muslim Brotherhood political party transition to Democracy, particularly the support in congratulation by the USA and the European Union countries broadcasted in favor of the Muslim Brotherhood Political Party election victory which too caused an uproar, protest and the uprising spirit among the Egyptian citizens since the announcement of the Muslim Brotherhood election victory in the Egyptian capital Cairo. However, some political, economy and media experts believed Muslim Brotherhood Political Party election victory for Democracy in any Arab World country would mean a successfull transition to Democracy and citizens freedom in Egypt and the Arab World countries.

THE EUROPEAN UNION FOREIGN MINISTERS RULED ON THE SYRIAN AIRFORCE AGGRESSION OF THE SHOTDOWN OF THE TURKISH FIGHTER JET AS UNACCEPTABLE AND INTENSIFIED FURTHER THE SANTION AGAINST THE SYRIAN GOVERNMENT.

The European Union foreign ministers have ruled on the Syrian Airforce aggression of the shotdown of the Turkish military fighter jet, due to the violation of its sovereign airspace as unacceptable in the extra-ordinary meeting held early morning today in the European Union capital Brussel and intensified further the sanction against the Syrian government, inspite of the worsening security and humanitarian condition in the city of Damascus and various other towns that entailed Homs and El-Hula. Exchange of rockets and artillery gunfire transformed the worsening security condition in the mentioned city and towns in to civil war and besieged  civilians that may have attempted to flee from the less safe city and towns. However, the Arab World countries media have regarded the former UN Commissioner peace initiative in Syria as a failure after the UN announcement of the pull-out of its humanitarian workers and the UN peace keeping forces from the troubled city and towns in Syria.

CLAIMS OF THE UNKNOWN TRUE IDENTITY OF THE GERMAN KANZLER AND WHERE MIGHT EUROPE'S STRONGEST LEADER BE STEERING THE EUROPEAN POLICIES ON THE FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC ISSUES.

CLAIMS OF THE UNKNOWN TRUE IDENTITY OF THE GERMAN KANZLER AND WHERE MIGHT EUROPE'S STRONGEST LEADER BE STEERING THE EUROPEAN POLICIES ON THE FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC ISSUES.

Claims of the unknown true identity of the German Kanzler Angela Merkel often referred to in the British media as the most dangerous political figure and arrogant leader became Europe's controversial media highlight of the week, particularly after the Kanzler participated as spectator in cheering the German national team victory over the Greek national team in the half final of the European football championship in Ukraine. However, other media sources that entailed the television networks, the press, or the Newspapers and the internet have emphasized the facts, rather than the claims of where, or towards which direction might Europe's strongest leader since Adolf Hitler era be steering Europe's policies, specially of the European Union countries on financial and economic issues believed by many people may have contributed to Germany's brighter economic prospects and financial clout over the member nations with weaker financial and economic prospects amidst her recent domestic policy on Troops reduction and disarmament of the Bundeswehr.

RATING AGENTS SCRUTINY OF QUALIFIED BANKS AND FINANCE INSTITUTIONS REVEALED DECLINED PERFORMANCE OF THE FINANCE INSTITUTIONS.

RATING AGENTS SCRUTINY OF QUALIFIED BANKS AND FINANCE INSTITUTIONS REVEALED DECLINED PERFORMANCE OF THE FINANCE INSTITUTIONS.

Rating agents scrutiny of qualified major banks and finance Institutions financial performance in the USA and in Europe has revealed declined financial performance of the fifteen, or over fifteen banks and finance Institutions that had qualified over the required credit line for efficient function of the finance Institutions of which many have been found in the USA and Europe, particularly in Spain, due to the current bank sector finance crisis in Spain. However, both the USA and Europe have disputed over direct allocation of funds to banks that have underperformed, or may have been hit hard by the Spanish bank sector finance crisis, despite the re-rating of the banks and finance Institutions credits in both Europe and in the USA to the points lower than the previous ones. The USA has been for the direct allocation of funds, or the finance rescue packages by the European Union banks, while the German bank system has been against repeated funding of underperforming banks and finance Institutions in Europe, the USA and at the global scale.

THE AGREEMENT ON THE CONTROVERSIAL EUROPEAN UNION FISCAL PACT AND THE TRANSACTION FINANCE TAX IMPLEMENTATION REMAINS UNCLEAR.

THE AGREEMENT ON THE CONTROVERSIAL EUROPEAN UNION FISCAL PACT AND THE TRANSACTION FINANCE TAX INPLEMENTATION REMAINS UNCLEAR.

Despite the agreement hat has been reached between the coalition government political parties and the Opposition political parties on the controversial European Union fiscal pact early morning today in the Kanzler's office which too, has been referred to as the important corner stone points required for the final conclusion of the transaction finance tax and the fiscal pact that entailed tax increase on financial services and Institutions, growth supporting strategies with the budget that will help reduce debt of the European Union member countries, it remains unclear for many people and perhaps the German Parliament to support both the government's and the Opposition parties agreement on the final conclusion of the transaction finance tax and the European Union countries fiscal pact by the enaction of the legislation for its implementation in Germany and in all the European Union countries, except for the three European Union countries that have objected the implementation of both the transaction finance tax and the European Union fiscal pact.

THE TRANSITION TO DEMOCRACY SEEMED TO HAVE FAILED IN THE NORTHERN AFRICAN AND ARAB WORLD COUNTRY OF EGYPT, DESPITE THE ELECTION VICTORY OF THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD POLITICAL PARTY.

The recent citizens revolution in the Northern African and the Arab World countries and specifically in the Northern Arab African country of Egypt that had caused fuel shortage, financial crisis in the European and North American markets, shook domestic systems of governments and finally led to the overthrow of  Presidents with their respective one political party systems of governments seemed to have failed in the transition to Democracy and citizens freedom as may have been demanded by the citizens protest, or rather the repeated demonstration at Tahrir Square. The Transitional Military government headed by General Tantawi has recognized the election victory of the Muslim Brotherhood Presidential candidate Mursi over his opponent the former foreign minister Shafik. However, the Egyptian national Parliament has been expected to be dissolved early this week, despite previous Constitutional Amendment required for the transition to Democracy and citizens freedom in the Northern African and Arab World country of Egypt and in various North African and the Arab World countries.

THE SOCIAL DEMOCRATS ELECTION VICTORY IN GREECE COULD MEAN GREECE EXIT FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION.

Despite repeated elections in Greece within the time period of about five weeks for the government formation believed would form the government that  will determine Greece economic prospects within the Euro-zone and ease citizens financial difficulties, besides the required government stability, rather than the current political crisis, or  Greece exit from the European Union. The transitional government announced early morning today in the Greece capital Athens, the Social Democrats Conservative political party headed Antonio Samaras as the election victory winner as it may have been previously anticipated by many. However, many citizens have expressed themselves for the Social Democrats election victory that could mean Greek's exit from the European Union, despite the early morning brief tv interview release of the President of the European Union Commission in Bussel that emphasized his opinion for Greece presents within the family of the European Union member countries, inspite of the current financial difficulties in Athens. DESPITE FAIR FINANCE MARKETS PERFORMANCE OF THE MAJOR COMPANIES SMALLER INVESTMENT, STOCK AND MONEY MARKET BUSINESSES HAVE CONTINUED TO STUMBLE IN THE LAST FOURTY EIGHT HOURS IN THE USA AND CANADA.

Despite fair finance markets performance of the major companies in regard to investment, stock and money market businesses in the USA and in Canada, smaller companies have continued to stumble in the last fourty eight hours in the USA and in Canada, due to unavailability of of the finance business data required for markets analysis and adequate business performance, particularly of the few that predicts the daily finance markets performance by scientific data projection. However, the global finance markets business performance has revealed positive finance markets performance, particularly in Europe and Asia. The European markets have attributed positive finance markets performance to the European Union approval of the hundred billion euros (100,000,000, 000.00) euros as the finance rescue package for the bank sector in Spain, eventhough the European Union bank has downgraded the credits of Spain, Greece and Cyprus in the last fourty eight hours t the points below the required credit line of the European Union member countries, while the reasons for the Asian financial gains and better markets performance in the last fourty eight hours, particularly in Hong Kong and Beijing remained unspecified.

Amnesty International has emphasized its intention against the outbreak of violence that has escalated in to civil war in the inner city of Damascus and in several other towns such as in the towns of Homs and El-Hulla, particularly after repeated massakers that accompanied gun battles and terrorists attacks between the less organized Militia Rebels Resistance Forces and the Syrian Military that have so far remained loyal to President Basar Assad. Refugees influx to the neighboring countries and particularly to Turkey has continued in the last few days in thousands of Syrian refugees that have trekked the long distance and crossed over the borders in to Turkey. Thousands of women, children and men have been among those Syrian citizens that have been welcomed by the Red Cross, the Red Crescend, the UN and Amnesty International in Turkey and the neighboring countries as the refugees from Syria. Accommodation in tents, food supplies, drinks and medical services have been immediately provided to the fleeing refugees from Syria by the the Humanitarian Organizations and the Turkish government.

RUSSIAN CITIZENS HAVE BEGUN TO FLEDGE IN THE CITIZENS FREEDOM AND RIGHTS TO PRACTICE DEMOCRACY BY PROTEST AND DEMONSTRATION, DESPITE THE NUMEROUS ARREST THAT HAVE BEEN MADE.

Citizens in the Russia have gone to the streets in the last three consecutive days in the Russian capital city Moscow to protest their demand for both the government and President Putin resignition from office by demonstration, eventhough the reason, or reasons for their demands has not been specified. Unconfirmed claims of election fraud mentioned by reliable news sources and the internet may have been the reason for the huge citizens protest against their first Democratic system of government led by thesame leaders in the previous two consecutive terms in office that has no Constitutional restriction that limits the President terms in office for only two, or three terms as both the young and the senior Russian citizens have begun to fledge in the citizens freedom and rights to practice Democracy by protest and demonstration, despite the numerous arrest of the participants involved in the demonstration, due to the violation of their rights to demonstration in the young Democratic system of government in Russia that has continue to do much to attain a rather different type of Democracy and citizens freedom in Russia that may become known as the Russian Democracy.

THE CAPITALIZATION OF THE BANK SECTOR AND THE EUROPEAN UNION RESCUE PACKAGE FOR SPAIN HAVE BEEN GENERALLY REFERRED TO AS ATTRIBUTES OF THE POSITIVE GLOBAL FINANCIAL MARKETS PERFORMANCE.

The global positive markets performance that ranged on a single digit points, or rather the gains from the previous negative points, or loses, particularly in the USA, the European Union and the Asian financial markets rated at over one to three points increase may have been attributed to the capitalization of the Spanish banking sector on the government's application for the required European Union financial rescue package and the allocation of a hundred billion euros financial rescue package by the European Union to eleviate, or eliminate the current financial crisis , due to the collapse of financial bank sector in Spain. However, some finance and global markets experts have regarded the Spanish government decision for the European Union rescue package as the required decision towards the solution of the current financial crisis in Spain that may further require monitoring, rather than the claim for the capitalization of the Spanish banking sector, due to the fact that the Spain world cup football champion club can easily make a hundred billion euros from Europe and around the world in a short period of time.

THE GOVERNMENT AND THE OPPOSITION POLITICAL PARTIES HAVE BOTH REJECTED FOR THE FIRST TIME CLAIMS OF COMPANIES AND WORKERS TRADE UNIONS OF ITS CURRENT POLICIES AS THE MEANS THAT WILL UNDERMINE DOMESTIC COMPANIES COMPETIVENESS AND INCREASE THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE OF DOMESTIC WORKERS IN GERMANY.

The German government and the Opposition political parties have both rejected for the first time claims of domestic companies and workers trade unions on its fiscal pact policy (fiskalpakt), the current investment policies, the government policies for professional and skilled workers within the Euro-zone and the foreign countries as policies that will undermine German companies competiveness, particularly of the families companies currently operating in the various States of Germany. Besides, claims of high rate unemployment of domestic citizens, due to the government's new work policies that has opened its doors for both the professionals and skilled workers from within the Euro-zone and foreign countries amidst increasing financial crisis and economic downgrade within the European Union countries and the foreign countries. However, Reseachers have predicted Germany's future industrial and economic growth amidst the current fnancial , or economic crisis and supported the government's open door policy for foreign professionals and skilled workers at the current unemployment rate of about seven percent (7%) in Germany as a means that will prevent demographic crisis amidst the industrial growth and a unified European Union currency that may centralized the financial and the economic clout of the European Union export and import markets in Germany and not the European Union capital in Brussel.

THE RUSSIAN PRESIDENT VISIT TO CHINA HAS BEEN CRITICIZED AT BOTH THE DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN LEVELS.

Despite the extensive media coverages on the Russian President visit to Beijing China and the most honored warmest Presidential welcome offered to the President, President Putin visit to China early today has been widely criticized at both the domestic and the foreign levels in Russia, or China and around the world respectively as not a visit of older brothers, or of the world's major power countries, but rather of two major economic markets striving for more economic power amidst China's growing economic power and Russia's intention to expand its pipelines with the sales of its abundant natural gas to China and perhaps to many other Asian countries, eventhough significant topics have been either discussed, or emphasized in the meeting of the two major power countries between the two leaders President Hu of China and President Putin of Russia. However, some of the topics discussed entailed the countries refusal for a joined military action against Syria as the alternative solution to the resolution of the current conflict in Syria and the Middle Eastern countries with some Arab World countries growing fear, or anxiety, due to Iran's nuclear power ambition.

THE BUNDES-PRESIDENT VISIT AND THE MUCH EXPECTED OF GERMANY'S INCREASING ROLE IN THE WORLD AS THE PROBLEM SOLVER, RATHER THAN THE MEDIATOR.

THE BUNDES-PRESIDENT VISIT AND THE MUCH EXPECTED OF GERMANY'S INCREASING ROLE IN THE WORLD AS THE PROBLEM SOLVER, RATHER THAN THE MEDIATOR.

The Bundes-President Joachim Gauck first visit to the Middle East, specifically to Israel and Palestine has been generally referred to as successfull, eventhough it has not reflected the much expected of Germany's increasing role in the World as the problem solver invarious projects that entailed both the developement projects and military intervention, particularly in the Middle East, the Arab World and the African countries. Some of the issues discussed by the Bundes-President included the Israeli fear, or anxiety of Iranian ambition for nuclear power as a thread against peace in the Middle East, the Arab World and the North African countries, besides the Palestinian Authority rejection of peace dialogue with Israel, due to the Israeli policy on the expanding settlement projects in the Palestinians West-bank territories. However, President Gauck may have seemed at home and relaxed in Palestine than in Israel, when he opened the new school funded by the German Developement Projects Organization and expressed Germany's role as mediator, rather than the problems solver in the Middle East, the Arab World and the African countries.
